    Knowing how they do things, Severide, Dawson and Boden are the safe ones. Those Dawson and Casey scenes made me remember why they are good together, I hope this undercover thing doesn't jeopardize that.

    I can't help but think that Dawson is pregnant and he's going to learn it at the last minutes of the finale. I can't wait for more Dawson and Severide. I've really enjoyed their scenes lately. Hopefull nothing happen to them or Boden. The obvious choice is Casey getting hurt by Nesbitt but I feel like it's almost too obvious. I don't know....one more week!

    Matt Olmstead said at least one other character dies, other lives are in danger :( :( I want to watch this episode right now...can't wait a week but I can't deal with another CF/CPD death :( What if Severide or Dawson or the Chief were to die??? or Casey? with the undercover job?!

    The article that I read says that "one character will leave" and "one character will be in peril". However, I'm not sure if he meant dies or not, as it was never stated. I'm wondering if the article is misquoting the source.

    Thanks for posting the article. An earlier version said one character "leaves" from Olmstead, but this article printed said "dies". Same wording, but it seems they substituted. Online there's some confusion on the severity of the finale.

    Agreed. However, the character in question does not have to be a major one. It could easily be a minor one or a guest star, especially with Mills recent departure. Olmstead wrote that they didn't want to kill Mills because it was too soon to copy Shay's death. I'm not sure why he would change his mind 4 episodes later.

    The person leaving is probably Severide's friend. Maybe he does something and even Severide sees he's "ducking".
