But there is some good news, as well: Starz has decided to premiere the new season relatively soon — October 24th.

Really annoyed with this, I loved the show a lot. I'm even more annoyed they kept us in the dark for over a year only to cancel it.

ReplyDeleteNoooo! I was hoping it would make it to four or five. :( Ah well, hopefully the storylines are wrapped up. And I guess it's not a huge surprise given they waited sooooo damn long to tell us ANYTHING since they renewed it. Fuck.

I'm pretty sure it's true. I did a search earlier after the news came out and couldn't find a show since Torchwood that went beyond S3. I'm not sure why that is. Maybe that will change soon with Black Sails.

why do you say cancelled? It's ending so hopefully no cliffhanger this year. The show was so cool to me glad we get a full end
ReplyDeleteIt's a final season but still cancelled, I think it will have a proper ending since it was said they'd finished filming a while back but David S. Goyer said recently they're filming, so maybe some re-shoots going on.

ReplyDeleteThe poster is pretty good. The show has been on such a long hiatus, i don't even remember what went down last season. I hope we get a resolution before it ends.

ReplyDeleteWell Torchwood only aired ONE season on Starz, before that it was exclusively a BBC series. Spartacus is the only one.
