I liked it for the little show that it was. I wasn't even thinking about watching but ended up seeing the pilot by accident and I liked it so I stuck with it. I laughed with all 6 episodes. I won't miss it too much though, I am fine with it.
I am not her but I am too. I like that we got a chance to mourn it properly on its own separate time instead of being on this mayhem. I was also kind of upset with the news and that would have detracted from my enjoument of all this. However, for me the real cancellation came the day the title of the series finale was revealed.
I watched the live episode. It's one of those shows where I will watch it, find it fun and laughable, but not return. I don't mean this in a bad way but I think my favorite part was when they did the opening sequence live.
Deadline | ‘Undateable’ To Be Picked Up For Season 3 Of All-Live Episodes? http://deadline.com/2015/05/undateable-renewed-season-3-live-episodes-1201423321/
I was kinda starting to like that. Hopefully Undateable survives because that has become great this season and has quickly become one of my favorite comedies.
I agree completely. It's not the best show in the world but it's very enjoyable. The live episode was hysterical. And all the guest stars gave me so much Scrubs feelings.
I didn't watch Scrubs so I missed the references but I still liked it plenty! By the way, did you see the news? Maybe we get a full season of live episodes, per deadline!
From the article: I hear NBC is in discussions with the producers of the multi-camera sophomore comedy about doing a third season consisting entirely of live episodes, as many as 22 of them.
Yes. The following things happened only in west coast: - Justin full on kissed Ed Sheeran - Justin sang with Ed Sheeran at the end a Britney Spears song - Kate Walsh showed up - Scot Fooley had Danny on his knees going off script (literally lol)
Thanks to both of you for answering! I'll try and look for it sounds funny! I hope it gets renewed with those live episodes, going off script is always hilarious to me.
For the first time ever I'm happy with a cancellation. I watched "One Big Happy" but it was not that funny & interesting as I was expecting, so I'm fine with it.
This makes me sad. I quite liked the show, and think that it did get better with each episode. And that for even to those, who did not like the show very much, it had potential. I do not really know how it works in the US, but it it possible another network picks it up? Like Community was picked up by Yahoo after the network cancelled it?
So big surprise as it wasn't that good. The acting was solid enough but the material was severely lacking and that laugh track was one of the most irritating. Elisha, please get a solid part in a good show! I miss you!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
This is just sad NBC! You are cancelling everything.
ReplyDeleteI tried the pilot but switched it off almost immediately :/ Still, sorry any fans it still had.
ReplyDeleteNOOOO! i actually really liked this,f#$@ you nbc.
ReplyDeleteI liked it for the little show that it was. I wasn't even thinking about watching but ended up seeing the pilot by accident and I liked it so I stuck with it. I laughed with all 6 episodes. I won't miss it too much though, I am fine with it.

ReplyDeleteYES PLEASE! The live episode was the best, I would love an entire season of those lol.
ReplyDeleteI'd be alright with that.
ReplyDeleteWe have became such a nice Community that we say good night now. You guys are all my Internet friends
ReplyDeleteI agree completely. It's not the best show in the world but it's very enjoyable. The live episode was hysterical. And all the guest stars gave me so much Scrubs feelings.
ReplyDeleteI heard CBS Will not do anything until next week?! Please not
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch Scrubs so I missed the references but I still liked it plenty! By the way, did you see the news? Maybe we get a full season of live episodes, per deadline!
ReplyDeleteUpfronts bringing everybody together :)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe it, they are playing with us!

ReplyDeleteEW
ReplyDeleteYou should give Scrubs a try, it's great. WHAT? No I missed it. That would be awesome! I love live shows. *runs to Undateable section to see the post*
ReplyDeleteFrom the article:
ReplyDeleteI hear NBC

comedy about doing a third season consisting entirely of live episodes,
as many as 22 of them.
Check out deadline!
ReplyDeleteMaybe that is just for this one?
ReplyDeleteBut EW also said we wouldn't know about FOX shows until next week and they've cancelled the following and renewed bones since then
Crap!!!
ReplyDeleteBATTLE CREEK CANCELLED. In another news, the sky is blue.
ReplyDeleteIt recall started out okay, but lost steam really fast, considering it only had like 6 episodes.
ReplyDeleteShame. It wasn't great but it had its moments...
what the hell is happening NBC going 2 the dogs
ReplyDeleteI really hope they go through with this idea!
ReplyDeleteMe too!
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed
ReplyDeleteSince you said the west coast was better - Were there noticeable differences between east and west coast versions?
ReplyDeleteRENEW LAURA RENEW LAURA RENEW LAURA
ReplyDeleteMostly the actors going off scripts. And there were two jokes in the west coast version based on an ad-lib in the east coast one.
ReplyDeleteYes. The following things happened only in west coast:
ReplyDelete- Justin full on kissed Ed Sheeran
- Justin sang with Ed Sheeran at the end a Britney Spears song
- Kate Walsh showed up
- Scot Fooley had Danny on his knees going off script (literally lol)

ReplyDeleteSame here ;)
ReplyDeleteMe too.
ReplyDeleteFor the first time ever I'm happy with a cancellation. I watched "One Big Happy" but it was not that funny & interesting as I was expecting, so I'm fine with it.
ReplyDeleteVersion 1. Which one is that?
ReplyDeleteHmmm I dunno :P
ReplyDeleteDidn't start yet, how did it end?
ReplyDeleteSo one's imagination could suggest that Lizzy and Prudence fall in love while being married and Luke is kicked to the curb, lol.
ReplyDeleteOn the flip side, now everyone is free for that Happy Endings comeback!!
ReplyDeleteThis makes me sad. I quite liked the show, and think that it did get better with each episode. And that for even to those, who did not like the show very much, it had potential.
