———-
Note: The following labels are based on the household overnights and are subject to change given the availability of other pending data streams. These overnights are your first look at the ratings and a precursor to what could lie ahead. And we take into account other benchmarks including the expected demographic ratings, potential DVR usage, the critical acclaim (or lack of) and the social media presence.
-Winners:
“NCIS” (CBS), “Dancing With the Stars” (ABC), “The Flash” (CW), “NCIS: New Orleans” (CBS), “Chicago Fire” (NBC)
-Nothing Special:
“Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD”
-Losers (excluding repeats):
“Undateable” (NBC)
———-
-Ratings Breakdown:
It was another easy Tuesday overnight victory for CBS care of the season-finales of “NCIS” (#1 for the night: 9.3 rating/15 share), spin-off “NCIS” New Orleans” (#1: 8.2/13) and a Tuesday 10 p.m. edition of “CSI: Cyber” (#1: 5.3/ 9), which are all returning next season.
Moving into the distant No. 2 was ABC thanks to the live “Dancing With the Stars” Results Show at a 7.7/12 (#2) in the 8 p.m. hour. And that led into the two-hour season-finale of overrated “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” at a 2.9/ 5 from 9-11 p.m., which all things considered is not all that positive. Maybe leaving “SHIELD” in the Tuesday 9 p.m. hour next season (into new drama “Quantico”) is not such a good idea.
NBC, of course, will get young adult demo mileage out of “The Voice,” which finished third in the household overnights at a 5.9/10 from 8-9 p.m. Two episodes of Friday bound (bad idea, NBC) sitcom “Undateable” – including the season finale – followed with a 2.5/ 4 at 9 p.m.(#4) and a 2.3/ 4 at 9:30 p.m. (#4). And that led into a 4.6/ 8 for “Chicago Fire” at 10 p.m., which built by 100 percent. As much as I do personally like “Undateable,” this is not the hit NBC would like you to believe.
Elsewhere, a repeat of “Hell’s Kitchen” on Fox (#5: 2.5/ 4 from 8-9 p.m.) led into a second-place 4.3/ 7 for a Tuesday 9-10 p.m. edition of “American Idol,” which is officially concluding next season. And The CW had a typical Tuesday in the overnights care of bona fide hit “The Flash” (#4: 2.7/ 4) and recently renewed entry “iZombie” (#5: 1.2/ 2).

Until last week, AoS was "demo-friendly" and now it's "overrated "? Marc sure switches sides fast
ReplyDeleteI don't watch AOS but who is Mark to call it overrated ?
ReplyDeleteMaybe Marc is an upset Ward fan.
ReplyDeleteHe's so frustrating
ReplyDeleteNo finale spoilers! Haven't watched it yet.
ReplyDeleteHe hardly watches young skewing shows
ReplyDeleteAoS is hardly overrated - it brings in a certain male demo that ABC could never get with it's female-skewing serials. Marc is only right about Undateable
ReplyDeleteThat is pretty spoilery. Would you mind removing it? I am still catching up on season 1
ReplyDeleteThese SHIELD ratings seem high compared to last week, or am I confused on the numbers? Loved the episode!
ReplyDeleteBut in my opinion, he is right about Agents of SHIELD being a strong enough lead in for Quantico. Especially against Limitless, this is a disaster waiting to happen.
ReplyDeleteI also disagree a bit on Undateable. This is a live comedy and will live or die based on the guest stars it earns. However, being live on Friday means a lot of guest stars can fly in to LA for a long weekend to participate. It would be harder to coordinate on any other night of the week (NBC doesn't program Sundays in the fall).
as loathe as i am to ever agree with him I have to agree.AOS is just to promate marvel films and i feel they are hurting marvel films. You have shield disbanded In Winter soldier but still have show called agents of shield going on.You can split hairs all you want and say shield is now just small group now.Joss whedon was right on his comments on Coulson.Whenever i tried to get into AOS I just can't.
ReplyDeleteYes, I am worried about Quantico.
ReplyDeleteI think The Flash will get that 1.5 and iZombie a 0.8 hopefully.
ReplyDeleteIts not really a spoiler but I will edit
ReplyDeleteThe Flash was excellent last night, there was never a dull moment in the episode. It felt like an finale. Next weeks episode looks like its going to be absolutely amazing. Easily the best Comic Book TV Show.
ReplyDeleteIt was the season finale so it's understandable that the ratings are a bit higher.
ReplyDeleteReally? Apart from the last 5 minutes, I though it was a filler episode.
ReplyDeleteBut Undateable is a flop and will likely die on Friday
ReplyDeleteIn it's current scripted form? That could be argued. But the benchmark is so low on comedies, it still isn't doing that bad comparatively. In the live form, who knows. If they stunt guest it like they did the first live show, they may have something.
ReplyDeleteFiller doesn't ALWAYS equal a bad episode.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was kinda boring. Didn't really care much about moving the metahumans and Eddie/Iris break up.
ReplyDeleteSpoiler alert
ReplyDeleteThx :)
ReplyDeleteReally really sorry. I thought I was replying to a comment in the episode discussion thread.
ReplyDeleteWell it wasn't really a filler, the story for this episode still revolved around the main plot. Barry and the team had to get the meta's away from star labs because Well's activated the accelerator. It still focused on the main plot. But, people have different opinions so if you didn't like it then no one can change that
ReplyDeleteNCIS is up for the season finale from last week 9.2/15 to 9.3/15. I hope for 2.1 demo ;)
ReplyDeleteHe attacks certain shows for some reason because he's biased against them.
ReplyDeletehe is critical of shows who fail retaining the HH numbers of the lead in.
ReplyDeleteABC 1.5/1.3/1.3
ReplyDeleteiZombie 0.7
ReplyDeleteFlash 1.4
Shield 1.3/1,3 OUCH
ReplyDeletePredictions or real ratings?
ReplyDeleteYAY iZombie ;)
ReplyDeletereal
ReplyDeleteThe Voice 2.1
ReplyDeleteUndateable 1.3/1.3
Chicago Fire 1.5
They better put in on fall schedule or i will be pissed tomorrow
ReplyDeleteStill pissed about CDS
Poor Quantico.
ReplyDeleteNCIS 1.9
ReplyDeleteNCIS: NO 1.7
CSI: Cyber 1.2
completely agree. I hope they will switch Quantico and Shield
ReplyDeleteThe Flash keeps performing amazingly.
ReplyDeletePoor Shield :(, it'll probably adjust up, but those numbers aren't good. DWTS is really not compatible with it
Hell's Kitchen 1.2
ReplyDeleteAmerican Idol 1.2
FOX was right to end American Idol next season
ReplyDeleteHow can Shield be overrated? It's ratings are quite modest XD is he upset because of the rave reviews the finale got? It was just the finale was like a movie and the authors made some bold choices, but the reviews to the show overall are nothing spectacular even if critics admire the improvement. So definitely not overrated. And I actually think Shield and Quantico are quite compatible, both being shows about Agents and all.
ReplyDeleteI think they will. I hope just 13 episodes.
ReplyDeleteIt might even give it a last season boost.
ReplyDeleteThey should switch AOS and Quantico
ReplyDeleteHe switches up terminology of certain shows regardless of the numbers it gets. He used to be vicious of Supernatural, nowadays he barely talks about it other than calling it a veteran.
ReplyDeleteUndateable beats American Idol hahaha!
ReplyDeleteSpeaking for a finale eps a 1.3 is bad
ReplyDeleteTerrible night but as proven by these fall schedules the networks just do not care.
ReplyDeleteOuch AOS.
ReplyDeleteCSI Cyber beaten again by Stalker. And Cyber was renewed, while Stalker cancelled. Warner Bros please, shop Stalker to another, BETTER, network!
ReplyDeleteOuch AoS... I don't get the ratings this show gets. Really, I don't, it's gotten so good and it's a little sad to see this.
ReplyDeleteStalker>>>>>>>>>>>>CSI Cyber
ReplyDeleteYou're right and it deserves so much more, seriously I don't get it, this show is so good.
ReplyDeleteHow did AoS lose over 1 million viewers in the second hour?..wow
ReplyDeleteExactly. So how can it be overrated?
ReplyDeleteExactly. I watched the firts episodes of Cyber too, but Stalker is more interesting.
ReplyDeleteThankfully those million people weren't demo viewers, otherise it would have got ugly
ReplyDeleteRight it was a terrible night. Hope some of those numbers adjust up
ReplyDeleteUnrounded numbers for the Flash? Is it likely to adjust up?
ReplyDeleteThanks I didn't know the upticked for finales makes sense :)
ReplyDeleteIt's funny that it's the same rating Agent Carter's finale got.
ReplyDeleteOh god SHIELD! Hopefully it goes up in the fall again.
ReplyDeleteThe Flash is such a major hit and deserves those high ratings
The clear winner here is The Flash, which keeps doing great. iZombie is doing more than usual, The Voice is still number 1 (though down 5 tenths from last year) and NCIS ended on an ok note.
ReplyDeleteEverything else? Pfff, doesn't look good
Idol beaten by Flash, AOS at a series low, and Undateable. Tied Cyber. What a terrible night all around. Way to go, CW.
ReplyDeleteNCIS did terribly as well ending with a series low.
ReplyDeleteA title of an article earlier pretty much gave something huge away. That sucked! (I haven't seen the episodes yet either so I could be wrong, I don't know how though).
ReplyDeleteDefinitely. However, quantico will do very well. The thing has over 1,000 likes for its trailer on youtube within the first 24 hours. Impressive! It looks so good! It Has TONS of buzz already
ReplyDeleteThis is the same network that chose to keep their shows mostly in tact.
ReplyDeleteIt has hit those ratings plenty of time this season and it is an old show, so I cut it off some slack
ReplyDeleteAnother stupid idea of ABC! Their schedule is crap
ReplyDeleteThe CW is the clear winner of the night
ReplyDeleteWhat reason are there for AOS rating? Guess viewers might think they are spoiler from AOU and playoff games?
ReplyDeleteDefinitely. I am really waiting for their schedule! I Need the 100 in the fall!
ReplyDeleteI hope Shield could rebound during Fall but I'm afraid it will get crushed by Scream Queens hehe Well I'm not complaining. it seem like the shows rating is ivertedly proportional to its quality. Like all Wheadon shows, it will become a cult hit when it's over.
ReplyDeleteLet's hope it will.
ReplyDeleteWith both Legend of Tomorrow and Crazy Ex Girlfriend premiering on midseason and only Cordon on the fall, there's a chance :)
I will have a happy dance then! I love that show so much!
ReplyDeleteThanks :) I'm glad The Flash is stable, and iZombie rose. Hopefully the second won't be adjusted down.
ReplyDeleteIt'll have more promotion plus a better and more compatible lead in (Fresh off the Boat), so I bet it'll see better numbers than this
ReplyDeleteSame here, it is my favorite show currently airing
ReplyDeleteFor a show on The CW which is a Minor Network to beat Major Network tv shows is astounding. Cw is the winner of the night.
ReplyDeleteAmerican Idol 1.2 lol.
ReplyDeleteAOS 1.3 even more lol.
A huge blow for NCIS to end the season with those ratings.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's ever gone below 2.0 below though :)
ReplyDeleteWell the HH ratings didn't translate into higher Neilsen ratings after all, the finale actually had series low ratings which really sucks. :(
ReplyDeleteGood numbers for CW. Just hoping iZombie won't drop again. *fingers crossed*
ReplyDeleteThat's right. But it will probably adjust up. It has hit 1.9 on the preliminaries plenty of times now and then adjust up
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's possible. I mean, the finale was great and it had such strong buzz but it still got these ratings. I don't think there is anything Shield or ABC can do to improve its ratings. It will get 4 seasons and done. As long as it doesn't end Ina cliffhanger, I'm cool :)
ReplyDeleteWith Legends of tomorrow and Crazy ex girlfriend mid season. That leaves 9 shows returning and 1 new. 10 shows with 10 hours to program, likely everything will get a fall slot.
ReplyDeleteConsidering how heavily they are building the Inhumans storylines I'd be surprise if the show ends before the movie arrives, I think Marvel will keep it alive somehow at least unitl the movie comes up
ReplyDeleteABc should swap Quantico and AoS.
ReplyDeleteRemember that there is reality programming into the mix; ANTM will air until November.
ReplyDeleteI think Reign is going to get moved to summer
The Flash has been downright impressive this spring.
ReplyDeleteYeah I'm thinking AoU spoiler fear probably plays a big part in that rating. This is the downside to tying a tv franchise and movie franchise together, one always suffers.
ReplyDeleteIs that a series low for AoS?
ReplyDeleteI don't think it will be. I think Friday is its fate.
ReplyDeleteI think The 100 will also move to summer, sadly.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the both of you! Deadline reported that WB was trying to shop Stalker
ReplyDeleteI don't watch Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., but I don't understand how can be possible that a show everyone call Amazing is getting these low ratings. These numbers are very low especially considering it was the season finale.
ReplyDeleteI hear they are conversations with both CW and WB about CW picking up Constantine, so if they do pick it up thats another show bringing in another 3million+ viewers
ReplyDeleteYes, it is.
ReplyDeleteThey need to do that and ditch all their promotional efforts to promote Tuesdays as a whole, especially Quantico. If Fresh of the Boat rises then Quantico will have a solid platform to launch on and then lead in to Shield. Otherwise, Tuesdays are going to look rather bad
ReplyDeleteSeries Low AOS? Seriously. After this MAGNIFICENT Season Finale... I can't believe this.
ReplyDeleteNielsen viewers are different then average viewers
ReplyDeleteI would love to see Stalker on the CW, LOL.
ReplyDeleteQuestion, Shield has almost the same viewers but is way down on the demo so which one is it? Is it skewing too young or is it skewing older?
ReplyDeleteOuch! I don't watch the show but it looks like things are going to get ugly for it next season
ReplyDeleteCould, but the Fridays slot is open if Reign goes to summer. And if Reign stays on the fall while The 100 goes to summer, I'll deem The CW brainless.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, you can't hae Reign airing on the fall, it's ratings are awful all season long!
I know, but overall the Nielsen System seems pretty accurate.
ReplyDeleteOlder
ReplyDeleteIt started off low and then bounced right back up. It's amazing
ReplyDeleteI think that its flawed cause a sample group of people don't represent what the entire world likes to watch.
ReplyDeleteQuantico is royally screwed I love aos but its a terrible lead in no new show deserves to be launched there
ReplyDeleteYes, but we have to admitt that every show this year dropped very much, this spring is a total disaster!
ReplyDeleteI agree. And maybe AoS' ratings will rise with a better lead in.
ReplyDeleteAnd a compatible one in top of that. Quantico and Shield are two shows that seem a perfect fit for each other
ReplyDeleteI agree, but I'm hoping that it will go up to give Quantico a chance
ReplyDeleteThey really will be brainless to keep Reign in Fall, even on Fridays, and if any of their shows had a chance of surviving on Fridays it would be The 100.
ReplyDeleteRatings are different from quality. American Crime and JTV are critically acclaimed but get poor ratings. And this site has viewers from all around the world who might like it more than the Americans do.
ReplyDeleteThey'll have to keep it alive at least till "Infinity War I" when most likely the Inhumans will enter the big screen. The show will get 4 seasons for syndication and then one shortened S5. It all will depend how much the show will be integrated into the next movies, especially "Civel War".
ReplyDeleteWell, Reign is much closer to syndication. The 100 was way underperforming behind the networks second best leadin,
ReplyDeleteYep, considering how steady The 100 was during the winter against all mighty competition, and even without Arrow (for the first part of its finale), the show can definetely live on Fridays while Reign would bomb.
ReplyDeleteTrue, and maybe ABC is not the right network for this type of show.
ReplyDeleteYeah going from 0.9 to 0.4 in two short seasons with a high rated leadin,The 100 would die on Fri
ReplyDeleteYou could have said the same thing about Beauty and The Beast last season and it got shipped to summer. I think that is the best home for Reign, it could live in there for seasons without affecting the regular season of The CW.
ReplyDeleteThe 100 may not be a stellar performer, but it did keep its numbers without Arrow. It's 0.4 for the finale was probably just a fluke
My guess as off now:
ReplyDeleteM: iZombie/Jtv (Crazy gf replaces iZombie after 16 eps)
T: Flash/Cordon
W: Arrow/ The100 (t100 air 9 eps during fall and 10 during summer, LoT takes over After ms)
Th: Vd and SpN or SpN and VD, not sure how they'll toss it.
Fr: TO/Antm ( Reign steps in during January airs 8 eps, 12 for summer, gets replaced by that line show)
This season it did mostly 0.5s, and it was doing 0.5s last season, so that's not truly fair
ReplyDeletei've always wonder if Netflix should be carrying shield over ABC sometimes
ReplyDeleteAgreed about Stalker - wished they'd change the name and shop it elsewhere. Journeyname Cyber did beat the POI finale with same 1.6 9:30 lead-in. CBS dramas have really taken a hit this sweeps period. Just can't believe NCIS slips below 2.0 for a season finale.
ReplyDeleteOuch AoS!! Series low during such an explosive finale??
ReplyDeleteYay Flash and iZombie. I don't even feel like celebrating for you two. Congrats CW.
Why is AI airing on a Tuesday?
ReplyDeleteThat 0.4 was a pre-emption.
ReplyDeleteSeason finale tonight
ReplyDeleteM : iZombie / JTV
ReplyDeleteT : Flash / Cordon ( LoT in January )
W : Arrow / Supernatural
T : TVD / TO
F : WLIA / ANTM
Midseason/Summer : BaTB / The 100 / Reign / Crazy Ex-Girlfriend
Oh, and Reign went from 0.8 to 0.4 in one season, and then to 0.3 early this season (by episode 8, or episode 30 overall)
ReplyDeleteIt still declined a lot despite summer reruns, being brought back in fall to prevent viewer erosion of a long wait ,keeping its good leadin, which was even higher rated this second time T100 aired behind it, no matter if preemptions.
ReplyDeleteYeah going against hits Scndal,HTGAWM,Greys-not to mention they're all female skewing shows plus as most fans will say quality dropped( rape, affair plots) and a crashing leadin and Reignhad much more time to fall as it aired two full seasons, not two short ones.
ReplyDeleteIt declined overall, but it kept its core viewers from season 1, even when it didn't have its lead in, and only dropped on the season finale because of pre-emptions.
ReplyDeleteThe 100 is one of the most stable shows on The CW; its rating may not be stellar, but with that steadyness it is the network's safest bet for Fridays
Like The 100 didn't go against, I don't know: Empire? Modern Family? Criminal Minds?
ReplyDeleteOh, wait a second, it went against all those!
I see.
ReplyDeleteIt's also declined a lot in viewers
ReplyDeleteSo "no matter" preemptions means Reign has no excuse against March Madness that airs on Thursday nights?
ReplyDeleteYeah and none of those has the same audience as a teen post apic sci if show
ReplyDeleteSadly it's a 1.9. Hopefully it adjusts up to a 2.0.
ReplyDeleteAnd Scandal has the same audience as a teen medieval fantasy show?
ReplyDeleteDon't think iZombie will get a full season. First it would be to much for a procedural on CW and apparently RT said he wanted shorter episode orders.
ReplyDeleteNope.Esoecially since MM skews male and Reign skews female
ReplyDeleteViewers avarage: 1.85 on season 1 to 1.54 on season two. That's not "a lot" in terms of decline. And the avarage of season 1 is inflated due to the big series premiere
ReplyDeleteYep, female skewing
ReplyDeleteSo then is their decline due to poor story telling, preemptions, or time slot?
ReplyDeleteCriminal Minds is male skewing.
ReplyDeleteModern Family and Empire, even while having more female viewers, have a crazy amount of male viewers, especially Empire. You could see the skew on showbuzzdaily and see that Empire has as many male viewers as Scandal has females. It's that huge
Talking about losing viewers when Reign can barely break 1 million with a 0.3
ReplyDeleteIn fact:
ReplyDeleteReign season 1: 1.57 avarage
Reign season 2: 1.10 avarage
It's decline is more pronunciated than The 100.
And comparing final episodes of both shows:
The 100: 1.34
Reign: 0.84
I hardly think Scandal and Reign share the same audience. Reign is pure teen, young female and males. Scandal is adult. Male and female.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to screenshot this.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't go against all 3. Only one.
ReplyDeleteI out all three depending on time zone.Greys is doing very well for an 11 yroldshow,Scndal only started dropping recently and even with that is still big,HTGAwM is a freshman hit.
ReplyDeletePoor Quantico.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I think all three.Plus, there usual yay for shows that almost very show goes through, especially in spring,
ReplyDeleteReign only airs against one of those shows. Scandal.
ReplyDeleteIf anything, Shield is underrated.
ReplyDeleteThe 100 started with over 2million viewers now it's in mid 1.million
ReplyDeleteAt least The 100 had room to fall
ReplyDeleteBut it does break a million, every single episode?
ReplyDeleteFinal Tuesday ratings: Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D ajusted UP.
ReplyDeleteWell. Those are not the ratings you hope for when season finales are involved. Crap. AoS, why? The episodes were so good, too. Adjust up. Please, adjust up.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the CW is having a nice time lately. The Flash is doing really well even when other shows are dropping, and while I hope iZombie doesn't drop again, it's still doing really good, steady ratings.
I think they did their part, creating awareness about it, and Marvel might not be too happy with how they handled the Inhumans. Also if the show goes too low, it's wasted promotion. Put the old seasons on Netflix and people will still be able to watch them. It's promotion all the same.
ReplyDeleteThey do.More female than male watch all three and sometime just look at the watch to watch tonight section of tvlune, this site,tv.vom-most of the people two or three out of the three.Pedowitz even admitted the completion was tough and thats( part ) of the reason Reign stayed out this season,
ReplyDeleteYes
ReplyDeleteWTH SHIELD. Thank God they already renewed it.

Hmm yes let's hope so. It happened last two times ;). I really want 12 season without getting below 2.0, that's all I need!
ReplyDeleteOh, but at least viewers are up :)
ReplyDeleteok so?You really think a urban hip hop soap,an old skewing cop show & teen post apic sci if share an audience? Lol.Fact that The 100 mainly Magee 0.5s against Empire suggest they don't share an audience ,otherwise The 100 would've fella.
ReplyDeleteAs long as it doesn't go down, I will be happy.
ReplyDeleteI could say the exact same thing about Reign and Scandal; those two shows could not be more different, so by your logic, they shouldn't share an audience, so the argument that Reign faces more competition than The 100 is invalid
ReplyDeleteA season finale and it hits a low for SHIELD. I was hoping for a 1.7 at least.
ReplyDeleteNo it's not.Schpdal and are both female skewing soapy shows that do share an audience
ReplyDeleteI just hope next season ABC doesn't cancel AoS half way through the season if the ratings are like this or even lower next season.
ReplyDeleteWow at 1.3 for SHIELD. ABC needs to rethink using it as a lead in.
ReplyDeleteReign has also been steady.Last spring, it got 0.4-0.5, this season more 0.4s than anything else and the 0.3 is only a tenth lower plus three 0.5s.
ReplyDeleteNot a chance. No matter how low the ratings might go next season it will still be a guaranteed renewal for season 4 thanks to syndication
ReplyDeleteWhen will have CBS' ̶t̶r̶a̶i̶l̶e̶r̶s̶ behind the scenes ?
ReplyDeleteAnd...Reign lost total viewers and demo. What's your point? Neither are ratings phenom's. One just lost more than the other. In numbers and quality. Reign.
ReplyDeleteReign - 0.58/1.57 vs 0.39/1.09
ReplyDeleteThe 100 - 0.60/1.85 vs 0.52/1.54
Who is steady?
They share a more adult audience than Reign/Scandal.
ReplyDeleteI am mad because my DVR decided to go haywire while I wasn't home so it only recorded half of The Flash and didn't record DWTS, AI or GMW!!!! >.<
ReplyDeleteNo they don't,keep telling yourself that
ReplyDeleteugh AOS & CF. But I still think CF will get S5. Too bad for AOS hopefully Marvel can give it S4 or no cliffhanger S3.
ReplyDeletehopefully aos season 3 finale will be a series finale wrapping up loose ends... thats what i want.
ReplyDeleteme too but ABC didn't say S3 is the kast so... Do you think CF can live till S5 or S6? Hope so.
ReplyDeleteit's criticism, no need to agree with him but it's his right to say what he thinks
ReplyDeleteThose AoS ratings make me wish it had been me in that final scene instead of Simmons. :-/
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's never gotten a 1.3 and has only ever gotten 1.4 once. Pretty unbelievable that it would crash like that in the season finale (and not only in the second hour, when it aired out of its usual slot). I'm gutted over here. :(
ReplyDeletewell i do agree it was not quite as good as some of the other episodes looks like next week will be the one and its sad to see AOS 2 hour season finale be so good but the ratings don't show it
ReplyDeleteNBC has to be very concerned about the well promoted Chicago Fire finale numbers. A 1.5 is not good and a 21% drop. Especially, when it can no longer use the excuse of weak, fractional comedy lead-ins. A 1.3 is about as good as you can get in today's ratings ratings world. With increased competition next year, (i.e. Quantico and Limitless) it could very well premiere at a 1.2.
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm sure with The Night Shift hitting a 1.2 and Undateable hitting a 1.3 after The Voice, they are concerned with what will likely be their #1 rated scripted show this week (like it was last week).
ReplyDeleteBut I'm sure Greenblatt will listen to this concern closely.
I'm pretty sure it will go up on its premiere
ReplyDeleteI'm shocked with this rating. 1.3? wth!
