  2. Messengers getting only 0.5 is another reason it's cancelled.Reigndown from 0.7 to 0.6 in dvr but at least it's up from the 0.5. Of last time.VD at Onky 1.0-how the mighty have have fallen

  4. Yeah I know. But it's a Friday. And the show pretty much was off anyones radar. At the WTCA's no one paod attention to them.

  5. That's exactly why it ended up on Fr being this seasons sacfirice. Its not wasted potential -Messengers has a concept that wouldn't attract many viewers, critics disliked it & CW decided Flash,Jane,IZombie had better chances of getting viewers -it's part of the bipusibes

  9. Yeah, think it was the Double Episode that caught them rather than the SWW, as they claimed.

  10. I am happy for The Messengers. It was dead from the beginning but even more people dropped it after the cancellation. I am really loving this show and just going to see it as a mini-series as we are promised a satisfying ending. :) Still glad to see some improvement ratings wise. Still mad at CW tho. Which network picks up a show, hardly promotes it and airs it in a death slot. logic :/

  11. Has TVD ever hit a 1.0 or below before? Those +7 numbers look mighty low.

  12. Don't worry though, Reign still got to air during the week (even though it hit 0.3 in the fall and hit 0.4's last year in its first season).

  13. There's show on e ry network like this very season-barely promoted, death slot ect

  14. On L+7, a 1.0 is the series low. It has never gone below that, I'm sure of it.

  15. Unless a member of the SWW has a Nelson box, they have no effect on the ratings whatsoever. Now if a tiny group is able to mess up the Nelson statistics that much, I question there validity completely. However, I've been doing that for years. Just the mere fact that American crime was renewed this year says that at least for in-house productions live ratings don't matter

  16. but a new show? I get when they move it in the second season or even after a few episodes but from the start? I have never seen that :/

  17. That's good for Reign?

  18. Yep new shows.Last year it was Star-Crossed premiering against Olymics ,Dancing,Vouce( high rated show, competing for female audience),little promotion, putting on Mon which was /is a low rated night for Czw ect.Year before that,Cult-not on Fri but incompatible leadin, low promotion ect.Messe gets is the only new s rioted drs,a Czw has premiered on Fri.Not all the shows network set up to fail & don't intend to renew start on Fri,but they all get bad time slit, bad leadin, little promotion ect.

  19. Yay Modern Family :)

  20. I really think The Messengers would have done well if given a decent time slot. It would have been better if they had just aired it over the summer, instead of doing this.

  21. TBL, Shield, TBBT & Once all up :D
