Batman prequel series Gotham has promoted another recurring player to gotham31regular — Drew Powell. He plays Butch Gilzean, whose loyalty was tested as chief henchman to Jada Pinkett Smith’s Fish Mooney in Season 1. Season 2 will continue to test Butch Gilzean, as he inherits the new King of the Gotham underbelly as a boss, Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin.
