Devious Maids is getting almost double the viewers UnReal is getting. I really hope it's renewal is coming soon too. This duo of shows is just amazing.

Even though Teen Wolf already got renewed, I was hoping for higher total viewers though the demo seems somewhat stable. Same with UnReal glad it got renewed otherwise I would be worried. I am gonna really miss Chasing Life

ReplyDeleteThem renewing this was it for CL.. they dont have enough room for all these new shows and still keep all the old ones. I wish because CL is great and doesnt deserve to be canceled but if i know ABCFamily they suck and make terrible decisions. Once PLL is gone i wont watch ABCFamily anymore they have nothing for me.

ReplyDeleteI guess up is up but I think the whispers needs more than this to be renewed. It really sucks, I love the show.
ReplyDeleteSwitched at Birth has had a good run, but probably deserves a final 13 episode season. If all of their new shows end up doing 13 episodes instead of 20 episodes, they would only have PLL/the Fosters doing 20 episode seasons. So you could have 4 dramas sharing the 9pm slot after PLL/the Fosters. That doesnt even count airing shows without PLL/the Fosters like SAB is doing in late August or potentially airing shows at 10pm, which was almost the timeslot for Chasing Life. I agree that their reality shows look horrible but they do have some interesting drama pilots in development, and the book that Recovery Road is based on is really great. I can see the lead actress of RR being 2016's Italia Ricci.

ReplyDeleteI wouldnt go that far.. Italia is really talented. Shes going to do big things if she chooses to. Your right though if they keep the episode orders to 10 and 13 they can keep everything. But its ABCFamily they enjoy cancelling shows and watching the fans react, they love it.
ReplyDeleteIn demo it ties it's series low which it's gotten a total of 7 times, in viewers it is a series low. It's season average so far though is by far the lowest.
