The CW’s “Arrow” has cast “Falling Skies” alum Ryan Robbins in a recurring role for season four, Variety has learned exclusively.
Robbins will play Conklin, a sadistic and ruthless member of Shadowspire who will be an adversary for Oliver (Stephen Amell) in the flashback sequences.
Robbins will make his first appearance in episode three of season four.
