It's mostly I'm annoyed with her story because even she "saved" Sansa she really has no where to take here but to the Lannisters. I don't really see the sanity in her code of honor, at least Westeros anyway. She's as much a threat to her as Ramsay, even Arya as much as told her that.
She gets nowhere near the Stark girls in the books, so it's a bit difficult to say if her arc is useless in the book, maybe it is, maybe it isn't. I just don't appreciate moving away from the books because 90% of what we end up seeing doesn't make a lick of sense but I'm rolling with it, for now.
I'm guessing she might as well be her guard at Winterfell. Sansa'll need somebody to protect her if she's to rule the North which is where her story seems to be leading to. In other words: I believe it's the time for Sansa to stop running (Littlefinger told her as much) and start ruling by her own. She'll need a trustworthy protector when that time comes and we've seen that Brienne is more than capable of that. Also, King Stannis is coming her way, so...
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I feel like I simply need Brienne to get crippled or disfigured at somepoint, considering it's the way people seem to learn anything on this show.
ReplyDeleteReally? She's the only one who seems somewhat sane lately...
ReplyDeleteSeems like there's gonna be to much Danny next week.... Meh...
ReplyDeleteStill looks like it's gonna be an interesting episode.

ReplyDeleteNoooo, that 3 minute advert is back again rahhh.
ReplyDeleteDarn, Barristan Selmy is actually dead. I guess that makes room for Jorah Mormont
ReplyDeleteThey seriously killed Selmy? The greatest Knight in all of the 7 kingdoms??? Not good.
ReplyDeleteI love the look on Tyrion's face when he sees the dragon.
