Scene Of The Week - July 12, 2015 - POLL

A weekly feature in which we're trying to find the most compelling, best acted, written, directed and just generally great, memorable scenes that we've seen in past seven days on TV.

GIRL MEETS WORLD, "Girl Meets Mr. Squirrels Goes to Washington", July 10, 2015, Actors: Will Friedle, J.B. Gaynor, The Scene: The reveal that Tommy came back to help Eric
Klutzy Girl:
The reveal that Tommy came back to help Eric caught me off guard because I don't think this was one return anybody was expecting. Their reunion made me emotional, especially since this storyline was one of my favorites on Boy Meets World.

SUITS, "No Refills", July 8, 2015, Actors: Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams, John Pyper-Ferguson, The Scene: Harvey's panic attack
Justyna K:
One of the things I like the most about the show is the friendship between Mike and Harvey. So I'm glad Mike finally knows about Harvey's panic attacks. In this scene, Specter feels very vulnerable and is barely keeping things together when Jack comes to continue their fight, threatening to take away all of Harvey's financial privileges. Mike quickly joins the argument with him and Harvey manages to hold his own against his adversary. In the end Jack leaves and Mike helps Harvey get better and offers his help. It's really great to see these two having each other's backs. There are so many conflicts on this show that it's especially important to have real friendship moments like that. Also add to this, Gabriel Macht's powerful performance and here's one of my choices for scene of the week.

TEEN WOLF, "Dreamcatchers", July 6, 2015, Actors: Shelley Hennig, Arden Cho and more, The Scenes: Kira fights Tracy & Malia fights Tracy
Justyna K:
Once again, a great episode this week, with all the female characters having a chance to shine. There were many scenes I enjoyed, like the Sheriff getting ready for his date, Stiles' confronting Donovan or the kanima reveal but it's the final minutes with Kira and Malia's fights against Tracy that really stole the show for me. In the end, I decided to go with Malia stopping Tracy and proving she's truly not like her parents, choosing to save Tracy, not kill her. It was certainly a significant moment for Malia, in the premiere she chose her name to be Tate, not Hale and this week she managed to win the fight with kanima and show who she really is, not a killer but a part of the pack. She's been a part of the team for a while now but it was probably the first time she had a chance to prove her control and made her own choice. I loved that little confirmation and it would have been enough to choose this scene but I also chose it over Kira's brilliant fight because it's the first moment when one of the pack meets the Dread Doctors. It must have been a horrifying experience for Malia but I'm glad it means that everyone will start to be aware of the danger around them. Kudos for another great episode, can't wait for next one!
A Dahne: Kira embraces her full kitsune. Kira as a character has been largely shafted with the girlfriend role on Teen Wolf so it was fantastic to see her finally take full control of her own powers to help defeat Tracy. When she cut off Tracy's tail, I cheered. Not because she was winning, but because she had finally become the kick butt warrior I knew she could be all along. In fact, everything Kira was great in this episode.
Jamie Coudeville: Malia spares Tracy. Malia has come a long way from when we first met her. This episode proves that. In the past she would've just taken out the threat but now, when Scott asked her to save Tracy, she did. My heart broke for her when those doctors killed Tracy anyway.
