  2. This is the first real bummer for me (with Taxi-22).

  3. Shame. This was one of the few pilots that I was actually interested in.

Wow wasn't there a penalty for not picking this up?

  5. I am really annoyed with CBS and NBC for not announcing the renewals.

NBC already renew their show already though.....chicago, BL, grimm, SVU, I sure there a few left...... CBS will likely tell us before 8 hopefully

  7. I think NBC will also renew Undateable and one out of TNS and Laura

  12. I am done for the day. Off to sleep now. Hope I don't wake up to a bunch of renewals and/or cancellations.

  13. But why do all the bad press part (cancellations) and then stop for hours until the renewals? Seem very weird to me. but both CBS and NBC did this

  14. Looks like Griffin Gluck's streak broke. His pilots have been picked up in the last two years.

  15. But last minute decisions (i.e. tomorrow) are most fun!

  16. Stephen Amell is nice, he has just tweeted that he would guest star on Constantine wherever it would be picked up.

  17. I need to sleep though lol

  18. So never?

  19. I just got an hour and a half worth sleep because I could keep my eyes open anymore.

  20. Probably yeah, but it is nice of him to try to help out

  21. I am almost falling too. The problem for me was that yesterday I only slept 4 hours so now I am really tired.

  22. I am seriously sleep deprived right now, and we still have upfronts week to go.

I could be wrong too but a post I read on deadline I think led me to believe sneaky Pete had penalty but maybe not idk

  24. No Strange Calls?!?!?!?! Ugh!!!!!!! NBC has done very little right today. Are the execs all just smoking meth in their boardroom and drinking vast amounts of liquor? Seriously, WTF. And they renew one of the most mediocre freshman shows they have?

    o_O

  25. Because it is from 20th Century FOX studios, I really would love for FOX to pick this show up. It has great potential. It could fit with Last Man on Earth.

  26. Bummed over Strange Calls too. :(

  27. Buuh on Strange Calls but honestly, it would have bombed on NBC.

  28. So I guess NBC is done with orders, and it looks like they might just stick to the 6 comedies they have (I'm hoping they pass on Problem Child soon).

They have a lot less comedy ordered this year than last year. It's almost crazy to think that they might go into next season with only 2 single-cam comedies.

  29. Like I said earlier, almost every comedy bombs on NBC. NBC should be hoping that Telenovella and Coach bring in good ratings.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I think that is because, in a way, these variety shows "count" as comedies, so they take up a lot of space.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I really hope Telenova and Superstore do well, but I highly doubt it.

  32. Was Odd couple picked up for S02?

  33. Nothing has been announced so far. Honestly, if they picked Cyber, they are probably picking TOC too.
