Thanks to T.S. for the heads up.
According to multiple sources, execs at a major network (of the broadcast or cable variety) are toying with the idea of staging a crossover event between two of its drama series.
And here’s the catch: The shows in question share wildly different DNA. In other words, a Chicago Fire/Law & Order: SVU two-parter this most definitely is not.
I hear The Powers That Be feel the possible benefits (namely, increased buzz leading to higher ratings for both shows) would justify the creative cartwheels the EPs of the respective programs would have to perform in order to pull off such a stunt (and have it make sense).
But I’m told the gambit is still far from a fait accompli, hence the reason this item is blind. Rest assured, if and when this becomes a done deal, you guys will be the first to know.

Supernatural and Arrow? I know it will never happen, but I'd enjoy it haha.
ReplyDeleteFamily Guy and The X-Files
ReplyDeletewe had that for the simpsons already
ReplyDeleteAlthough haven't they had the X-Files characters on Family Guy?
ReplyDeleteThe Muppets - Once Upon a Time (Emma goes to Muppetland)
ReplyDeleteReign - The Originals (Mary attends a party thrown by three mysterious siblings)
Empire - X Files (Mulder and Scully investigate in a murdercase in a big time recording studio)
Supernatural - iZombie (Sam and Dean hear of a zombie outbreak)
Sleepy Hollow - The Frankenstein Code
but they're not really that different in their DNA. Both are conspiracy dramas helmed by Shonda Rhimes.
ReplyDeletetthat would be a great event but giving the description, i dont think this is the case.
ReplyDeleteI wrote on the TvLine site Scorpion and The Good Wife.
ReplyDeleteCBS and NBC seem desperate enough to do this. So expect Laura to go to Grimm.
Overall I think CBS will try to pick a show with Scorpion, maybe Elementary or something? Madam Secretary.
TVD-SPN crossover.Dean kills all of them(Mystic Falls Residents) to stop their constant melodramatic whining.
ReplyDeleteReign and The Originals would be neat. Especially if they would air the same day during spring. I'm hoping for my Royals day since last season.
ReplyDeletePerson of Interest and Elementary.
ReplyDeleteBut Sam would then create a meaningful connection to Caroline and defend the vampires with his sappy talk until Dean and Cas make the ultimate sacrifice and blow MF, including Sam,up
ReplyDeleteThe Americans and The Strain
ReplyDeleteThe Blacklist and Undateable
American Horror Story- Scream Queens? but those too share something.
ReplyDeleteFor Sure Grey's anatomy will work with Scandal or HTGAWM.
The Blacklist - Grey's anatomy, Liz is Meredith's sister xD
AOS/OUAT would blow my mind.
ReplyDeleteScorpion/Supergirl would be really cool as well.
This can be almost anything lol.
ReplyDeleteLMAO!!
ReplyDeletetrue...
ReplyDeletebut it leaves SOOOO much fun room for speculation ^^
I don't think any DC property is on the map here, DC will block any kind of tampering with their properties that tie into a connected universe
ReplyDeleteNope because of Liza Weil appearing on both shows.
ReplyDeleteThis one makes sense.
ReplyDeleteNashville and Scandal. Olivia has to get Julliette out of some crisis.
ReplyDeletethanks to the WGN promo it does and I REALLY want to see them interact in one episode now.
ReplyDeleteThey have been discussing crossovers between the CW shows and Supergirl. There were some "probably not season 1 though" moments. I know it is still in active talks for the future.
ReplyDeleteIt won't happen because season 5 is more than likely the final season of POI.
ReplyDeleteYeah but DC owns Supergirl, Flash, Arrow, LoT, Vixen, #4Hero and iZombie. They will probably allow including these within each other but no non-DC properties
ReplyDeleteYh neither will happen, Marvel will hardly want to make OUAT part of the MCU lol
ReplyDeleteIf this doesn't happen after all, I hope they reveal the two shows that were in consideration.
ReplyDeleteTrue but they might still find space for it on Elementary
ReplyDeletedoubt that too lol
ReplyDeleteBut Disney does own Marvel and we`ve had a Phineas & Pherb/MCU crossover already ^^
but Marvel owns OUAT comics right?
ReplyDeleteThat's true.
ReplyDeletePlus OUaT has made references to Marvel throughout the show. Thor's hammer was in Gold's shop I think.
ReplyDeleteYep,pretty much what i would've said.
ReplyDeleteAoS and OUAT?
ReplyDeletelol I love how that crossover actually seems possible (and even makes sense in some context: multiverse)
ReplyDeleteYep. All they need is a portal or door and they could go to Marvel-Land.
ReplyDeleteLol seriously? I didn't know that lol
ReplyDeletePedowitz said he Dosent intend s7 of VD to bethe last last even without Nina
ReplyDeleteIncreasing the buzz levels suggests they need the extra buzz, I pray for the Originals and supernatural
ReplyDeleteYup, now hearing what the others have said as well a crossover wouldn't actually be that much of a leap :P It's like they're already engaged and just waiting to get married now lol
ReplyDeleteThey should do a TGIT 3-hour mash up crossover. This would be the most epic TV event of the year!
ReplyDeleteThis looks very exciting! I hope I'm watching both shows.
ReplyDeleteAbout which shows are, I doubt it's ABC. I guess it's FOX or NBC. But who knows.
It sure is. :)
ReplyDeleteThe Middle and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., lol.
ReplyDeleteI guess it couldn't be a Supergirl and Arrow/Flash crossover huh ?
ReplyDeletenot different in its dna
ReplyDeleteIf it's OUAT, it would be awful. I can't imagine it fitting with another show. I would love a Scandal - Murder crossover, but it says wildly different DNA. Maybe Person of interest and Elementary?
ReplyDeletethe EPs of the respective programs would have to perform in order to pull off such a stunt (and have it make sense) This can ruin everything. I mean, what's the point of doing a OUAT/Muppets crossover, for example. Or Scandal/Modern Family or something.
Empire and Scandal or HTGAWM!
ReplyDeletethe thing that eat Emma brught her to Storybrooke and only dark emma can take her back where she belongs.
ReplyDeleteEmpire is on FOX and Scandal and Murder are on ABC.
ReplyDeleteOh sorry misread... Thought it said two networks
ReplyDeleteAnd it are shows in need of buzz, those shows all do very fine.
ReplyDeleteLucious calls Annalise to get him out of jail and Connor hooks up with Jamal. It can work
ReplyDeleteIt won't be POI and Elementary, it says this possible crossover event will be in the fall. Also I think wildly different means this crossover would make absolute no sense bc the dramas have nothing in common.
ReplyDeleteThat would be interesting to watch. LOL. But impossible.
ReplyDeleteWell Empire needs to keep momentum.. It could do not so great in Season 2... And Scandal needs to regain its pulse.. Ratings were pretty sad for second half of the season
ReplyDeleteIn my fantasy world:
ReplyDelete-Sam and Dean visit Mystic Falls and take out a few vampires. Then they head to New Orleans. Then they head to wherever the beast lives and send him on his way.
Then they help Liv out with a few Zombies.
-AoS does a little time travel and May and Coulson meet Peggy and Jarvis
-In a cross network move, Sam and Dean head to Sleepy Hollow and lend a hand to Abby and Ichabod.
-Sam and Dean need assistance of the asshole variety and visit Ra's Al Ghul who tells them to go to Starling City, wherein they also meet Nyssa, Oliver and Felicity. Fueling fanfiction for YEARS.
-Castiel sends Sam and Dean into the future for some BS reason and they end up helping out The 100 with their AI problem. The snark Dean would lay on Murphy would be worth it.
Never say never
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's a new show and they want higher ratings. For example, a crossover between Empire and Rosewood or something.
ReplyDeleteDamn. I knew that was going to be the answer. ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm still 99.9 % sure it will be Person of Interest and Elementary
( both shows take place in New York City )
Oh how I would love a Person of Interest and Elementary crossover.
ReplyDeleteAnything is possible. Maybe The Blacklist and Grimm.
ReplyDeleteHah, that would be odd.
ReplyDeletetotally opposed to the SPN/Arrow one
ReplyDeleteIt says the shows are vastly different lol.
ReplyDeleteThey could have Reese and Finch ( and maybe Root ) guest on Elementary in the fall and then Holmes and Watson guest on Person of Interest in Jan/Feb.
ReplyDeleteYou know that Thor is a Norse demigod right? He existed in Norse mythology hundreds of years before the first comic book was ever made haha.
ReplyDeleteThat would be too easy for a crossover. This blind item sounds way more complicated than that.
ReplyDeleteYes but the creators actually mentioned it was a nod to the Marvel Universe.
ReplyDeleteThe Flash/The 100. Barry accidentally travels to the future where he comes across a lonely Clarke on her walkabout. The two decide to team up as Clarke helps Barry create another wormhole to get back to his time, while Clarke needs Barry to run across the Earth and find Polis and bring her there so she can get revenge on Lexa.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't sound like too much of a stretch, does it?
What is #4hero?
ReplyDeleteThe shows in question share wildly different DNA.
ReplyDeleteI'm respectful going to have to disagree after seeing these WGN promos.
ReplyDeleteGuess we will have to wait and see in the fall.
http://www.bleedingcool.com/2015/05/04/dial-h-for-hero-becomes-live-action-comedy-4hero-from-machinima-dc-and-a-smartphone-app/
ReplyDeleteThe 100 and The Flash don't share much DNA. Plus, it was just my fantasy.
ReplyDeleteOUaT and Castle. Just to see Castle's reactions.
ReplyDeleteOr they were just talking about the very very very very well known Norse God. If they said Tony Stark then sure, but Thor and Thor's hammer will long live outside of Marvel.
ReplyDeleteWHAT IF it's about cable shows?
ReplyDelete12 Monkeys and Dark Matter is one I'd love to see.
ReplyDeleteThey said it was a nod to the Marvel Universe. When asked if they were planning to have Marvel within OUaT they said they thought the rights would be too complicated but they wanted to honor the material. It's sort of like how they honored Back to the Future, Lost, and Star Wars.
ReplyDeleteOmg, I just thought of Suits and Mr. Robot, I would so love to see that.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why but I feel like its OUAT related
ReplyDeleteAOS meets OUAT! Coulson and the gang realise something weird is happening in Storybroke.
Grey's Anatomy meets OUAT, someone in OUAT gets seriously injured and not even magic can help, and they up in Seattle Grace Mercy hospital.
Scandal meets OUAT, Regina has a problem that needs fixing enter Olivia Pope!
Oh what if its Sleepy Hollow, they tall about hoping its helps ratings and that show could do with some help. Maybe its Thursday night partner Bones.
ReplyDeleteNashville and Grey's Anatomy
ReplyDeleteNashville and Scandal
Nashville and How to get away with murder
Castle and Scandal
Once Upon A Time and Castle
Empire and Bones
Blindspot and The Blacklist
Supernatural and iZombie
I'm obsessed with these. Please continue.
Ohhh thank you.
ReplyDeletelove the idea but I think we need to remain in some canon restricted area. I doubt they'd put fantasy elements into Castles canon
ReplyDeleteThe shows that crossover should be able to coexist in the same universe
I was just kidding. It would be awesome though. Castle and Ryan would have a field day.
ReplyDeleteAlso the shows are on the same network, so it doesn't work.
ReplyDeleteABC
ReplyDeleteAmerican Crime and Secrets and Lies
CBS
CSI Cyber & Scorpion
I am quite curious. My first thought was Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder but he goes to the trouble of saying it wasn't same universe so probably not. Part of me thinks it is a cable show since he goes to the trouble of mentioning that as an option
ReplyDeleteThat would mean accepting the supernatural on Bones. Isn't that too much? I dunno
ReplyDeleteAOS and OUAT is the most intriguing idea I've seen tossed around, I love that
ReplyDeleteI think it is quite likely since they go to the trouble of mentioning cable
ReplyDeleteMaybe it is The Blacklist - Blindspot
ReplyDeleteI would love Murder and Scandal but I don't think it is for the reason you've said
ReplyDeleteThe possibilities for that one are just endless, they could do seasons of that, seriously lol. But I don't think they are doing such a thing
ReplyDeleteOh my god, if NBC starts shoving Laura down the other shows lol! Just the thought of it ahah.
ReplyDeleteThat was my first idea but it says really different DNA so I doubt it
ReplyDeleteI think it might be 2 cable shows as well because why mention cable channel at all.
ReplyDeleteYeah. Which ones could be though? You watch more cable than I do I think.
ReplyDeleteCould also be ABC comedies. They've done it this year with Cristela and LMS. Maybe FOTB with one of the Wednesday comedies?
ReplyDeleteThey did say different DNA! I would love for the crossover to be a supernatural/sci-fi show with a 'normal' show, just because that would be so weird.
ReplyDeleteI really can see it happening oddly enough, ABC/Disney synergy!
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was actually Grey's and Scandal but something tells me it's not any Shonda shows. I think you might be right about it being cable shows since he makes a point of including them.
ReplyDeleteI think that is a bit too risky as that would mean permanently alter the "normal" show's DNA. It is not realistic for the people of Bones to just go one episode saying "hey there is plenty of supernatural stuff out there" and then go back to solving cases as if nothing had changed lol. That would shake the premise of a show too much I think.
ReplyDeleteThis type of thing actually sounds more like a CBS thing to do, although I am not really sure which show. Maybe Madam Secretary and they bring the politics into some other show.
Or maybe he's doing that intentionally to throw us off track.Although i don't know what that track would be TBH.LOL!
ReplyDeleteIt says dramas, not comedies.
ReplyDelete"Two of its drama series". So I suppose no comedies.
ReplyDeleteI do watch more cable, but I have no idea lol. It would be way harder on a cable channel.
ReplyDeleteLoL! I didn't watch Laura so I have no clue how the show is but it will most likely be that combo a lackluster show that will be boosted up by another.
ReplyDeleteFlash and JTV lol?
ReplyDeleteI think I might like AOS and OUAT.
HTGAWM and Secrets & Lies
ReplyDeleteAnnalise and Detective Cornell face off when the prime suspect in Cornell's new case seeks the help of Annalise to get away with murder. Plus, which of the two women will show the most icy stare at the other?
Totally right, missed that one
ReplyDeleteMy bad, I had missed that. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteCarrie Mathison gets sucked in on the affair? Lol
ReplyDeleteSecrets and Lies won't air in the fall, so I would rule it out.
ReplyDeleteI wasn't being serious...
ReplyDeleteLOL, it really makes no sense for any cable shows to do this.
ReplyDeleteIt looks 100% a CBS gimmick, but I can't actually think of which shows would be. I don't think Ausiello would make a blind item out of two of their procedurals just crossing over. They've done so in the past (H50-NCIS LA, Without a Trace-CSI), so I highly doubt it and there isn't much left. Could be Madam Secretary or The Good Wife popping into some other show or each other, but it doesn't sound buzzy enough for the article either, which is why I've been suggesting other things
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure any cable series are really candidates for legitimate crossover.
ReplyDeleteSomething tells me this is OUAT and SHIELD. Despite all this hooplah about different DNA, it HAS to at least be POSSIBLE to make sense without it being a total series wrecker. And let's face it, something like bringing Snow White and Olivia Pope together screams a legitimate use of "jump the shark." Despite how radically different these shows are, there has to be some reason to bring them together. Some benefit. Some story. SHIELD and OUAT seem to be the ideal candidates for this. OUAT already has different worlds. Disney owns both and would have an interest in promoting both. They are radically different but both are the kinds of shows where an intersection COULD be pulled off.
What else would it really be? Anything on CBS would probably be ruled out. Crime shows cross over all the time. Nothing special. Even throwing in The Good Wife or Code Black, still nothing special. The "character needs a lawyer" or "character needs a doctor" thing is still a fairly common crossover trope.
Since Dick Wolfe essentially owns NBC primetime, I don't see it being NBC either. The Blacklist is similar enough to any show to make a crossover not too unthinkable.
I can't speak to cable but as I said, with the different airing schedules and such, it just seems like it'd be unlikely. Not to mention cable doesn't seem to go for Sweeps stunt television stunts. Shows either are buzzy enough to get renewed or they get cancelled.
This leaves Fox and ABC. I suppose they could try something like Bones and Empire...but why? Empire needs no help and why save an aging show like Bones? Throw in Gotham or Sleepy Hollow, but again, why?
Really, the only candidates I see that really fit this bill are OUAT and SHIELD on ABC. Both are still in the "young enough to save" phase with a potentially young audience that could be enticed to tune into a stunt crossover. Both are radically different and yet both still just similar enough where a crossover isn't a "jump the shark" level idea from the getgo. Even darkhorse ideas like Scandal and Castle just don't really have the same ring to it. Any other combo I can think of is just a big ole, "why?"
But SHIELD and OUAT, Disney's two dramas that essentially serve to promote other properties. Now THAT I could see at least where the idea to cross the two over could come from. So I am thinking SHIELD and OUAT are definitely where they could be heading with this.
I've seen it speculated that POI and Elementary could be it. It could've been a darkhorse scenario but with the way CBS is treating POI, I just don't see them caring enough.
ReplyDeleteAgents of Shield and Scandal, 'cause Godoy knows how much Coulson could use a little help lol
ReplyDeleteI think it involves ABC, but I might be way off lol.
ReplyDeleteI think that could happen on it's own without a connection to this. Especially if this is an ABC thing and is a hit. But I don't think this is what they are doing with this blind item.
ReplyDeleteThis is my guess. Both of these seem like the only candidates that could both pull it off AND fit the bill.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Disney owns Marvel. OUAT has already established other worlds. As radically different as the two are, a crossover between them seems the most feasible without really destroying the other.
ReplyDeleteNow I'm coming up with all kinds of crazy (?) ideas.
ReplyDeleteLike... Reign and The Originals? Could work easily enough. Reign already has supernatural stuff, and Klaus & co have been around for long enough that it's not unfeasible for them to pop up at the French court in the 16th century.
We're all just really guessing at this point lol. My thing with ABC is that it's either something really big and splashy involving OUAT and Shield (and those two shows by definition can't go with any other since they are sci-fi) or it is mostly the Shonda dramas and I don't think those will be it. I suppose could be something like Castle and Nashville but I dunno, I already think Castle is their other blind item.
ReplyDeleteShonda will not allow the supernatural stuff into Scandal though
ReplyDeleteLol I laughed so much with the idea of Olivia Pope stumbling upon Snow White!
ReplyDeleteI think it might involve Nashville as well.
ReplyDeleteI can see Fox trying to do an Empire crossover.
ReplyDeleteIn all seriousness, I had a very close line of thought to where you ended up at. This feels like a CBS or NBC thing to me but all of their possibilities (and other than shoving Laura in other shows, NBC doesn't really have many possibilities), but the things they could do there are too "small". I think it is possible it is Madam Secretary and The Good Wife on CBS, but still not sure how big those would be. FOX does not really have anything that fits, I would be pretty shocked if they were it. And this article really does not feel like a CW shows, although I suppose a Supernatural-The Vampire Diaries thing is possible. Cable shows I can't literally think of any that would fit, although them explicitly mentioning them suggests they could be it, but I have got nothing on potential candidates. So that leaves ABC. And ABC there is not much. I don't think the Shonda shows are it. Castle just had what I think was another blind item yesterday. Could be Nashville but with what? That leaves the two OUAT and Shield you mentioned... However, there I run into the opposite problem. Wouldn't there be material for an entire arc, or even season, there? And I am not really sure MCU will want to embrace the idea of Disney as part of their world just for two Sweeps stunts episodes... Somehow, I find it more likely that it something smaller that is being overhyped than something this big and game changing.
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine any show they could crossover it with. Sleepy Hollow and Gotham are horrible fits for it and Bones is such an aged show, I don't see them going out of their way to do it. They have no other returning dramas!
ReplyDeleteMaybe Nashville and a Shonda show?
ReplyDeleteAoS vs OUAT: Lady Sif meets David Nolan/Prince Charming:
ReplyDeleteLady Sif: "You seem familiar. Have we met before?"
David/Charming: "I don't remember meeting you, but I might just be cursed again. Or maybe you've met my twin brother? Handsome, excellent swordsman, womanizer, jerk..."
Lady Sif: "That sounds about right."
Maybe.
ReplyDeleteIt could very well be overhyped. I'm not convinced Castle is really part of that blind item. If it is, then I think that is definitely being overhyped and it's not nearly as permanent as the article suggests.
ReplyDeleteThe only problem with this being an overhyped small thing is I really don't see why there'd be any confusion about it, really. Maybe it is a CW or cable thing. I guess we'll see in future updates. I do have a big salt thing in regards to blind items. But I guess we can only wait and see.
Selfishly speaking, this would be a whole lot more interesting if they could cross networks. Red's number coming up on POI would make for an epic crossover. XD
ABC comedies should do a crossover anyway. I mean, they technically DID a cameo thing on The Middle. They could get pretty creative. Maybe have a younger Phil Dunphy have a cameo on The Goldbergs. lol This is, of course, independent of this blind item. It's not like we can't have multiple crossovers or that The Chicago brigade and the NCIS brigade aren't gonna be doing five crossovers this season anyway. lol
ReplyDeleteI've always thought the blacklist and person of interest had many similarities, I would die with Red number showing up on POI lol!
ReplyDeleteEspecially if they play around with the fact that Josh Dallas was Fandral the Dashing before he became Prince Charming. :D References to Asgard could be a great link to the OUAT-verse.
ReplyDeleteCastle and Nashville COULD theoretically be really fun, but I don't see why a NY detective would end up in Nashville. I suppose they COULD spin it and have Nashville folks on tour in NY when a supporting player is murdered and the Castle team investigates. It's doable. And I could see it, theoretically. IDK. The cartwheels comment just makes it feel like there's a bigger agenda on it. There's no story-driven purpose whatsoever. The network suits are trying to demand it for purely promotional purposes. And THAT to me is why I am thinking SHIELD/OUAT.
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE a FOTB-Blackish crossover! Bow and Jessica together would be too much lol
ReplyDeleteI suppose Castle could do a dream episode? Really, if they really wanted to, they could always go to a half-crossover and make it so it's either a dream or a huge nod to the other show. Like a mental hospital filled with OUAT cast members where all the patients have the delusion that they are fairy tale characters and one of them is murdered. THAT would actually be a very Castle-like episode and could be a semi-crossover. BUT I don't think that's it...
ReplyDeleteABC actually has potential to do a lot of cameo crossovers with the retro comedies. I'd love to see them do a quick thing of younger versions of other ABC characters on FOTB or Goldbergs. And who knows, they've seemed open to the notion with "Barry" randomly being in a cameo on The Middle.
ReplyDeleteThey do have a similar feel at times. Shame that the most interesting crossovers are all ruled out by the same network parameter...drat.
ReplyDeleteLol I hadn't even thought about that!
ReplyDeleteI just think Shield-OUAT is too much the other end of the spectrum in regards to a bigger purpose.
ReplyDeletePerson of interest & Hannibal .. finch has a new number .. he sends Reese to follow the irrelevant then he discovers that Graham is tracking the new number .. so he follows both of them until he sees that will shots the victim and Reese runs ton save him and hits graham .. then the Samaritan agents fill the place and arrest will .. and Reese takes the victim to the safe house .. and when the victim wakes up he says: Bonsoir, my name is Hannibal, & what happened was my design ...
ReplyDeleteto be continued ...
At first I thought it will be a Sherlock/PoI crossover (see the joint promo for the summer reruns), but they are the same genre, so it's unlikely. :(
ReplyDeleteThe problem with Shield and OUAT is that the crossover wouldd defacto make OUAT part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which would require conversations and a lot of work with Marvel. Possible, but too much work
ReplyDeleteMaybe different DNA just mean different universe...
ReplyDeletewhat I want is a NORMAL the vampire diaries - the originals crossover
ReplyDeleteI don't disagree. Although they could nullify said connection if they end the crossover with both sides being thrust back into their respective worlds thinking it was a dream. Thus whether the events are cannon could remain up to fan interpretation. I agree it seems a little too much work but that could be why it's not definite yet. ABC wants it but it's not as simple as going to each showrunner and demanding it.
ReplyDeleteI see that. Perhaps that is why this isn't a done deal yet. This is an executive attempt to try and do a stunt and its not set in stone because they have a lot of hoops to jump through.
ReplyDeleteMadam Secretary and The Good Wife ?
ReplyDeleteWith the universe hoping, Flash could in theory crossover with anything on The CW and it would fit canon.
ReplyDeleteiZombie/Flash? Different universes and technically they share different DNA. (The iZombie comic doesn't take place in the DC Comic Universe either).
Leaning towards OUAT/Muppets or OUAT/AoS though. A 'Disney Infinity' crossover, in a sense.
I could be NCIS LOS ANGELES and CRIMINAL MINDS! :D That would be perfect! :)
ReplyDeleteIt could be NCIS LOS ANGELES and CRIMINAL MINDS! :D That would be perfect! :)
ReplyDeleteSupergirl/Arrow?
ReplyDeleteIt won't happen. Sorry, they've said a few times, no more crossovers between the two shows anymore.
ReplyDeletewhy? when? it is kinda sucks.. but we have 512 crossover between Arrow-Flash (btw, I love that)
ReplyDeleteOnce Upon a Time/Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? I've literally had dreams about it often enough, then woken up all disappointed when I realized it didn't happen.
ReplyDeleteMadam Secretary has a fictional president, and in The Good Wife it's been mentioned that Obama is president. Also, the feels of the two shows aren't all that different.
ReplyDeleteCould be, but "widly different DNA" bothers me since the two shows are both from the super hero genre and from Berlantini, so they have closer connection to each other than what the article is implying.
ReplyDeleteAgree, the only way it could have worked was if FOX picked up Studio City, then it would have made sense, but since they didn't, Empire doesn't have any show it can logically crossover with.
ReplyDeleteMost of these are possible, but OUAT and Castle? Seriously?
ReplyDeleteIt says they are on the same network, so those can't be.
ReplyDeletePOI could crossover with almost any show I can think of
ReplyDeleteAs much as I would love for The Flash to bring an audience to The 100, just thinking about it (even though it is a mere fantasy) gave me a scare.
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine working through something like that? I don't think even Jason can work through something like that for The 100. It would be intirguing to see if he could pull it off though
The 100 - Containment crossover sounds like a neat idea, actually, and very plausible and doable since there is no direct contact between characters, but rather a massive shout out.
ReplyDeleteHow to Get Away with a Scandal
ReplyDeleteI think Empire and Bones is less possible. Anyway, those are just my ideas.
ReplyDeleteI don't count on Empire and Bones anytime soon either.
ReplyDeleteBut I just don't see how can you crossover OUAT and Castle without permanently changing Castle... they would have to perform some "forgetting" spell at the end of the crossover so Castle and company would go back into action in their own show as nothing has happened, and that it is a cheap plot device.
Ohhh. Idk it was 4:30am when I said that. Lol I was very groggy.
ReplyDeleteThere's no more crossovers. Won't be anymore. Too many different SL's none of them match up. Nor do the writers want to do it. They have other things planned.
ReplyDeleteNo, I don't see it working. In fact, I don't see any crossover between The 100 and any other show working.
ReplyDeleteLike I said, it's just an idea I did for fun. I don't even watch Castle.
ReplyDeleteThe Flash and Supernatural? The Flash and The Vampire Diaries? The Flash and iZombie? Grey's Anantomy and HTGAWN? Grey's Anatomy and Scandal?
ReplyDeleteYeah .. but I thought this as a challenge .. action, sci-fi & horror .. I mean it would be great to watch this episode .. you'll never know what is gonna happen !
ReplyDeleteMaybe Shondaland? Crossing over her medical drama (ie Grey's) with one of her consirancy/thriller dramas (ie Scandal OR HTGAWM)?
ReplyDeleteIt's like not a show I watch.
ReplyDeleteI think it'll be something like Criminal Minds and one of the new medical dramas crossing over.
That's easy to do.
ReplyDeleteI get the impression they want to cross networks.
ReplyDelete
