Alex will have more to worry about than balancing work and motherhood in the upcoming season of Saving Hope. Between a competitive new fellow and an eager Jr. Resident to keep her eye on, she'll be one busy super-surgeon.

Also joining the Hope Zion medical team are two more highly ambitious Jr. Residents, Dr. Dev Sekera and Dr. Asha Ray.

Who will rise to the top of the ranks and who will get caught up in a mess of tangled romance on the way?

Meet Dr. Patrick Curtis (Max Bennett)
A go-getter with an impressive resume, Dr. Patrick Curtis (Max Bennett) is general surgeon with the wherewithal and skill to match the high standards set by the former Hope Zion wunderkind Dr. Alex Reid (Erica Durance). A committed and passionate perfectionist with equal parts wit and bumbling charm, Patrick is legitimate competition as one of the shining stars of Hope Zion’s roster of fellows. Having risen through the ranks while Alex was on maternity leave, Patrick has challenged her position as one of the brightest rising stars in Hope Zion’s staff. Armed with an affable “Hugh Granty” personality, Patrick’s threat to Alex’s place in the hospital is made all the more legitimate by the fact that he is damn good at his job. Unencumbered by the added complications of raising a family while juggling a career as a doctor, Patrick has all the drive that Alex does with none of the constraints. While Alex looked after her baby on mat-leave, Patrick was picking up extra shifts, schmoozing with the staff, and developing a reputation as a talented and trustworthy surgeon. It just might be possible that this “fellow fellow” could out-manoeuver Alex to the prize at the end of the fellowship, and look good while doing it.

Meet Dr. Cassie Williams (Kim Shaw)
Fresh faced and eager to please, Dr. Cassie Williams is part of a trio of new Jr. Residents at Hope Zion Hospital in Season 4 of “Saving Hope”. With a solid head for critical thinking that isn’t tethered to a textbook, Cassie is taken under the wing of Dr. Alex Reid (Erica Durance) early in her training. Despite the hurricane of butterflies in her stomach and a case of junior nerves, she has the brains and the goods to make it as a star Surgeon at Hope Zion. But if she wants to stay on her newly accelerated path she’ll have to watch out for the distractions littered in her way, including a tangled office romance, the emergence of an old love affair, and the hostilities from her very competitive fellow Residents.

Meet Dr. Dev Sekera (Dejan Loyola)
Although he’s clever and a quick learner, Dr. Dev Sekera has a habit of making jokes when he’s uncomfortable. Being a first year Jr. Resident, that tends to happen a lot. While juggling his rounds in the OR, Dev has earned himself a bit of a reputation as the class clown of the 2015, but that hasn’t stopped him from putting his mark on the hospital. Under the mentorship of Dr. Maggie Lin (Julia Taylor Ross), Dev has proved a tenacious and thorough surgeon – if gullible and green at times. And that certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed by the staff surgeons, or his very competitive class for that matter. If he can learn to keep his foot out of his mouth and his nose to the grindstone, Dr. Dev Sekera has the goods and guts to make it at Hope Zion Hospital.

Meet Dr. Asha Ray (Parveen Kaur)
Patience has never been Dr. Asha Ray’s strong suit. Equal parts competitive and ambitious, Dr. Ray is wasting no time on her introductory rounds or her fellow Jr. residents, gunning instead for a surgical post and as much time in the O.R. as possible. Knowing the book by heart– and having the answer scribbled on some flash cards hidden in her scrubs to boot – with the skills to back them up is a great start, but Asha’s strong sense of independence has a cost: without a mentor at Hope Zion Hospital, Asha Ray will need to find her edge on the competition in some other way.

    Imperative Entertainment Announces
HEROES REBORN: Gemini and HEROES REBORN: Enigma
New console and mobile games developed by Phosphor and Tim Kring's Imperative enable fans to dive deeper into NBC's "HEROES REBORN" universe

SAN DIEGO (July 8, 2015) - Imperative Entertainment today announced a licensing agreement with Universal Partnerships & Licensing to produce two new games to celebrate the launch of NBC's "HEROES REBORN"event series this fall, which expands upon the "HEROES" universe. The games, HEROES REBORN: Gemini (console/PC/Mac) and HEROES REBORN: Enigma (smartphone/tablet), feature two different stories from "HEROES" creator and "HEROES REBORN" Executive Producer Tim Kring.

In the expansive "HEROES" franchise, this is the first time mobile and console games have been created. Both games will be available for digital download and offer fans a chance to dive deeper into the world of "HEROES REBORN," allowing users to experience what it's like to "Be The Hero" for the first time. HEROES REBORN: Gemini and HEROES REBORN: Enigma will introduce players to never-before-seen characters and environments.

Kring, creator of the "HEROES" universe and Imperative Entertainment co-founder, tapped Phosphor, a leading independent producer of quality console and mobile games, to develop both games. To make for a truly immersive 3-D experience, the Unreal Engine 4 was used to create both games.

"HEROES REBORN: Gemini and HEROES REBORN: Enigma tell two interlocking tales of characters and environments that fans of 'HEROES REBORN' have never seen. As the first games produced by Imperative Entertainment, we wanted to make sure the games lived up to our expectations and the expectations of 'HEROES' fans," Kring said. "I am proud to say that the game play and storylines are exceptional and the games are lot of fun to play."

Expanding on the television story arc of "HEROES REBORN," HEROES REBORN: Gemini is a next-generation first-person adventure PC/console game that brings players into the dangerous world of Cassandra, a young woman who is determined to solve the mysteries of her past while discovering her new powers. The first-person action-puzzle mobile game, HEROES REBORN: Enigma, follows Dahlia, an evolved human with incredible powers, as she attempts to escape captivity at a secret government facility called The Quarry.

Both games can be played and enjoyed separately but share key characters, story points and gameplay dynamics, creating a richer experience for those who play both games.

"We're thrilled to be giving 'HEROES REBORN' fans a chance to further immerse themselves in this wonderful world Tim has created, " said Zak Kadison, COO and co-founder of Imperative. "Now players have the option to be the hero from home or on the go."

A teaser video for the game will be unveiled on Sunday, July 12, at NBC's "HEROES REBORN"panel at San Diego Comic-Con, after which it will be widely viewable across numerous video platforms.

"HEROES REBORN" premieres Thursday, September 24, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

  3. only that South Park still has political wit unlike The Simpsons wich let FOX cut off the shows balls

  4. I don't know where to add this, but on IMDB, an actor named Michael Patric is on the list of guest stars as 'Comptroller'. Truth or not, thought I'd share that, but again, I don't know where to put it. Also, for seasons 1-3, Stephen Amell was only listed as 'Oliver Queen/Arrow' but starting with 4.01, he's listed as 'Oliver Queen/Green Arrow'.

  6. Every show and movies need to be a game. Are we back to like 2005-ish or so? The only way i could see Heroes work is if they do a Telltale-style game. But else it's gonna be garbage.

  7. Excited for Outcast hope we get a trailer soon.

  8. What's the deal with EVERY show being turned into a Telltale series? I loved Sam&Max but the recent games are really REALLY annoying in their limited, no freedom-way of telling stories that would translate better to a TV show.

I could see a Heroes game work if done in the vein of Saints Row 4, Prototype 1/2, Crackdown or Infamous. Exploring an open world with super powers.
I could easily see a few shows making for good games using some already established game series engines.

Arrow - Assassin's Creed, the bow/arrow mechanic already exists for AC3 and Unity was gorgeous

The Originals - VtM: Bloodlines, using the source 2 engine to create a vampire RPG has worked already
