  1. Not gonna lie, Barbara is infinitely more interesting like this. Can we keep her like this?

And I'm going to miss Fish.

  2. What did she do? Did she kill Lesley? I've been wondering wethere they'd actually dare to go down that route.

WOW What a horrible episode, The last 5 mins they were saying for two weeks was everything they showed in the commercials an was NOTHING! There was so many continuity issues in the show two from the ropes when there tied up to heights. Honestly that was such a bad episode. I can't believe everything in the last 5 mins was everything they showed us in the commercials. What a joke.

What can be said really except that was one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. Well there was the cat fight between Leslie and Barbara. TV hasn't produced a good straight up girl on girl fight like that since Alexis and Crystal on Dynasty, and that is going way back. Leslie was able to keep her heels on the whole time, I guess that's saying something. There's bad and then there's whatever the hell that was.

  5. I enjoyed it. I did see this season finale as Good but not great. But the ending did shock me with bruce finding the shocker Bat Lair. See You Later Gothamites

  6. Guess what, Bruce? You won't have to deal with Falcone and Maroni when you're Batman now :/

And I predicted this a while back, but Thomas Wayne was Batman before he had Bruce than gave it up.

  7. Episode was pretty good. Thank God Fish is dead. I'm sad that Maroni is dead, I liked him. Falcon has retired now. It makes it easier for Batman now. The Barbara vs Leslie was ridiculous. It's nice seeing enigma turn more into the riddler. Ending was good. Disappointing first season of Gotham. Hopefully Gotham Season 2 is much better.

  8. It was a good episode, but I have to say I hate that is was just good. With the mythology this show is based on this needs to be TREMENDOUS.

The only thing I really loved was the scene where Fish took out Maroni. It had this weird comic-feeling that for I don't know which reasons worked so perfectly. I'm happy Fish had this great exit. Kudos to Jada!

The shooting in the hospital was the most ridiculous in recent TV history, so gullible just awful.
I loved Barbara's and Jim's chemistry, even though their relationship went complete overboard their on screen moments are so powerful. Never saw the twist with her killing the parents come, I know she went nuts but not this much. How can Barbara's character come back from this? Or was this just a set up to take down Leslie?
And how random was that Nygma scene? It was a great performance but still really really random.
I'll probably skip season 2 and binge watch it when it's over.

  9. Did anyone catch that Lee didn't tell Jim about Barbara's "confession"? I wonder why? What's on Lee's mind? "Gangsta Underworld Princess" Selina ROCKED..................even Fish Mooney was impressed!
    Nobody 4 EVER!!!

Just got around to watching it, I personally loved it and I'm looking forward to next season.

  11. This was sooo crappy. I've never seen such a boring finale. The Barbara and Lee scenes were so drawn out, Barbara made me more angry with her "vegence plot" against Lee. It was so eye roll worthy. I waited around for Fish's death, and my god was that very anticlamactic. They didn't even explain how she survived the helicopter shooting. Then you have Sal calling her "babes" eight freaking times before she decides to shoot him. Just to have people scatter. Idk wtf they did Selina? What? She didn't have scenes with Bruce, which would've been much better than him wasting 45 min of this episode finding a clue. Speaking of wasting time, they drew out this entire "gangsta plot" and only gave Nygma one scene!! Just so he could lie to Kringle yet again and we watch him talk to himself going through his split personality stage. Ugh!! And Peguin on the roof, after killing Fish. So cheesy! All he needed was a white shirt and a boat and we'd be reliving Titanic. Smh (and Leo still did it better). Yeah I'm definitely done with this show. I stayed for a few things, but those things aren't enough to keep me around for season 2.

  12. Nothing special, only ok. One thing, I like Butch, likeable villain. Very good acting. Drew Powell plays him well. Logue is good actor but he's not Bullock. My Bullock in my mind is still different.

  13. so sort of like a Flashpoint Paradox reference?

  14. Cory Michael Smith was amazing in that scene though wasn't he? you know if Jada Pinket Smith was still signed on to the show she would be alive right?

  15. what do you mean "stage"? as in it's part of The Riddler character?

  16. BATCAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 17. first Katrina, then Juliette and now Barbara, what's with showrunners and turning their leading ladies either crazy, evil or both?

  18. Cookie and Boo Boo Kitty on Empire had a good Fight haha :)

  19. That Nygma Breakdown towards the end of the episode was freaking insane!

  20. Katrina was mostly bad writing and bad acting, never found Juliette interesting in any capacity with her long drawn out plots with not good enough payout so a permanant change is welcome, and Barbara I still don't care. But I will see where they take her from here.

  21. That probably sums up a good description of the show, but I know not to get hyled by tv shows now, so I had no expectations.

  22. Plot twist: Barbara is The Joker.

No. She's not the Joker. She'll could end up at Arkham where she'll begin referring to Jim as "Mr. J".

  24. I couldn't agree more. Between the continuity issues, lame storylines, and complete 180's for Selina and Barbara (that felt beyond forced), I am done with this show. Gotham could have been special but instead ended up being a waste of my time. After that craptastic finale, I will not be continuing on with the show.

  25. That was awesome, everything is coming together, Selina is showing her true self, Barbara turned out to be a sociopath, goodbye Fish RIP!!! If I could go through all the great scenes, I'd be here all day loved it can't wait for next season!!!!!

  26. I have to say there were many things I didn't expect, number one being Fish killing Maroni...
Nygma surprised me a little too but much less than Barbara... I knew something was off with her but no, didn't expect it to come to that end...

I was also a bit worried that Fish was dead but apparently, Jada Pinkett-Smith simply won't be a series regular anymore. It's too bad though, I really liked Fish :( But hey, I'd rather see her just very once in a while than never again ^^

  27. That and New 52's Earth-2 where Thomas Wayne was Batman.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I must be a weirdo, because I really think the villains are definitely more interesting to watch than Batman, or Batboy, or Bruce. I think Jim is far more interesting to watch. Lee, Barbara, Falcone, Alfred (possibly my favorite character, after Jim, I don't know why), Selina, Butch, even the show The Odd Couple is more interesting (JK, I kinda like this show)... Anyone. Bruce bores me so much. The way he talks, the way he walks, the way he is. And it's not that I don't like him, I do, but he bores me so much. I hope he gets more interesting to watch next season. And I hope Alfred gets more screen time, and that I NEVER see Fish again. EVER!

  29. I think Oswald and Nygma are wonderful to watch, fascinating really, but I give that up to the actors, they are doing a great job. Jim and Butch are great, both great actors as well.
However I have to disagree about Bruce Wayne. My husband and I think this kid is great and they did a great job casting him.

  30. I agree on the Barbara and Lee scenes. That whole plot line was just stupid. Why on earth was Lee attending her wounds and doing check ups on her anyway? Acting wise, I thought Barbara was much more believable as a psychopath and not as flat and wooden.
The gangsta plot - yeah, too much of it.

  31. I don't think she's dead. They'll arrest her, most likely examine her, and if they continue to go this route with her, (I won't be watching season 2 So idk) she could end at Arkham.
