Another good, twisty episode with plenty of good scenes to choose from. I'm split between the bromance moment where Scott fixes Stiles' hand and the scene towards the end where Stiles tells Sheriff he noticed the absent wedding ring.
ReplyDeleteI have to go with Scott and Stiles argue/Scott heals his hand.
ReplyDeleteThe little girl was a cute pie "Dr. McCall"
I am so going to enjoy Theotis getting his butt kicked this season. It might not happen until the finale but I've got it to look forward to.
The bromance between Scott and Stiles-Awesome!
ReplyDeleteStiles and Scott argument.
ReplyDeleteIt is true that Scott trusts people too easily after everything that has happened.
How much did you throw up when Scott said he still saw something that could be saved in Peter.
ReplyDeleteYou and me both. Theo has to go, especially if he causes a rift between Scott and Stiles. That's my biggest fear so far. Well that and the idea that the goo has something to do with Grandpa Evil. Please don't let him be the mastermind behind this.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. I liked how Scott took away Stiles' pain and fixed his hand. What I really hope though is that he also sensed and took away some of Stiles' anxiety.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I think it's beyond that and I say this as someone who really wants Peter snark back.
ReplyDeleteThey both made valid points, although Stiles should have brought up Matt too. That's a better analogy than Peter. After all, everyone thought Matt was just some random guy who liked Allison. Stiles sensed that he was so much more.
ReplyDeleteWow
ReplyDeleteI agree. That came out of nowhere.
ReplyDeleteThis season looks really promising so far and i say this as someone who passionately hated last season.
ReplyDeleteScott and Stiles argue about trusting people, Stiles punches the hood, and Scott heals his hand.
ReplyDeleteI hated last season too so that's why I am so glad that the premiere was sooo good and the follow-up too.
ReplyDeleteI really liked that scene too. I especially like scenes that focus on Scott and Stiles so this one gets my vote.
ReplyDeleteI actually liked the 2nd episode slightly better than the premiere.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Do you mind me asking why?
ReplyDeleteValack's the mastermind.
ReplyDeleteI didn't want to laugh but the second time i saw it, i saw Stiles' face and laughed LOL
ReplyDeleteScott and Stiles argue, Stiles punches the hood and than Scott heals his hand. Their bromance is one of the best I've ever seen.
ReplyDeleteThe Steampunk doc climbing out of the lockers has stayed with me. I am almost never really creeped out by movies or TV. Good googlie moo! I may be in a minority but that's my pick.
ReplyDeleteThough I began to wonder...is Theo really a bad guy...seemed like he was doing a solid by putting Liam in a position to reveal himself to Mason.
You think Tracey was a werewolf to begin with? I took that whole sequence to mean the docs were turning into a werewolf. Hmmm
I agree. Stiles should have brought up Matt. I think (and am not sure Scott recognizes) that this is another of Stiles' vital roles in Scott's life. Stiles' lack of automatic trust forces Scott to consider these types of moves. Theo would already be in the pack if it weren't for Stiles. Scott may think Stiles' is overreacting but he's not dismissing Stiles' instincts. Hmm, maybe Scott does recognize Stiles' importance on that front.
ReplyDeleteI didn't *hate* last season. I was annoyed by elements but didn't hate the whole thing....but I agree...this season is looking really promising.
ReplyDeleteThe absent ring was a cool scene. Lots of great scenes actually.
ReplyDeleteI have a Theo related question...why do you think he forced Liam into wolfing out in front of Mason? I'm trying to figure out how to fit that move in with the growing picture of who Theo is.
If Valack is Triclops, I agree. I'm just mentally preparing for Grandpa Evil to come back again so I don't break my TV with all the stuff I throw at it.
ReplyDeleteThey shore up each others' weaknesses well. I agree that Stiles' role is skeptic and detective. He keeps Scott from being too gullible and Scott opens Stiles up to new people. It's a great yin-yang thing. I am prepared for things to get worse between Scott and Stiles before it gets better but I'm hoping they don't drag it out too long or else it won't be any fun. Of course no plot ever lasts too long on Teen Wolf so I'm really good with that.
ReplyDeleteI laugh at things on Teen Wolf all the time that other people might not think are funny. Sometimes it's just the reactions that get me going.
ReplyDelete100% agreed. They are the foundation of Teen Wolf and I hope the show never loses that.
ReplyDeleteI think the docs have been slowly turning Tracy a long time before her ending scene. She had to be a werewolf before then because those quick shots showed her using her own claws to gauge up the locker when steampunk soldier started crawling. They also showed her on her own roof, presumably killing the birds. So either she was a werewolf all along and didn't know it or the scientists have been injecting her al this time. I'm anxious to see which it is.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, that makes sense. She said at the beginning that she'd been having the night terrors for a while.
ReplyDeleteI only have a theoretical answer for one of those questions. My first thought was that he overheard Stiles and Liam talking in the woods and decided to help Liam get past that hurdle. But that only works if he's not a villain. But I have no idea. :-)
ReplyDeleteThat could be it but I'm going with a Trust Stiles motto right now. If Stiles says something's evil about him, there is. Or maybe he's a villain with a soft spot for Liam, like every other freaking person in Beacon Hills. After all, he's the most recent person in a long line to tell Liam he's super special.
ReplyDelete"like every other freaking person in Beacon Hills."
ReplyDeleteBWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
So you hate him?
ReplyDeleteYou don't like Liam either?
ReplyDeleteGet fluffy version of your stuff just in case LOL
ReplyDeleteWho do you think is right? Scott or Stiles?
ReplyDeleteI like Liam just fine. Don't have a problem with him. But Dahne's comment made me laugh out loud.
ReplyDeleteI loved when you said "chimera" i miss hearing that term LOL
ReplyDeleteYeah i mean the first time i focused on the scene, but the second time i was seeing it with my sister and wasn't really paying attention and i looked up and saw his face and laughed out loud LOL
ReplyDeleteFor her not to know has to mean that her parents aren't weres and that doesn't skip generations does it?
ReplyDeleteIf the scientist can create a werecreature makes them the most dangerous villains we've faced.
ReplyDeletewhere had you heard it?
ReplyDeleteOr she could be adopted like Malia.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely, which is why I am tempted to say that's where we're going. There's been far toomuch talk about the laws of the supernatual being mutable for it not to mean something. I don't think they are going to start trying to explain canon issues this late in the game.
ReplyDeleteStiles. Theo is dangerous. Plus I think that after all they've been through and the fact that Scott is a ture alpha and therefore a target, they should always err on the side of caution.
ReplyDeleteBwaaaahhhh! Generally I throw socks or pillows.
ReplyDeleteWho? Theo or Liam? I think Theo is going to be evil or annoying and I know that Liam is mostly annoying. I can't stand Liam or the fact that it feeels like they are trying to use him to replace Scott and Stiles when the actors want to leave.
ReplyDeleteLiam, No! Spit! No replacing! I get that though, when someone compared Mason for Stiles i almost threw something, but i still love Liam. Theo's a villain not just annoying.
ReplyDeleteOnce Upon a Time
ReplyDeleteWow you're more controlled than me, i usually throw a remote control or actually punch the screen LOL.
ReplyDeleteAgree, i love that Scott is a trustful person but sometimes that a weakness.
ReplyDeleteThey spend far too much time on Liam for my taste. In the scene with Liam and Mason running from the wolf in the high school, that was classic Scott and Stiles. I miss the bromance of Scott and Stiles for scenes with all the freaking new kids.
ReplyDeleteI totally think Theo is going to be a villain, mostly because Stiles is usually right. But it would make for one heck of a twist if he is being controlled by the steampunk scientists against his will.
If she continues to be on the show and i already do, maybe.
ReplyDeleteCanon issues such as?
ReplyDeleteSuch as werewolf powers that work whenever the script wants them too.
ReplyDeleteLaundry basket of socks, my friend. It is still cathartic and less like to have you paying for a new screen.
ReplyDeleteTheo looks too controlled to be against his will, don't get me wrong i still think he's working for them. I just found out that the necklace in the grave was Tracy's, that's why they did a close-up of Tracy's little tree, the necklace was missing. So he has to be involved with them in some way. It's taking all my self-control to not feel the same way you do, not insulting you but i want to like him because i like Scott being a parent to him LOL, and Stiles as the cool Uncle.
ReplyDeleteTrue that LOL and wow!
ReplyDeleteHow do you mean? Shifting, or control?
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Scott and Stiles arguing about trusting people. It showed the ultimate contrast between two bros lol. And seeing scenes like this between these two, kinda makes it harder for the audience to watch them inevitably fall apart...
ReplyDeleteThey're literally my favorite bromance on TV after Sherlock and John. It physically hurts to see them fight.-_-
ITS JUST A SHOW THEY ALWAYS MAKE UP

ReplyDeleteNothing in particular. It was more like Premiere was introduction of this season's theme and the next episode focused on the detail of it.
ReplyDeleteTheir bromance is really great and I love how they always care for each other. And Stiles sixth sense is working with full speed, Scott has to learn that trust has to be earned and not given that easily.
