Thanks to arrowshieldfan for the heads up.
When Arrow fans last saw Oliver Queen he was making his way out of town, leaving friends and family behind in Starling City as he hit the road with Felicity. Where will Season 4 find Oliver and Felicity when the superhero drama returns in the fall to the CW? Stephen Amell offered up a few cryptic hints and teases about Olicity and what’s ahead to The TV Junkies.
“Well they’ve been away,” jokes Amell about where we pick up with the couple in the premiere. “They are away and I believe they are still away when we get going again,” he says. Does this mean that Season 4 may actually give Olicity a shot at being happy together? “Well you never know, but I think if anyone has a decent chance it’s Oliver and Felicity. Time will tell,” Amell teases.

Thank U for posting and thank U Arrowshieldfan for sending this in. Terrible day in this hellatus so this scoop is really what I need to go and sleep peacfully.
ReplyDeleteWhy do I get the feeling that when he mentions new people interacting that he thinks off Thea and Lance?
I hope they go back to S02 level of storytelling and that the episodes will be more fluent and serve the characters and overall story.
I'm just gonna sit back and wait for people to complain that the interview is too Olicity centric.
ReplyDeleteI'm more concerned about what's going on with Team Arrow and the newest threat(s) to Starling City.
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly why I read the comments first, if find one that says the interview it's too Olicity centric I know I can skip it, so thank you. Anything interesting on other fronts?
ReplyDeleteIt's not Olicity centric at all. It's just one paragraph about them. But people often ignore everything else and complain. You can skip the first paragraph and read the rest.
ReplyDeletePeople like to whine. Especially about shipping. I think I'm starting to get used to it because whenever I see more complaining it just translates to "blah blah blah insert complaining here blah blah blah"
ReplyDeleteThise "different elements" are hopefully Ollie cracking up with everyone, even with his enemies. Ollie's pulling his wit while up against guys like Merlyn would be awesome.
ReplyDeleteI don't care what anyone says, at least Olicity is better than Ollie/Chloe.
ReplyDeleteWell if we're talking ships I'm all BCGA but u r right about Ollie/Chloe they were ok but not my type of pairing same applies to O/F just not my thing. I like angst, snark, sexy bantering type of couples w very little sweet thrown in. I need my couples to be able to go at each other hard but still have each other's back.
ReplyDelete"Different elements." I hope that means Oliver smiling like a fool. = D I want to see Oliver and Felicity on the beach with coconuts. (Wanders off) Swoon! HHahahaha, And as for more characters having scenes with each other, I'd love for Thea to have more scenes with Lyla. Or for Felicity and Lyla to have more scenes. I want them to be besties so badly.
ReplyDeleteI'd get the grievances more if it weren't that shooting hasn't even started, I doubt he's at any ability to say anything actually new plot related stuff, or really new anything. That being said I'm not particularly concerned about where they are. Can't wait for comic con when we'll actually be allowed to get and receive info beyond what we know.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see Oliver more happy and hopefully quippy. But still broody of course. Well thank God Comic con's almost here so we can get new info released.
