    I'm disappointed the final season is so short at only 6 episodes. They should have greenlit at least 10 episodes like the 1st season. I know 6 episodes is better than getting cancelled, but this show was supposed to have a 7 season arc and wrapping everything up in 6 hours doesn't seem like enough. Shaw Media is pretty stingy with how they budget and pay for shows. I'm a U.S. viewer and I guess this isn't airing until sometime this Fall on SyFy.

    Well we know that Alec's son got here from the future so at some point some of the Alecs might have been developing medical breakthroughs. So yeah maybe it is possible.

    I'm talking about the U.S. airings, not Canada. Season 3 aired April 2014 on SyFy, Season 2 aired June 2013, Season 1 aired January 2013.

    Yeah they will never be on the same day which kind of sucks, i always wanted them to multicast the show but no such luck, so you're right when it ends (NOOO!!!!!) in Canada it will still be on the air in the US

    Yes, he is but if you remember he became obsessed with creating new technologies that means at some point he might have created a new medical treatment with the help from his son to be able to save a lot of people. Since day one they have nano robots that means they might have a viable treatment.
