my guess as to why she capitalized mainly on Catherine is cuz her actions will have MAJOR repercussions going into S3. it better not completely destroy Mary & Francis (as a couple and King & Queen) cuz we havent even been able to see if they can repair their relationship even a little bit. i will be happy with the finale if they at least embrace in some way. Francis proved despite the huge mistakes Mary has made recently, he still loves her (didn't give her up to Conde despite the odds & when Mary offered to stay behind with him, he said he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if anything happened to her) and Mary seems to realize that he does truly love her (their conversation and the look in his eyes before she left the castle). im DYING to see the finale (never been this excited for a Reign ep in a LONG time, except for last wks ep of course).
I already read a recap from the canadian airing of the show. Prepare for the laziest copout and writing you've seen in years. It will honestly shock you how bad it is.
When Mary told her mother about the rape, she also told her any pregnancy had been ruled out, as she had her period. Yes, sure, there are cases of women that continue to get their period during pregnancy, but that will not be done on TV, too confusing. So, if there is in fact a baby, and that baby comes to term, it will be Conde's not Francis.
Sorry I tried looking for it. It's somewhere on the Reign tumblr. If you want to know if it's worth watching, no it's not. They retcon Mary's entire betrayal this season. It's absolutely horrendous writing.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Agreed! Pure death!
ReplyDeleteshe pretty much just summarized what happened last ep!! worst producer's preview ever

ReplyDeleteYep. Just when you think it couldn't get any worse -- it does.

ReplyDeleteWhere can I read it? I haven't watched Reign in a while, but I want to know how they dig themselves out of this one.

ReplyDeleteThat's ok, I just wanted to see how they attempted to salvage the situation, that's all. Thank you anyway.
