  • 20:40 - Killjoys - Amanda Tapping to Guest
Sanctuary veteran Amanda Tapping will guest-star on Syfy and Space's Killjoys, the Canadian bounty hunter drama that debuts on June 19, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Sci-fi royalty Tapping will play a fiercely clever scientist in one episode at the back half of the season, with her character's "charismatic charm" keeping her true intentions concealed from the Killjoys. Tapping also played a scientist, Dr. Helen Magnus, in Sanctuary, another Syfy drama, and performed the role of Captain Samantha Carter in Stargate SG-1.

Tapping boards Killjoys, a 10-episode joint venture between Syfy and Canada's Space channel, with Hannah John-Kamen, Aaron Ashmore and Luke Macfarlane in the lead roles as a trio of badass intergalactic bounty hunters tracking down fugitives. British actress John-Kamen plays Dutch, a top-level Killjoy who chases deadly warrants throughout the Quad, a distant planetary system on the brink of class war.

  • 13:45 - Finding Carter - Caleb Ruminer Interview
Q: The "A life saver who almost killed you" - "Too soon!" scene with Crash and Max was just priceless. Perfect bromance material! Please tell me there's a lot more of that on the horizon?

Yeah. I loved that scene when I read it. It's a nice bonding moment for them in a time when they both need someone. I think we will be seeing more of this throughout the season.

Q: Considering Crash's past do you think he somehow longs to be part of the family with tough but loving mom Elizabeth and little brother Grant?

I think so. It's a lifestyle that is a bit unusual to him because he didn't always have someone there to take care of him or support him. Even though Elizabeth can be tough, I think Crash has only ever known tough love. Crash also had a younger brother that would be about Grant's age, so I think he feels a little sense of protection towards him.

  • 09:27 - Eliza Coupe Books Arc on Hulu's Jason Reitman Comedy 'Casual'
Eliza Coupe is coming off the bench.

The star of canceled USA comedy Benched has booked a five-episode arc on Hulu's Casual. The comedy, which hails from Jason Reitman, follows a bachelor brother (Tommy Dewey) and his newly divorced sister (Michaela Watkins) as they deal with the crazy world of dating while living together and raising a teenager (Tara Lynn Barr).

Coupe will join the cast as Emmy, described as the perfect match for Dewey's Alex because she is "witty, sharp and unapologetic in her perspective on sex and relationships." But her free spirit threatens to drive them apart.

Casual reunites Coupe with Watkins, who created Benched with Damon Jones. The comedy was canceled in January after one season.
Casual landed a 10-episode straight-to-series order from Hulu in October.

Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely to Write Marvel's 2-Part 'Avengers: Infinity War' Event

The writing team behind all 3 Captain America films to join the Avengers!

Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely will follow Captain America as they head to Marvel’s “Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1” and “Avengers: Infinity War – Part 2”!

The duo behind the screenplays for Marvel’s “Captain America: The First Avenger,” “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” and “Captain America: Civil War” will once again team with directors Joe and Anthony Russo for the two-part climax to Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. “Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1” will hit theaters May 4, 2018, with the second part following on May 3, 2019.

“Chris and Steve have been an integral part of the Marvel family since the early days of Phase 1, and their work speaks for itself,” said Producer Kevin Feige. “We couldn’t be more excited to have them with us to help guide the Avengers through their biggest story yet.”

In addition to writing all three films in Marvel’s Captain America franchise, Markus & McFeely also created “Marvel’s Agent Carter,” which premiered earlier this year on ABC, and co-wrote Marvel’s “Thor: The Dark World.” Beyond their work for Marvel, Markus and McFeely also wrote “Pain & Gain,” “You Kill Me,” and “The Life and Death of Peter Sellers.”

  2. Jordan cannot lose the baby! As Jordan said last episode, TC would have blamed her if something happened to Topher, now hopefully he doesn't blame himself for what has happened to Jordan.

  3. I can't either. This is going to be so good.

  4. Andy attacked again?! Man alive!!! If I were a cop in her division I would avoid being partnered with her like the plague. Every time she goes out on the street she's getting shot, blown up, taken hostage, or some other such nonsense. She's the damsel in distress of that show. Sheesh!!! Lol!!! ;)

  8. Glad the Cap Guys are writing Infinity War

I doubt Beverly HIlls Cop will even manage to get the revival it's hoping for... I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. I was curious about the show they tried out, but not really invested, and I dunno how I feel about an actual movie.

iZombie: I love Liv, but I really don't think she's up for going against Blaine just yet as that teaser poster suggests she might....
