    It's sad that some amazing show had an awfulls econd season ratings wise. The show deserved anotehr season but teh numbers didnt help at all.

    It was one of the most obvious cancellations ever. Oh well, I can live with this one. I greatly enjoyed Season 2, way better than Season 1, but it wrapped up okay and it wasn't appointment TV anyway, although I would have continued to watch it if possible.

    No, it appears to have a satisfying conclusion to the series as a whole. But it could have had a season three, however unlikely. The ratings were just terrible near the end.

    Yeah, the prestige and critical acclaim are the only explanation... though it's pretty shocking. I mean, this show broke TGIT! It doesn't deserve the renewal from the rating standpoint!

    I honestly think anything should have been renewed over American Crime.
    I have nothing against that show, but it is an anthology series so it won't end on cliffhanger, it rates awful, it essentially tore appart TGIT, I honestly don't know why ABC would have it back.
    My guess? Winter filler and emmy bait, but that would be it... that's not enough of a reason on my books

    Thank you! I'm glad we got some kind of closure as well. I'm just sad when great story ideas only get 2 seasons or less. Resurrection had a great premise and let's not forget Revolution. I thought Rev had an awesome premise and then to only get 2 seasons was upsetting.

    I liked it and I think it deserved 8/10 more episodes to give it closure, but the ratings plumeted and I'm not surprised it was cancelled.
