Last Week's Final Adjusted Ratings
About the Daily Ratings
Each day (except Sunday) during the main TV Season we post the TV Ratings for the previous nights primetime shows for the major broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, NBC). Cable Network ratings will be added to the Ratings Database.
The first item that gets posted (normally around 2pm GMT) is the early overnight analysis based on the early household numbers (these are not the same as the Total Viewers and 18-49 Demo numbers that are posted later).
Next, if available, we will post the Top 25 Market 18-49 Ratings to give you a rough idea of the ratings to following.
Later on (normally between 4pm-5pm GMT) we post the official early overnight Total Viewers and 18-49 Demo numbers in the table above (We also where possible now post the 18-34 and 25-54 Demo Numbers).
Finally, later in the evening (10pm-11pm GMT) or the following day, the final adjusted ratings numbers are released, these are then posted in the Ratings Database. The Final Adjusted numbers are what we use for all our Renew/Cancellation Tables, Full Season Tables, Ratings Scorecards etc (see below). Friday's Final Adjusted Ratings are normally available on the following Monday.

Wow, Cedric's Baber Battle was really butchering Whose Line... just look how much better it does without it!
ReplyDeleteH50 :(
ReplyDeleteWow indeed.
ReplyDeletePoor Messengers :(
ReplyDeleteIndeed :/
ReplyDeleteGood for ABC. And this is the last time i will ever be asking this question ;( :
ReplyDeleteDid you they promote revenge?
I really feel sorry. The CW killed it.
ReplyDeleteWhat did it get? Can't see on phone
ReplyDeleteSo much about that Messenger rebound, I hoped for.
ReplyDeleteThis is so painful, especially cause yesterday was a strong outing. A really good one.

ReplyDeleteI am really waiting for The rest of CBS renewals andcancellations!
ReplyDeleteThe CW was pretty idiotic by giving Cedric more than one episode, Whose Line is much stronger on its own.
ReplyDelete'The Messengers' is sitting on my DVR. Should I watch it?
ReplyDeleteIt's shocking how Barber Battle crippled Whose Line. It should have never seen the light of day
ReplyDeleteThe writers said it will have a satisfying ending, so you could watch it and approach it as a mini series.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to
ReplyDeleteI don't mind them trying it since Whose Line would always be able to recover but it should have been pulled after the first week.
ReplyDeleteCW should have never put anything there.
ReplyDeleteMake your final decisions CBS!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I have no idea why NBC has skipped AD and Odyssey and FOX has skipped Weird Loners and Mulaney. And ABC is sure taking their time with LMS.
And CBS two week drama woes continue. 10 pm this week is definitely an in-season record low Cyber 1.2 Elementary and POI 1.1 and now H50 at 1.0. Truly amazing - and not in a good way.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking for a recommendation. Like if it's worth my time or not, etc...
ReplyDeleteABC should just run Shark Tank/Beyond The Tank on Fridays as it'll do better than any comedy lineup that they could realistically come up with.
ReplyDeleteI just want to wrap The Messengers in a blanket and give it a hug :(
ReplyDeleteI imagine ABC is working a deal with LMS. As for everything else, no idea why they are taking their time
ReplyDeleteToo many procedurals. CBS should have saw this coming.
ReplyDeleteYep, bye bye TGIF (again).
ReplyDeleteWatch it and make the determination yourself if it's worth your time.
ReplyDeleteWith two multi cams ordered and LMS probably renewed, I say that is unlikely.
ReplyDeleteStill good for ABC's unscripted duo.
ReplyDeleteLMS took a long time last year too! On NBC, I think they won't say anything since the dramas still have a long way to go until they are over. FOX is probably hoping we didn't notice lol.
ReplyDeleteWho here watched Abc last night?
ReplyDeleteIf NBC announces that they do any form of a genre block on Fridays in their fall schedule, then they've completely lost it (again). Dateline is not only matching, but topping it.
ReplyDeleteWasn't Mulaney already cancelled? As for Weird Loners, they'll probably just forget it existed.

Maybe ABC will air sitcoms from 8 to 10 on tuesdays...
ReplyDeleteSomeone told me that about Mulaney last night amidst all the chaos, but I don't actually recall an announcement.
ReplyDeletePerhaps, but I wouldn't be surprised if they try to 2 hour a Tuesday comedy block.
ReplyDeleteThe Middle/Fresh Off The Boat/Last Man Standing/Dr. Ken on Tuesday and then The Goldbergs/Real O'Neals/Modern Family/Black-ish on Wednesday.
Muppets and Uncle Buck held back.
No nothing official yet, but we're so sure we've already marked it as cancelled ;)
ReplyDeleteStupid CW, The Mesengers is a incredible series. Deserved more.
ReplyDeleteYes of course ;) I honestly think they are hoping that, since so few people watched these two shows, very few people would notice it missing lol.
ReplyDeleteDid they even pick up another genre show?
ReplyDeleteApocalypse for 10 episodes.
ReplyDeleteCome on CBS,don't leave us hanging like this :-(
ReplyDeleteI do not buy that. They have way too many dramas that they need to get sampled and Tuesdays are a great place to launch dramas, either at 9 or 10. It would be a mistake, in my opinion, to cut down a drama hour for a reality hour (which is what you are proposing), considering they need new drama blood (Murder and Secrets and Lies help, but they are limited seasons; Shield from last year is a huge male player but doesn't set the sky on fire with a18-49 rating; Nashville is a 4 year flameout; and while OUAT and Scandal are still very big from the season before that, they are heavily serialzied so chances of them lasting more than 6-7 seasons are doubtful). ABC just found much success in comedy in the last 2 years (Goldbergs, Blackish, FOTB), while still having two veterans that should be able to go on quite longer (MF, Middle). As such, it should be time to prioriatize drama and not comedy. And if you look at their orders, it reflects what I am saying.
ReplyDeleteCBS, it's time for your renewals now!
ReplyDeleteApocalypse and Emerald City are cheap. They may as well schedule those paired with Grimm's (likely) final season.
ReplyDeleteWhat else will they even air on Friday? Wolf's "You The Judge"? LOL
Seriously, are they typing with one finger?!?
ReplyDeleteThey'll wait until Monday just to screw with everybody.
ReplyDeleteI agree, but I don't think they saw the fall so fast. It's been steep and quick, which is counter to the way procedurals normally trend. CBS made bad scheduling moves and no corrective action in Janurary and they are paying dearly for it.

ReplyDeleteIt's the weekend so I don't think there's going to be anymore until monday.
ReplyDeleteI thought last year every show's fate was announced by sat.
ReplyDeleteYou will have to wait until the afternoon.
ReplyDeleteI think it's entertaining. Not award winning by any means, but it's an interesting little show. You should give it a try. The pilot is kinda eh, but after that I think it's pretty good. :)
ReplyDeleteHow many hours from now?
ReplyDeleteWell this year there are still a few that are unaccounted for.
ReplyDeleteWhat's with the white avatar?
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe tomorrow Revenge is over 😢 I have to say I am having a hard time looking forward to it since it will be the last time ever. Of Course I am excited and very nervous but i just cannot be as excited as usual. Anyone else feel them same?
ReplyDeleteI say go for it,it's quite good IMO.The showrunners said it will have a proper conclusion,so no risk of cliffhanger.
ReplyDeleteOh god no
ReplyDeleteMonday? My F5 button won't hold out that long.
ReplyDeleteAs early as 80 minutes from now.
ReplyDeleteSorry that I brought it up here but it will be the last time ever
ReplyDeleteOh my god! I'm dreading it, and I feel so sad :( Out of all the shows I watch Revenge is my #1 so it's horrible to lose it :(
ReplyDeleteIt is also my #1 ! I will not be okay after i watched the series finale
ReplyDeleteI'm very excited and nervous as well.
ReplyDeletesad too or?
ReplyDeleteWhat are your predictions of the ratings, if CW had scheduled the two mid season dramas the other way around? TM after the Flash and Izombie after whose line?
ReplyDeleteThe Messengers 0.6
ReplyDeleteiZombie 0.3
https://youtu.be/Y1EExiEmKGA
ReplyDeleteThe youtube views are really high and Almost 900 likes
iZombie 0.4-0.3
ReplyDeleteThe Messengers 0.6-0.7
I don't know if repeat views count or not but I watched it 100+ times this week.
ReplyDeleteMe too! This is the first time that I'm not looking forward to the episode cause I know that this will be the very last episode of Revenge. I'm still excited about it but I hate that it will all end tomorrow. Its going to be an emotional rollarcoaster for me. I have never been this upset over a tv show but I can't help it cause the cast and characters have felt like really close friends to me over the last 4 years.
ReplyDeleteMe too! LOL! But 900 likes is just awesome! last week it Had 400 and now 900
ReplyDeleteI know that this is something that I shouldn't be asking cause I don't watch Abc on Fridays but i'm curious to know if anyone saw any previews for Revenge last night?
ReplyDeleteThe ratings for H50 finale are terrible. Have to wonder if CBS was waiting to see how it did before announcing renewals, and if this might swing the decision.
ReplyDeleteI know :( i never was as excited to watch a show every week. Monday will be a terrible day for me :( I will cry and cry. No matter how it ends, good or bad
ReplyDeleteSame here, I think that i might need to take a day of college for that.
ReplyDeleteI highly doubt it.
ReplyDeleteApocalypse is a UK co production, what makes Emerald City cheap? Double checked the articles at THR and Deadline to no avail.
ReplyDeleteOn the bright side at least it will be widely missed
ReplyDeleteIndeed
ReplyDeleteLast year I'm sure some pickups/renewals/cancellations were announced on Saturday, so hopefully we'll get some more announcements later.
ReplyDeleteI doubt the networks will leave any announcements until their upfront days.
Yep, last year we had announcements on Saturday and some on Sunday

ReplyDeleteI think Izombie would've gotten 0.4-0.5
ReplyDeleteMessengers would've gotten 0.5-0.7

Thank you.
This most likely. IZombie has many Veronica Mars followers but doubt they could've digged deeper on Friday nights as a freshman
ReplyDeleteThat's why I'm extra annoyed since I love TM but don't like IZ. They easily could've given both shows a chance regardless of what they thought of them, it puzzles me why they didn't.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sending it to me :) however, I will not read it because I want to be surprised for the last episode ever
ReplyDeleteSorry :( the last time that i will ever do it
ReplyDeleteMe neither, if they didn't like TM, why not put it in a normal slot during summer. I don't see the benefit out of this burning out on Fridays.
ReplyDeleteThey easily could've paired it with Batb to run through Thursdays. Even that would make more sense than this.
Thanks for understanding :)
ReplyDeleteCBS announced their cancellations on Saturday last year.
ReplyDeleteWhat is leading you to be so specific?
ReplyDeletePls H5O don't hit a new low
ReplyDeleteOff to work, and still no news :( ugh
ReplyDeleteI Wanna More News and Nothing...... That's sad
ReplyDeleteizombie: 0.2-03
ReplyDeleteThe messengers: 0.6-0.7
@DarkUFO Will we hear if Hawaii Five-0 is renewed or cancelled today?
ReplyDeleteYour guess is as good as mine :)
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping so. Last year CBS announced on Saturday but there is not fixed schedule/timetable for these things.
Oh ok, thanks!
ReplyDeleteWell no cancellations today, told you it wouldn't be today.
ReplyDeleteLooks like they're waiting this year since nothing was announced today.
ReplyDeleteIt seems so.
ReplyDeleteAt least we know it won't be pulled from the schedule and we'll get to see all the episodes that have been produced... that's something...
ReplyDeleteSmall comfort but still...
I think iZombie is comedic enough to have appealed to the Whose Line audience and Rob Thomas does have his fans. So I think it may have hit a 0.4 on the Friday...
ReplyDeleteBut I don't think TM would have gotten anything over a 0.5 even if it was placed in the middle of the week and with a good lead in. The only show it may have found and grown an audience with would have been SPN, but with it being such an old show and not getting the numbers it used to anyway, 0.5 is the max I could see...
