SpoilerTV Awards 2015 - Voting Round Day 1: Favorite Network Drama, Network Comedy and Cable Comedy

Nomination round is over. We received over 1100 entries, more than the last two years, and the top nominees from each category have moved to the voting round. We start with Favorite Network Drama, Favorite Network Comedy and Favorite Cable Comedy.

Basic Info:
- Day 1 Polls will be remain open till May 22nd 5:00 PM GMT.
- You will not be able to see the results until after the winners are announced.
- As with all SpoilerTV polls, you will only be able to vote once.

    The drama category is SO hard. I just voted OUAT even though HTGAWM and the flash are Almost better. However, OUAT has been on for 4 years now and it is still awesome

    I won't vote on the drama category but that list makes me quite happy, most of my favorites are there. I would take out Castle and swap it for Revenge but I can live with it.


    On the comedies, I voted for Mom although Modern Family is quite close, and for Community.

    I voted for The 100 as favorite drama. I rarely watch sitcoms but voted Modern Family as I watched it up until it conflicted with other things for DVR space this past season. I don't watch any of the shows listed on the cable comedy poll so I did not vote. I would have chosen Cougar Town had that been an option.

    Had to go with Person Of Interest... one of the best post 9/11 based dramas since 24 and one of the most unique and socially relevant shows of all time. Season 4 was surreal.

    Favorite Network Drama: Arrow. That was a tough one I have 7 shows on the list but Arrow got my vote.
    Favorite Network Comedy: I was torn between The Middle and The Big Bang Theory. I love both so much but I love Big Bang Theory a little bit more.

    I have to vote for Flash though....just because of it's sci-fi level that's just....phenomenal. POI has the better crafted stories to tell, but that show had four seasons to craft this well-made story....The Flash created three timelines in one season, lol.

    The only category I was sure about was cable comedy (Veep).
    Disappointed to see the absence of some strong network comedies (hello Jane?!).
    Also, Hannibal (I really have no idea whom to vote for best network drama, most of the listed shows are decent-to-good shows, but not outstanding),

    B99! would've been good for this list.
    The Odd Couple and One Big Happy don't have an audience big enough to be nominated. Especially One Big Happy, a show canceled after 6 episodes, clearly doesn't have a fanbase large enough to support it, otherwise it wouldn't have been canceled. Also in my opinion The Odd Couple only has an audience because of Big Bang Theory (it would lower ratings in a different timeslot). I assume people rather vote TBBT than The Odd Couple if they have to choose.


    I must say I watch(ed) them both, but I watch at least 6 comedies that are way better (3 of them are nominated, 3 are not)

    Not really. Day 1 had three polls, but going forward, Day 2 to Day 6 will have 2 polls each. Day 2 will be posted at 5 PM GMT today. So we will have multiple polls running at one time.
