Arrow - Season 4 - John Barrowman Finalizes Deal to Return
21 Jun 2015
ArrowThanks to mac and richard dower for the heads up.
In the video below, taken at Las Vegas Comic-Con, John Barrowman talks about finalizing his deal for season 4 of Arrow and returning to the show
Just LoL. He is like "the only thing I can is" , who asked U about Arrow?
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see him so excited about S04, but I think he is always excited, natural "flaw". His excitment makes me happy and excited. Looking forward to the season.
That's awesome. He's easily one of the best parts of the show.
ReplyDeleteyes, Yes, and YES !!!
ReplyDeleteMac will be very happy with this.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how I always think of Mac whenever I see any news about John Barrowman or Malcolm Merlyn lol
ReplyDeleteYou mean a gay pain in the ass with somewhat loveable charm that somehow makes you laugh in all his evilness? Sure, i can see how that fits Mac exactly. = p
ReplyDeleteMerlyn being the new Ra's al Ghul opens up so many new storylines for him. Can't wait for this season.
ReplyDeleteNot even remotely close to what I meant but I get your point hahaha
ReplyDeleteMac was the one who alerted SpoilerTV to this story. He already knows.
ReplyDeleteOne of the best Arrow actors and characters so I'm glad with this. His new storyline should be good for him if the writers don't screw it up.
ReplyDeleteI know. It was wide open though i had to take it. lol
ReplyDeleteYeah i know. I didn't realize it til after i made the coomment. lol
ReplyDeletehmmmmmmm
ReplyDeleteNo it can't .. It couldn't be.
hmmmmmmm
Not sure of the how's and the whys or if it's even possible ... but ... I wonder if Barrowman was somehow hining he would be plaing Vandal Savage aka Malcolm Merlyn ?
hmmmmmmm
Well there is that whole ageless illusionist ( 'magician' ) thing in Vienna in 1854.
I'm sure it CAN'T happen ... right ... but what if Malcolm has always been the Immortal Vandal Savage and he will be on all three shows next season ?
lol
ReplyDeleteAnd funny enough I didn't realize you knew until I posted my comment. lol
He's a great actor without any doubt but his character Merlyn has run it's course on the show sadly IMO.One episode,he's the snarky evil, another episode,he's the misunderstood loving father-The writers need to settle on which spectrum they want to take this character next season.
ReplyDeleteHahahahaha
ReplyDeleteShouldn't his character stay with the League at least for now? You know, he's busy as their new leader, all the people to eliminate and so on, he doesn't have enough time to be a loving father and a leader of a large organization IMHO
ReplyDeleteTrust me I get it lol
ReplyDeletestill straight but the other parts probably sound eerily familiar ^^
ReplyDeletelol
ReplyDeleteguess that comes with the fanboy-ism ^^
I concur, Mac IS happy ^^
ReplyDeleteAlbeit: he didn't state wether he comes back as a regular or recurring, so I'm on the edge of my seat to know
I can see the writers holding off from featuring Malcolm in the earlier episodes for him to make a dramatic later on. While I find the character interesting and I like how he gives more storyline to Thea, I think he's best off being finally killed at the end of his new arc.
ReplyDeleteI'm actually always sure you're the one who submitted the scoop, and 90% of the time I'm right lol
ReplyDeleteHaha I didn't get to watch the video. Been busy since its Father's Day and all.
ReplyDeleteI know you're straight. ; )
ReplyDeleteEhh, love him, but Merlyn's story was just so... badly done. He totally salvaged a lot, but there were too many freebies for Malcolm; I get they were trying to make him a "magnificent bastard" and Barrowman certainly played him as such, but the writing wasn't tight enough for me to believe he was actually one step ahead instead of his continual survival just being deus ex machina.
ReplyDeleteAs always, I just hope S4 has better writing and it pays off.
Agreed !! Sad to say since he's the "villain", but he brings most of the funny smarta$$ dialogue to the how
ReplyDeleteawesome! He is one of the best parts of the show!
ReplyDeleteYeah, screwing her up. I mean, the show still wouldn't have had a reason to screw her up first chance they get next season, all because of how she got killed, because of Merlyn. I'd much rather have had they waited at least one season again, instead of yet again a season where they're probably gonna force him down our throats like some semi-good guy, which I will never see him as, since it's just bullshit that they expect us to forget that the entire shit-show that was last season, was single-handedly his fault.
