Burbank, CA (June 30, 2015) – As her last day at Charton approaches, Brenna struggles with always being in April’s shadow in “Life of Brenna,” an all-new episode of “Chasing Life,” airing Monday, July 20 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
Being a teenager is never easy, but for Brenna it is even harder living in the shadows of perfect April. Brenna feels trapped, complaining about anything – especially having to leave her school in the face of all that April is dealing with. How can she complain about her life when her sister is fighting for her own? The only person she feels she can turn to is Natalie, which may push April and Brenna further apart.
Meanwhile, Dominic tries to start over with his mother (Ileana Douglas) and April shops for the perfect wedding dress.
“Chasing Life” is adapted from the successful Televisa USA Spanish-language Mexican television series and is a co-production of BV Family Productions, Lionsgate, and Televisa USA in association with ABC Family. The series is executive produced by Sean Smith, Joni Lefkowitz and Aaron Kaplan. “Chasing Life” stars Italia Ricci, Mary Page Keller, Aisha Dee, Richard Brancatisano and Haley Ramm, with Scott Michael Foster as a recurring guest star.
