Definitely didn't expect that whole thing with Russ. Whoa. Barb's got a long, LONG road ahead of her, for sure. But I like to think maybe, with time, she'll hopefully make peace with things. And Carter and Aubrey. Sigh. I had a feeling things weren't going to end well for them, but still...eesh. I wanted to hug Aliyah, too. I did like how things ended for both Hector and for Alonzo's family (the scene between Alonzo and Jenny was really sweet). May they all find better futures waiting for them. Very tense, thoughtful season-heartbreaking, frustrating, yet well done and worthy of some good discussion and debate. I'll be interested to see what new story they focus on next season.
I was really thrown for a loop with what happened to Carter. I had a feeling throughout the whole show that he did not do it. I do believe Aubrey was the shooter. But what an awful way for them to end. Poor Russ. he was paying for mistakes he made a long time ago.Very happy with the way things turned out for Alonzo. I'm not so sure how I feel about Hector. He was a piece of work. I don't know if he can change. Awesome show! Can't wait to see what they do next season!
This episode, this whole season was just moving as said below. Every episode you just felt more involved in the case. At some point you just want to know what happens next for the families instead of knowing who killed who. I never thought they'd kill that many characters in such a short time. I really thought Carter was going to make it then I realized ten seconds before the dream was over that actually it was a dream and that Aubry had just killed herself. Maybe they'll at least be together in a better place...?
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteIt was deeply moving, this would be getting a LOT more attention if it was on a cable channel.
