I have thought about watching this series but it's not my usual design of anime. Someone tell me about why they love this anime and what's so great about it then I try it out.
The great thing about Attack on Titans is the depth of the characters and how the plot portrays all shades of humanity, from the best to the worst. It show how crisis brings out both heroism and acts of utter malice. No one is safe, not the good ones, not the bad ones, only the ones that make the right split second choice to get out alive.
Most of the time the characters will survive merely on wits, there are barely any Deus Ex Machina and the anime will take risks on storytelling that pays off pretty damn well.
I was hooked from episode 1 and began to adore the anime starting off episode 5. It's first season was above amazing and can't wait for season 2!
I know the design may look rocky, but the animation flows so smoothly, the voice acting is amazing and the plot and character development will surely keep you going. That's what it did for me at least :)
I didn't see the "Blonde Streaker".................she has to be in this film! Hollywood take notes, because this is what a film about "killer giants" should look like. Nobody 4 NOW!!!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
It looks great :) I'm looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteLove the anime, and this looks pretty good! :)

ReplyDeleteWow, it looks just like the anime! It may be one of the few live actions I don't hate... heck! It may be the one live action that I come to love!
ReplyDeleteBring it on movie, I'm ready for ya!

ReplyDeleteYou mean streaking around naked lmao!
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or does Mikasa just look totally helpless in these previews?!?
ReplyDeleteShe's the most badass character in the anime, WTF?
I hope they there just giving the good previews and then when I watch it I go just why like I did to the Dragon ball z movie.
ReplyDeleteI have a problem with this movie, in the original source the only asian character is Mikasa; in the manga the asian people are nearly extinct.
