Not this video player again !
ReplyDeleteWow! Wow! Wow!
ReplyDeleteBLINDSPOT LOOKS TREMENDOUS! Amazing.
That opening is so great. Loving it! Clearing out Times Square! wOw!
Blindspot looks very very good. Better than i expected. Now i will try it for sure
ReplyDeleteBlindspot looks great
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker looks awful
Jaimie Alexander basically playing the same character as the one from Kyle XY
ReplyDeleteI wonder if she had a bellybutton this time around.
ReplyDeleteBlindspot looks good, will definitely sample it.
ReplyDeleteOK so I basically haven't paid any attention to pilot season or even read synopsis for most of these shows so watching these trailers are my first impressions of the majority of these series
ReplyDeleteBlindspot
Jaimie is gonna hate having to be in make-up every day for those damned tattoos.
Immediately thought of Memento.
I mean it doesn't look terrible which for NBC is a bonus. I may give it a go but probably need to see more of it.
Damn amazing promo for Blindspot.....i hope it will live up the hype...
ReplyDeleteThe players : I don't see it working. It will probably flop like Allegiance.
ReplyDeleteBlind Spot-Looks pretty good.Impressive!
ReplyDeleteSully!!! Yes, I was already in for Jaimie but with Sully, all right. It will be weird to see him as an FBI Agent. Philipp Winchester is on antoher NBC show, so I get to keep Strike Back on my screen, somehow.
ReplyDeleteI see some people are commenting on other shows than Blindspot too. Am i the only one who has only Blindspot here so far?
ReplyDeleteBlindspot reminds of The Blacklist in a way.
ReplyDeleteI'll give it a try, but I'm not completely sold
Oh god Blindspot looks awesomeeeeesee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteyeah, it could easily go the same downward path as The Blacklist.
ReplyDeleteVery Michael Scofield-esque.
ReplyDeleteThey completely sold it to me. I'm hooked. September can't come soon enough.
ReplyDeleteothers have seen the trailer within the US or using programs to skip the geographic limitations. All the NBC trailers are out for the US only on seasonzero
ReplyDeletePeople Are Talking : Awful.
ReplyDeleteRegion free: http://www.spoilertv.com/2015/05/nbc-new-fall-2015-shows-promos.html
ReplyDeleteBlindspot looks weird and interesting at the same time. I'll try it out.
ReplyDeleteBlindspot looks really rather good.
ReplyDeleteIMO, Blacklist Season 2 > Blacklist Season 1
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker-Awful.Disappointing.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how it got approved to air on TV. It looks beyond boring.
ReplyDeleteOkay, Blindspot trailer was good. It has gotten me more interested in the show.
ReplyDeleteI don't get why NBC needs these placeholders, it was the same thing with Ironside before launching PD. Why not launch Med right away? Or if they must have a placeholder, why not Shades of Blue?
ReplyDeleteHOLY CRAP!!!!!!!! the premise sounded cool, but to actually a promo of it has BLOWN my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker = NBC's attempt to have a Grey's Anatomy
ReplyDeleteWhat is the night shift then?
ReplyDeleteThis promo is amazing completely sold one the show
ReplyDeleteThe same thing, it just didn't pan out
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker: Dr. Alex Pantierre ain't got nothing on Dr. Jac Naylor of Holby City Hospital.
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker What is this show, it seems like a parody of a hospital drama with a Strong Female Doctor.
ReplyDeleteWOW, Blinspot looks better than I thought... But I'm still not sure what to think about it.
ReplyDeleteS2B has gotten better again, but I found 1B-2A very boring and the arc with the volcrum very anticlimatic. And the Liz story now sounds SALT/Alias remix, but it is giving a bit of fresh air. The rest of the FBI team is completly sidelined. Those are my issues.
ReplyDeleteThey day the same thing every season: "We save the best shows for midseason".
ReplyDeleteYou could just call it "Strong Female Doctor" judging by the trailer
ReplyDeleteI like Heartbreaker. It's like Emily Owens meets Miranda Bailey.
ReplyDeleteThat girl has soul.
It's Intensive Karen.
ReplyDeleteCommunity always predicting what NBC was going to do.
Blindspot is just like The Blacklist; an informant comes in, meets a specific FBI agent, solves a big crime, and a character says this is just the beginning.
ReplyDeleteThe Player-I'm not playing.PASS!
ReplyDeleteBlindspot will be AMAZING
ReplyDeleteSo Excited
the only one that looks real good is blindspot
ReplyDeleteYes I can agree with you that it would probably be S2B>S1A>S2A>S1B for me.
ReplyDeleteSeriously. It has no nuance at all. Cliche after cliche.
ReplyDeleteBlindspot looks beyond amazing I'm in !!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like Extreme Music is happy seeing these TV shows using their songs for these trailers.
ReplyDeleteAre we getting a trailer for Heroes Reborn?
ReplyDeletePeople Are Talking - I won't be talking about it
ReplyDeleteI don't like medical dramas, so I've got nothing to say on Hearthbreaker
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker screams cancelled, the only thing I liked in the trailer was the music. Okay, Melissa George is very easy on the eyes, but still, no.
ReplyDeleteBlindspot however seems great IMO, I'll definitely check it out. It reminds me of The Blacklist. And I love Jamie Alexander! I
Shows like Heartbreaker won't work as long as GA is still on the air.
ReplyDeleteSeason Zero didn't get it, so I am expecting it not to be released, at least today. Maybe NBC wants to make a big splash by showing it at their upfront tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteThank you Babar.
ReplyDeleteHaven't watched any of these so far, but no Heroes Reborn promo makes me really really sad. Hopefully NBC released it tomorrow.
ReplyDeletePeople Are Talking-What was THAT?
ReplyDeletePainfully bad.Absolute garbage.
Ranking the trailers from what I've seen so far
ReplyDeleteBlindspot > Heartbreaker > People are Talking
People Are Talking: Why?? Like oh my god a babysitter with boobs! LOLOLOL so funny. Not.
ReplyDeleteIt's the complete opposite for me
ReplyDeleteI even like People are talking. Seems funny.
ReplyDeleteIt's like Michael Scofield and John Doe had a baby...
ReplyDeleteI liked it
ReplyDeleteWe have very different humor, but that's ok
ReplyDeleteIt's the same music used for Reign. :D
ReplyDeletehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUiWIBiVH4U
It's like they took the recycled scraps of Trauma, Mercy, and every other medical drama out there. It makes The Night Shift look like a masterpiece by comparison.
ReplyDeleteAnd also it has been use to promote The Originals
ReplyDeleteWhy NBC would order People are talking ?
ReplyDeleteThe Player promo added. Refresh to watch.
ReplyDeleteBecause it looks like a broad comedy, and right now they want as much as a broad audience as possible
ReplyDeleteExtreme Music is the best place to find these really epic songs.
ReplyDeleteIt's over the top and that is what they usually do in the pilots. Try to hard.
ReplyDeleteI like the set up and the cast seems alright. Think if they get pass the babysitter it could work.
Blindspot=the new Blacklist
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker=13 eps in fall then that's it. Gets replaced by Chicago Med in midseason.
The Player=Whole 22 ep season but cancelled by seasons end.
People Are Talking=One of the first cancellations of the season.
Heroes and NPH will do good.
NBC shouldn't have picked up Heartbreaker, PAT and Player. Chicago Med should've been on Tuesday, Shades Of Blue on Thursday and Undateable/Crowded on Fridays.
Why would they order People are Talking and Heartbreak??
ReplyDeleteTrailer Review-
ReplyDeleteBlindspot-9/10.
Heartbreaker-6/10.
The Player-5/10.
PAT-0/10.
Kinda like what people were thinking about Undateable and yet here we are, 2 seasons, one hour long live episode and one upcoming season of live episodes later...
ReplyDeleteI hope we can get some midseason trailers as well.
ReplyDeleteYes. The couples are cute. Could even work.
ReplyDeleteI'm very positive today, maybe I'll change my mind tomorrow but for now they are a funny set up.
Don't think so. NBC has never released those during the upfronts.
ReplyDeleteI need the Game of Silence trailer!
ReplyDeleteMy review
ReplyDeleteBlindspot 9/10
Heartbreaker 6/10 (I liked the song so it got an extra point)
The Player 6/10 (looks kinda cheesey)
People are Taking -5/10 (yes a negative 5)
I was just kidding.Everyone has different preferences and i respect that :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd a cloned DNA of Jesse XX was injected into the womb of John Doe.
ReplyDelete100% agreed.
ReplyDeleteI'll see Heartbreaker without hope
ReplyDeletelol the song is the same promo reign 2x18
That's why I'm not even watching the trailer.
ReplyDeleteI believe last year we got Allegiance at the upfronts, am I wrong? And I think two years ago we got Crisis and Believe.
ReplyDeletegot that right!
ReplyDeleteThey did releasy trailer for the Whisper over a YEAR ago...it will be no surprise if the mid season shows will also get theirs
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link. I haven't really saw many promos of Reign this season and I still have a lot to catch up :D
ReplyDeleteright?! it won't make me not watch it though
ReplyDeletePass on The Player.
ReplyDeleteI will only try Blindspot.
Grades for each trailer:
Blindspot: B+
The Player: C
Heartbreaker: C-
People are Talking: D
I want Heroes Reborn Trailer so bad :-(
ReplyDeleteThe Player: hmm again seems rather cliched, like even the character name Alex Kane sounds like its come straight from a action movie. Oh surprise surprise his wife is killed! I'm stunned. Like I will be stunned when in the season finale his wife comes back, surprise! At least it looks well made which is something.
ReplyDeleteThat cliche resurrection.LOL!
ReplyDeleteI just semi like The Player. Not really sold. Doesn't seem more than a hottISH guy going around and breaking stuff. Something like Taken. -.-
ReplyDeleteYou know it! The bad guys had her kidnapped all along or she is secretly the baddie!
ReplyDeleteIt is, the dead wife, the hero getting recruited, etc.
ReplyDeleteJust more flops for NBC. Why Shades of Blue and Chicago Med not in fall?
ReplyDeleteNoup, we didn't get neither Alleg or AO.
ReplyDeletePlot Twist-His beloved wife IS the ultimate player!
ReplyDeleteI just realized that there will be no Game of Silence on Fall. But probably better so!
ReplyDeleteReally I'm not surprised by my indifference with NBC, I only have one show I watch on the channel right now and that is Hannibal. So really unless Blindspot or The Player get like amazing buzz and pre air reviews I doubt I will watch them and the other 2 are immediately no for me.
ReplyDeleteI loved that show! It feels so long ago!
ReplyDeleteWe should make a note of this post because if that ends up being true...

Plot twist he created the game.....
ReplyDeleteI'll probably give Blindspot a shot - I love Jaimie Alexander and Marianne Jean-Baptiste, and the trailer looks interesting enough.
ReplyDeleteHe has split personality and doesn't remember what the other half is doing!
ReplyDeletePlot twist, Wesley Snipes character is shady, oh no he isn't, oh maybe he is, ultimately he isn't because the dead wife is.
ReplyDeleteCan't believe they are keeping Laura in that slot`?????? Awful idea.
ReplyDeleteHow can you have Wesley Snipes and not make him shady AND a father of main protagonists unborn child ???
ReplyDeleteI am in shock.
ReplyDeletei'll try People are Talking just because of Mark-Paul Gosselaar
ReplyDeleteYup, Blindspot has the best trailer from NBC just like I suspected. Looks awesome. Definite pass on all the others. Except for Hannibal and The Blacklist, NBC rarely does it for me these days which is sad.
ReplyDeleteI know. U like JtV and I don't judge, and believe me that is really hard for me. ^^
ReplyDeleteJust don't know with what they will replace it in January? Comedies? Game of Silence?
ReplyDeleteSomething is really wrong with NBC these days.
Yup, many of the songs featured in Reign promos and those of a few other shows are from the same company.
ReplyDelete"We're Magnificent" (Epic Pop)-SYTYCD, Breaking Pointe
"We Are Golden" (Epic Pop)-Reign's pilot trailer
"Do You Love Me Tomorrow"-Breaking Pointe, Chasing Life
"Do You Believe" (Miami Pop)-Jane the Virgin's trailer
"Shine Your Light"-Friday Night Lights' promo on Teen Nick
"Show Me Love"-Betrayal's pilot trailer
"Glorious"-Reign
Check out some familiar track you guys may have heard on various commercials: https://www.youtube.com/user/TechnoJennyni20/videos
People are Talking is boring
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me NBC ?
ReplyDeletePeople Are Talking - I don't know what to say for this actually. But I have always had trouble to find a good comedy, which makes me actually laugh. So I'll pass on that.
ReplyDeleteThe Player - it looks very cheesy and the plot seems done like thousand times, BUT I'll try it regardless. I like the action stunts, so I'll give it a chance for 3-4 episodes and decide after that. I hope it surprises me.
YAY LAURA :)
ReplyDeleteWe got Day One which was supposed to be set on midseason but the project was canceled before they filmed anything past the pilot.
ReplyDeleteI love JtV.
ReplyDeletePeople Are Talking. Yeah they are, about how this show's not funny. Sadly every comedy nowadays suffers from the same.
ReplyDeleteI find Season 1 better, especially 1A
ReplyDeleteOMG I'm loving The Player, too bad I can't watch it because I'm already watching GA and HTGAWM on Thursdays
ReplyDeleteBlindspot looks like could be very good rest meh think blindspot is the only one i'll be checking out
ReplyDeleteBabar, heroes trailer is out, per zappit.
ReplyDeleteBlindspot looks like a hit and The Player will probably do well. Heartbreaker's promo wasnt great tbh but it might still do well enough by NBC's standards.
ReplyDeleteAmerican comedies havent been good or funny in years so no change there. People Are Talking being on Friday is probabaly a good idea, it wasnt going to make it on any other day so why not Friday where expectations are lower?
Blindspot: 7/10
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker: 6/10
The Player: 5/10
PAT: 2/10
At this moment I do not watch any NBC show but blinds pot looks really cool so I'm going to check if out
ReplyDeleteThe last episode was very good, which was a surprise because it has been the first episode I have really liked since the Superbowl episode. The rest of the team is sidelined because the writers have never given the actors actual characters to play, except maybe Lennix as Cooper but some of that might be because Lennix is a good actor.
ReplyDeleteEmpire will kill Laura
ReplyDeleteBlindspot is the only remotely interesting thing here. The rest- pass!
ReplyDeleteWhere is NPH?
ReplyDeleteBlindspot reminds me a lot of "The Blacklist", because of this I probably won't be checking it. The other promos didn't excite me enough so... I'm sorry NBC.
ReplyDeleteThe Player looks awesome in my opinion!
ReplyDeleteArrow is already beating Laura, so expect it to bomb hard
ReplyDeleteAnd I respect U for not being ashamed to say that out loud.
ReplyDeleteJK of course. ;-)
I'm 100 % in. Wow !!!!
ReplyDeleteThe Player / Blindspot > Hearthbreaker > People Are Talking
ReplyDeleteAgreed. I'm in.
ReplyDeletereally?! why even put Heroes Reborn when it's not even new?!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteReign would kill Laura. I really don't know where NBC is going with this.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.zap2it.com/blogs/fall_tv_2015_nbc_new_shows_chicago_md_blindspot_heartbreaker-2015-05
ReplyDeleteI know, it was so good and it ended with a big cliffhanger :(
ReplyDeleteI have been in love with Philip Winchester since Camelot, and the he trailer for The Player looks fun so I'll give it a try. Bonus points for the shirtless fight :P
ReplyDeleteThis is madness. What will happen when the interesting networks release their schedule and trailers.
ReplyDeleteAnd I have to study. Damn U !
Must love being in last place.
ReplyDeleteBlindspot =the Blacklist if Ressler was the main character instead of Keen and a total badass but played by a good actor (Ressler is not a badass and not played by a good actor) + if Red was female but did not know what was going on but also a badass.
ReplyDeleteI want it to flop hard and it will
ReplyDeleteThe Player looks like a more serious version of Scorpion !
ReplyDeletethat was my first exposure to a cliffhanger cancellation
ReplyDeleteThanks again, I'll definitely check the channel.
ReplyDeleteOnly Blindspot for me :)
ReplyDeleteBlindspot - got my interest
ReplyDeleteThe Player - not sold
People Are Talking, Hearbreaker - just no
I hate when shows end with a big cliffhangers. It deserved a short 4th season!
ReplyDeletedefinitely!!!
ReplyDeleteBecause maybe, just maybe, someone here may not have seen..
ReplyDeleteDoes it hurt you that it's posted again?
Not a show we cover, sorry. We only cover scripted drama and comedies.
ReplyDeletenot new at ALL, it's the freaking teaser
ReplyDeleteThe Player looks terrible... :L
ReplyDeleteOk, I couldn't even get through these promos. Next please.
ReplyDeletesort of, i got all excited that a full promo was finally out and to find out it's the teaser made me sad
ReplyDeletenot working ... all i see is white empty windows
ReplyDeleteblindspot looks amazeballs
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts:
ReplyDelete- Blindspot: 9/10 - Looks much better than I was anticipating! I am now looking forward to this a lot. I hope they have some ongoing big arcs and not just random cases but it looks like they will do that so I am happy.
- Heartbreak: 3/10.. Just No
- The Player: 6.5/10 - Looks worse than I expected and I felt the trailer lacked direction and was just trowing action sequence after action sequence. However, I still liked some of what I saw and I am still going to give it a chance as long as it is not DOA in the ratings department.
- People Are Talking: 2/10. I won't be watching this and I doubt enough people are going to in order for it to be alive
so Red Band Society didn't work for that guy and now he's in a new hospital drama
ReplyDeleteHe is the best thing Heartbreakers has going for it right now for me. Poor guy keeps getting duds.
ReplyDeleteSame here. And Game of Silence too
ReplyDeleteI have the player higher and hearbtreaker lower but I loved blindspot too
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts:
ReplyDelete- Blindspot - how is this going to be engaging over a single season, let alone multiple?
- Heartbreaker - looks good to me, like if Sandra Oh had her own spinoff from Grey's Anatomy.
- The Player - I find Wesley Snipes annoying in the trailer, but I like the premise of the series.
- People Are Talking - Better than I expected. I had low expectations though!
By the way, as someone who has been a big fan of Grey's Anatomy for 11 freaking years, I find it almost insulting that NBC thinks they can just copy it like that.
ReplyDeleteRe Blindspot, I am pretty sure there will be plenty of case of the week episodes for which the clues are in her body
ReplyDeleteNbc only for me blindspot, The Player and Undateable and maybe.. one big maybe Heroes Reborn
ReplyDelete"how is this going to be engaging over a single season, let alone multiple?"
ReplyDeleteYou might as well ask that question about evey other procedural.
It will be hard to though, unless they are able to find compelling storylines and characters.
ReplyDeleteI actually find Whitney's trailer to be more funnier than People Are Talking. At least with Whitney's trailer it's like a spoof of a comedy (so lame it's somewhat amusing), whereas I can't find anything to laugh about People Are Talking.
ReplyDeleteI know right!
ReplyDeleteOf the shows above I think I'd give all of them except Heartbreaker a shot. Don't think Melissa George can lead a show unfortunately. Between ER and Greys Anatomy, they set a standard in medical dramas that have yet to be surpassed and I don't think that this one is going to do it either.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts:
ReplyDeleteBlinspot: 1/10 - Thought it looked boring, definite pass for me
Heartbreaker: 7/10 - Looks decent, I'll need to watch an episode to decide for sure
People are Talking: 0/10 - Didn't even finish the trailer
The Player: 7/10 - Same boat as Heartbreaker, looks decent but I need to see an episode.
Blindspot, Heartbreaker look amazing (i don't get the hate for Heartbreaker already)
ReplyDeleteThe Player - I will probably wait what people will say about it after 2-3 episodes. It doesn't look bad, but neither does it look great
That comedy is just terrible, but it will die in it's timeslot really fast
If that was their try, I'd like to see them try harder, because judging by that traier, this is nowhere near to the level of GA.
ReplyDeleteYou're forgetting House.
ReplyDelete- Blindspot - I'll pass on this one, it looks incredibly boring.
ReplyDelete- Heartbreaker - Just no, looks like another rubbish medical drama that's trying too hard to be as good as "E.R" or "Grey's"
- The Player - Could be interesting, I'll need to watch an episode to decide.
- People Are Talking - Looks awful, and I hate the laugh track that most comedies use. I couldn't even finish the trailer.
None of them is interesting.
ReplyDeleteIt seems to have a lot of action and is more similar to the blacklist than allegiance was.
ReplyDeletePeople are talking is horrible
ReplyDeleteNBC has disappointed me. All of these look like mid-season shows. Looking forward for ABC.
ReplyDeleteI feel like all these shows are just a step away from being cancelled lol
ReplyDeleteThe Player - Likely to watch
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker - Might watch
Blindspot - Likely to not watch
I'm waiting on more promos to ultimately decide.
JTV is a critically acclaimed show.
ReplyDeleteI want Blindspot to be successful for NBC's sake
ReplyDeleteBlindspot - Best hope for a new NBC hit... Easily.
ReplyDeleteHeartbreaker - Medical Drama.. Meh. Looks like typical sappy soap drivel. No interest whatsoever.
People Are Talking - Not nearly as bad as many make it out to be, but not good.
The Player - Mindless action, but could be fun like Human Target was.
I find it fun that NBC has both of the leads from Strike Back in new shows... If either Blindspot or The Player can be half as fun as Strike Back they could work on network TV... Maybe. As for PAT and Heartbreaker.. I almost never like medical dramas and rarely like NBC comedies, so it's no surprise neither trailer looked good to me. I will likely pass on both.
Good for JTV.
ReplyDeleteI want a trailer for Chicago Med
ReplyDeleteIt's the same 15 second teaser that was aired during superbowl.
ReplyDeleteInteresting lot: Blindspot looks interesting but reminds me a lot of the great but short lived Fox show John Doe (starring Dominic Purcell), and coupled with the Player, looks like NBC brought the Cinemax show "Strike Back" to screen with the 2 leads from SB top lining their respective vehicles, and interesting casting with Wesley Snipes in TP, so I'll be checking these out.... Loved the actress on Hesrtbreaker, but this makes me think of Grey's A, and although that formula is successful, not my type of show. I'm hopeful for Heroes Reborn, but will cautiously be sampling it hoping that Kring and his writers keep it closer to S1 than the later seasons.
ReplyDelete
