I Would say Revenge but it ended so well that i do not think i would need another season. It ended on a very high note and the last few episodes were fantastic! I will really miss it though
There aren't any specified metrics to assist in making making a selection so the poll will no doubt be governed by the fans who like the shows in question.
That being said, ABC missed a beat with its cancellation of Forever over American Crime. They should have canceled both but instead the canceled the better show.
I would have loved more Selfie specifically to see more Karen Gillan, she was wonderful with John Cho on the show but I enjoyed the way they ended it so I made my peace with its cancellation :(
Constantine and Witches of East End for me. I'm digging The Messengers but hope it gets proper resolution. Most of the shows listed I either didn't have any interest in or feel ran their course like Revenge, The Following, and Hart of Dixie.
Forever is the only show that I truly mourn. I understand the financial reasons behind its cancellation, but knowing why Forever was cancelled doesn't make me miss it any less.
I also liked both Hart of Dixie and Constantine, but Hart of Dixie had a wonderful final season and a fantastic final episode, and that took the sting out of its loss, and I simply wasn't that attached to Constantine.
All these shows really did deserve to get cancelled because of the ratings, but if I had pick, I'd say A to Z and One Big Happy. They weren't the best sitcoms, but I did enjoy them
Forever- This cancelation came out of no where. It was a great show and I thought for sure that it would last.
Constantine- Great syfy DC show. Sadly it didn't have the big fan base that shows like Arrow and The Flash did. Ita original 10:00pm timeslot on Fridays didn't help the show at all.
Backstorm- I was looking forward to this show based on all the promos I saw, but the pilot disappointed me.
Selfie- I knew this show wouldn't last long as soon as I heard the name.
I voted for the Messengers because CW just hung it up to dry. No promotions and putting it on the Friday death slot. Forever was good but at least it had a chance. Also Stalker was pretty interesting and unique from what Ive seen.
For me it was The Following. I felt there was still story to tell with Ryan, Mike and Max. And I really wanted to see how they would play out season 4. Sigh.
I liked many of them, but Resurrection was a clear favorite. I was slow to discover the show, but when I did, I binge watched both seasons in super speed. Awesome show!
Constantine - I really would have liked another season. If we're judging solely on entertainment value, this one should have stayed around. It got so much better as it went on, and there were a lot of promising things coming up, it seemed like.
Resurrection - The show did have room to continue its story, and the final "cliffhanger" ending wasn't great (despite everything kind of getting wrapped up prior to that), but I do feel like it was Resurrection's time. Maybe if they had kept the seasons shorter it would have felt like it had more longevity, but Season 2 was a bit tough to get through. Good show overall, but I'm not crushed that it was canceled.
A to Z - I'm on the fence with this one. I really wanted to see how the story played out given that they set an "ending" of sorts for themselves from the very beginning, but apart from that timeline, the show didn't necessarily feel like it really "needed" to survive. This cancellation was a disappointment, but not terribly heartbreaking.
Selfie - This show should have taken up the Cougar Town mantle of great comedies with terrible names. It improved so much as it went on, especially as it got into the Better-Off-Ted-esque workplace comedy. It should have lasted longer.
Hannibal - Another one I'm on the fence about. Season 1 was masterful, but the character development in Seasons 2 and 3 have suffered. Bryan Fuller's shows tend to get weaker as they progress (though generally not radically so... but I am only able to use Pushing Daisies and the plan for future Wonderfalls seasons to make this assertion), so maybe it would be for the best if the show ends right before Clarice's storyline would need to begin, but it is still one of the best shows on TV, so it will be missed.
Manhattan Love Story - I have lost absolutely no sleep over this show's cancellation. The male lead (or his character, at least) was entirely unlikable, and the female lead was only a little bit better. The show was all over the place and just not very enjoyable, IMO.
Weird Loners - I hate it for the cast that the show was canceled, and the show was quite entertaining, but there wasn't really enough there to justify a renewal. Given all the new shows FOX wanted to give a shot to, this was a reasonable show to cancel to make room.
This was a year full of reach renewals, and there's no doubt in my mind the networks will have buyer's remorse over some of them. HoD, however, was actually a worthy renewal and it didn't get one. It was apparently pre-cancelled and yet they didn't announce it as a final season (though it still got the CW farewell boost somehow).

Honorable mention: Hart Of Dixie (though objectively I'm okay with the show ending on the 4 year mark, at least a bit of a longer season might have been nice... But with Rachel's pregnancy I get it, so I don't mind. Plus with only the George/AB thing to hold against the show this past season, I think overall it had a really good run)
I think the fact that, despite the lack of any "official" announcement, everyone and their mother did pretty much admit to the pre-cancelation and prepared S4 as the final one, was why they got the farewell boost.

Galavant is the craziest renewal of the season along with American Crime.

Yeah but critical acclaim can get you awards... vocal loyal fanbase can't....
