    Natalie and April? I think April does not know her mom is talking about pulling Brenna out of her private school.

    Yup...Gotta be the abortion. Natalie found out when she went with Brenna to see Dr. Hamburg and start the testing for the bone marrow/stem cell donation. Looks like Natalie says something about it to April, thinking that April already knew. I wondered from the second Brenna told Kieran and Greer about it how/when it was gonna come out.
