    You guys must be dying with anticipation huh, Heroes Reborn is up there for me but if it's Chuck or Fringe i'd be on the same level as you guys LOL. So they never got together? I don't think i can watch a show where's there's no ships, there'd be nothing to root for in the characters personal lives, or am i wrong?

    Just like mac said, they were done just right, I wish more took a page out of their when it comes to treating relationships onscreen.
    You should definitely watch this, It's really worth the journey. This one, Fringe and Lost are my favourite shows of all time. 12 Monkeys will get to that list if it surcices season 2.

    Yes. It was sci-fi/supernatural 100% with thr exception of maybe three episodes.

    Well, the whole alien conspiracy in the background it's what fuels the show, but it's not an alien ALIEN show, if that make any sence, lol. You know how in Fringe many of the storylines were originated by things Walter had experimented on? well, here many things are alien related, but we don't really see the aliens. There're psicopaths too, and regular people, and mad scientists. If you loved Fringe, you can't not watch The X-Files.

    Both, actually. Aliens did make contact, but they made a deal with a few, and since what that deal is, is what sparks the show, I'm not telling you what. But there's also alien technology involved, and it had a heavy MOW/FOW/COW format (all of them), specially in the earlier years. I remember watching it with my mom when I was a little kid, it gave so many memorable nightmares, lol. I still remember an episode with little girls that were clones (it must've been season 2, maybe even 3, but mostlikely 2, I was about 6yo), it gave me nightmares for weeks! And I'm still mighty pissed that we didn't get an end of the world movie in 2012, I hoping this will make up for it.

    MOW monster of the week / FOW freak of the week /COW case of the week.
    They had a sort of prophesy where the alien invasion would begin in December 2012, so fans were expecting a movie. That didn't happen, huge disappointment...

    Ready for another "x-file" mystery case probably. Thought there could be hints to personal topics too. Scullys-s line, IF it is personal & not just "we are the only two people familiar with these strange alien & conspiracy x-files cases that could solve this new threat/case" related, it could be about their son, William.


    Ready for what? Ready to "chase monsters in the dark again"? Ready to find/contact/meet William jr? Ready for something else? Right now we have only seen like 5 seconds combined in the 2 teasers of what is coming, so it is really too early to make any educated guesses. But I cannot wait to see the X-Files season X!
