Hulu's Kennedy assassination miniseries continues to add to its impressive cast.
Based on King's best-seller, 11/22/63 is described as a thriller in which high school English teacher Jake Epping (James Franco) travels back in time to prevent the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. But his mission is threatened by Lee Harvey Oswald (played by Daniel Webber), falling in love and the past itself … which doesn’t want to be changed.

The actress behind Lainey Lewis has been recurring on Adam F. Goldberg's semi-autobiographical comedy since late in season one, playing Barry Goldberg/Big Tasty's (Troy Gentile) girlfriend and Erica Goldberg's (Hayley Orrantia) best friend.

A family tragedy strikes one of the girls. Quinn continues pushing boundaries when she offers a cash bonus to Jay, Shia, or Rachel to create this season’s villain out of the remaining girls. Broke and drowning under a pile of bills, Rachel is forced to ask her mother for financial support. Lizzie discovers details about Jeremy and Rachel’s history.

The girls are in an uproar when a tabloid story exposes some news about Adam’s past. Rachel has to produce a romantic date at Adam’s vineyard. Quinn realizes she will always be the “other woman” in Chet’s life and revisits an old relationship. Jeremy is grateful to Rachel when he receives a promotion.
Episode 1.05 - Truth

The crew heads to Mississippi for Faith’s hometown date with Adam. Rachel makes a startling discovery about Faith, and enlists the help of Adam to protect her. Jeremy and Rachel take the first step towards mending their friendship. Meanwhile, Quinn sues Chet and Shia takes drastic measures to boost a girl’s popularity.

ReplyDeleteThe Un-Real sneak peek was a bit underwhelming. And the episode synopsis aren't doing much for me either. It looked better in the promos.
What is it with the VEEP promos giving me nothing on Amy and Dan when it's been their BEST season both separately and as a duo!? Having said that I have no idea what's going on, but I'm just as excited as Gary!
Steve Jobs sounds Sorkin-y... sure sure... I probably won't see it in the theatre though...
It might not be a full time job. It could just be a seminar or a class she wants to attend to get away and clear her head and she needs to compete in order to get in.

I don't believe for a second Amanda got Victoria's heart. If Amanda had the slightest doubt, she would have Nolan hack the medical records to confirm it.
