Love this show! One of my most prominent thoughts after watching this episode: What is Stahma up to? Is she facinated with the omec, simply Gathering intel, or is she recruiting a warrior she might make use of? It's hard to tell with that woman.
I'm also releaved the baby is no longer hauled around the wilderness by Pilar...
Am still very much enjoying this season so far. Loved the guerrilla assault on Ram Tak's camp by Nolan and Irissa (along with the very mellow baby Luke), and nice teamwork despite Irissa's hesitations to kill (even when it's in the best interest of all) that would've made things so much better, but of course we couldn't have resolved the Tak situation so quickly.... some of the editing felt odd as the scene with Stahma and the Omec felt out of place, as there was no introduction as to what she might possibly be up to, and that it till remains a big mystery. Good to finally see some Votan weapons/tech as it never made much sense that there was hardly any around - rip (for now) Pilar, but you have to know that she will be back even though it looked like she took a pretty good shot from Nolan - definitely got a lol when the gave us a nod to Terminator, when Pilar told Nolan/Irissa to "Come with her if they wanted to live".. you'd have to think that Amanda/Berlin have to be suspicious of Datak with the "trojan bug" sabotage of the armory as well as that would be a bit obvious.....
Did anyone else notice the line from Linda Hamilton's character to Nolan " Come with me if you want to live ". Loved that reference to the Terminator..
The scene between Stahma and the Omec guy was really interesting, intrigued by what angle she is playing.
"I am of the Butchr of.....where are we?" that really made me laugh.
I'm glad Amanda hasn't forgiven to Tarrs for what happened to her sister. I'm really hoping we get some more Berlin/Amanda scenes they seemed to have formed a great friendship.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Another great episode. Looks like this season will be a huge improvement over the last.

ReplyDeleteStill giving Irisa a pass because of what she must be feeling but it's gonna be hard to watch the parts of her not kicking ass.
ReplyDeleteHope Pilar is dead, thank you Nolan for shooting the bitch.
Of course Stahma would be drawn to the strongest type aka The Omec...
- but I want more Omec Daughter and Nolan Moment whatever it be.
I laugh within but yea I sill don't like Amanda.
