Rules

The popular theory is that it will turn her into an Inhuman Hunter, it SHOULD be spits her out unharmed LOL, maybe she IS sent back in time and changes things with the Uprising and Ward never betrays the team and stays with them and all is hunky-dory, ah a man can wish can't he?
Yeah, undo the best twist on the show to date and render much of the storyline that's unfolded for over a season pointless so that a ship can happen. Great idea.
I think the coolest option out of these would be to send her to another planet. Simmons living 3-4 whole months as a slave/prisoner/rebel/whatever in, say, Hala, the capital planet of the Kree would be amazing character development for her.
As far as the obvious choice goes, turning Simmons into an anti-Inhuman weapon, I hope not. Besides the obvious factor, I'm worried about turning characters we know to be humans into gifted, and Simmons' already has sort of a superpower in her exceptional intellect, she really doesn't need another.
Not so sure about that, that's what Jiaying said the Artifact did but is that really what she believes what it does? She's repeatedly shown to lie in the finale, that could very well be another one.
Maybe. But I still think it's insane to be willing to sacrifice hundreds of agents just to prevent a theoretical, unknown danger. We know Nick Fury is the epitome of making hard calls and sacrifices in the name of the bigger picture, but unless he actually knew for sure that the stone was THAT dangerous, his decision was irrational (and I'd say all the agents who would've died if Bobbi had followed his orders would have had the right to be majorly pissed...). For all he knew, all the stone did was shoot pretty fireworks or something.

Now considering the Kree's feelings about the Inhumans this would make a lot sense and would be heartbreaking.

That would be beyond cool. Don't think they will introduce other worlds yet in AOS but I would be on board if they did.

1940s crossover with Agent Carter!! Again could see the another dimension happening.

I don't think so, its what the crystals and mist are for, I think the stone is something completely different.
Send her to another Inhuman settlement
Possibly or maybe a Kree one instead.

Spits her out 'unharmed' until later in the season she is revealed to be a clone of the original Simmons.
Sends her on a nice vacation, hey a SHIELD agent needs a break.
Something we probably haven't even thought about yet and will mess with our heads.
The anti-inhuman weapon would be interesting but I don't want to watch Skimmons being tearing apart.
