  2. I really hope at least one of the Boltons die this season. It was a great episode especially the ending. Jorah won't let the greyscale take him though. He will probably die fighting.

  3. This episode was a bit of a mixed bag for me honestly...
I thought it was a very good episode overall, but I do not necessarily like where D&D are taking some of the arcs. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for now I think...

    - The changes to Dany's arc... Well, she's Dany. Enough said on that boring topic.
    - I have enjoyed what they have done with Brienne's arc quite a bit!
    - I figured Jorah would take on Connington's Greyscale dilemma from the book this year after some of the production leaks, but it was still sad to watch! At least it is not instant death!

    - That Bolton dinner party was just tragic... Yes, the new people at Winterfell are strange! XD
Let's hope we have a dinner party where pies are served somewhere down the road....

I really liked the scenes at The Wall once again! The Wall was always one of my favorite parts of the books and the show has failed to do justice by it until this year. Even considering the upcoming changes to the arc that are in the works I think The Wall could be my favorite arc of the season when all is said and done!

Speaking of The Wall, I wonder if Ollie will take on the for the Watch moment...

I hope that in the series Aemon will find out before his death, that he guided the heir of his brother all the time.

  6. An interesting weeks for Targaryens (if you believe the Jon theory and at this point I'm taking it as canon). Both had to make difficult decisions. Dany definitely has her fair share of Targaryen madness.. She needs to watch out before she throws everything away. Jon is doing the right thing with the Wildings but its a very unpopular decision and will have consequences. Things are tough when you have to rule.

Loved the Jorah and Tyrion scenes. Greyscale hmmm clearly important to the overall arc as they decided to keep it in the show. Loved seeing the creepy remains of Valyria and the Stone Men.

  7. The episode for me might have been the least interesting of the entire run. A couple nice moments with Drogon showing up and with Maester Aemon.

  8. Danny is a self righteous conceited tyrant who's bought way into her own self importance, and I hope someone tells that to her face instead of having people blow smoke up her ass all the time!

Jon is really rising to the demands of being a leader. So applause to the boy...I'm sorry... Man ;)
Speaking of: Aemon is just simply such a wonderful character. I don't think he'll make it to be end of the season though...

Loving Stannis... Quietly correcting grammar, seeking out Sam to find out more about the whitewalkers and then endorsing his research, not wanting to leave his daughter and wife by the wall.
Speaking of: Gilly and Shireen were such a sweet combo. Kinda sad they split them up :(

I know people hate Roose, and I get it and in the books I kinda hate him too. But on the show, he's quite a fascinating character... I kinda like him the same way I liked Tywin. Ruthless, cunning, power hungry. But there's something in the way he carries himself and owns his douchbaggery that you just can't help but respect in some weird way.

Usually Pod/Brienne scenes really work for me, but they had nothing substantial to offer this week.

That was a sweet interaction between Grey Worm and Missandrei, but I don't care too much about them to actually care.

Tyrion and Jorah finally gave me the kind of dynamic I was hoping they'd offer up since they got paired up.

    Great episode.
I'm honestly really enjoying this season so far.

  9. Roose is a bit like Tywin-light! XD
I like him more than in the books as well.
