  1. Lol at that Teacher coming to welcome Theresa and Ben, “Up high, down low, too slow.” Also lol at “They made a hypnotherapist a school teacher.”

OMFG “Denise” is “Nurse Pam”, I didn’t expect that lol.

Awesome diner scene, Ethan telling it like it is, “The look of fear in everyone’s eyes.”
Haha, at the Police Station receptionist missing Pope, he was “cute” lol, “creepy” more like.

Wow, Melissa Leo, that whole Spiderman speech “With great power requires great responsibility”, such an excellent performance, especially the way she says “whenever necessary severely to the fullest extent of our law.”

What Dr. Jenkins said towards the end about the best things in this world requiring sacrifice, gives me the feeling this town is a social and scientific experiment of which he plays a part in etc (which I’ve been feeling for the majority of this show.)

Sorry Peter. The scene between Ethan and Nurse Pam lol, you might have fooled everyone else but “I’m a registered nurse.” - Best line of the night! Haha, the best way to shut a boy up and his curious mind is to kiss him ;)

That ending! He climbed up the mountains and a ‘creature’ is waiting, what the? I need more episodes XD! This shows the best!

  2. Great episode with a great WTF ending. The humanoid gait of the monster that took Sheriff Pope's body last week had me suspicious and tonight just confirmed that suspicion. Haven't read the books but I am guessing humans who have been transformed due to experiments.

So, Peter was the raltor who 'resigned', right? And Theresa got his job? Why was Peter kidnapped and taken to Wayward Pines? I thought at first that the town was populated by the poor souls who happened to pass through and were involved in some 'accident' or the other. But Peter was kidnapped from a different location.

Really enjoyed all of Ethan's scenes and how he went about throwing shade at everyone. But he is up against Nurse Pam, a most formidable opponent. Looking forward to the battle of wills between these two.

  3. Amazing!! Why do they keep getting rid of people i trust in this show?? There's not many. I think the only one i can trust now is the Mayor. Ither than that, i wish Ethan didn't have to speak to anyone else. And Pam sooo needs to die!!! Omg! I hate her so much, she needs to be next. Whooo i hate her. But she gets points from me for being a Marvel fan. lol (anyone else catch that Spider-Man reference? I laughed so hard.) And i could not be more scared for Ethan. That ending?? Wtf?? That was crazy.

Theresa and Kate's scene was really intense, i could feel the history coming off of them . Yes we know of their history but this was their first encounter since the show started, and it was very powerful. The regret in Kate's eyes, the anger in Theresa's face, i wish we could get more of their history. I know this couldn't have been their only encounter, i do hope there's more flashbacks on it. More flashbacks between them.

Peter's story was very very interesting. I love that it doesn't always have to be an "accident" to end up in WP. And that there's different recruiters. (Omg i want her dead, i really do).

I felt very sorry for Ben. And wth?? His parents can't fill him in on what's going on?? He's old enough i would think they would. That school teacher/hypno therapist really bothered me. I was hoping Ben would give her more attitude, and i THOUGHT he was playing along when he said he didn't know where he lived, but now i'm thinking he was very serious. Was he serious when he said he lied about not having friends either or was that hypnosis?? I don't trust that little girl either. She's asking way too many questions, she quickly wanted to befriend Ben, and she's stalking him, ummm, Benjamin, can you not tell that this little girl is psycho?? TRUST NO ONE!!

  4. Okay, so turns out, Wayward Pines is set in MIddle Earth. What's up with Gollum on that last scene? Bad enough that Ethan had to go all Frodo on that mountain. lol :))

  5. Another amazing episode. The kid is annoying me though, he started to in the last episode but when he ran over the Sheriff he redeemed himself, but I found him annoying again in this episode. I need to know what those things are! It would be awesome if someone let them all into the town ;) What a creeptastic episode that would be!

  8. Caught a bit of a continuity error: remember how it was said that there are no crickets? Well I heard plenty of crickets in the background there... :P

Having said that I'm still thoroughly enjoying it even though I still have no clue what is up! (And I think I'll keep on saying that until the show is over...)

Bummed about Peter. He was easily the nicest character yet.

I'm really liking the mayor and and the doctor continues to be interesting.

  9. Did we see Peter's occupation pre-Wayward Pines in his file? Maybe that might have been a clue...

  10. The cricket sounds are coming from little boxes that have recorded the sounds crickets make...
