Not sure if it is the worst, but I hated the Malzona drama in Season 7. Sometimes it felt like watching a telenovela. Izzie's ghost sex was weird, but at least it had a logical explanation. However, I really didn't care about Denny. Even though, it led to a great finale, somehow I didn't like the guy. I know a lot of people are going to say the hospital bankrupcy, but I loved that one. I am among the few who liked Season 9
The worst storyline I can remember is Mark having a daughter named Sloan, but season 7 was a mess altogether, and I absolutely hated the documentary episode or the musical episode. I also hate it when someone accidentally gets pregnant or cheats. (Seriously though, it's just so ridiculous that doctors, people with medical education have so much unprotected sex...) The new seasons is surprisingly good (haven't been this excited about the show since season 8) so I can't think of any recent storylines that made me roll my eyes.
This is the most difficult poll ever. I wish I could vote for 9 options! Also, Alex and Addie could be great, the shame is that it wasn't well developed.
Top 3 for me: Alex betraying Meredith during Season 7 finale (urhg, I try to pretend it never happened), Izzie's ghost sex (even if it led to some of my favorite episodes ever), and George-Izzie romance (I am usually indifferent to shipping for the most part but that was just wrong, wrong, wrong in all sorts of manners, I hated it with passion)
I really like grey's, but I found myself wanting to vote for so many of these and thinking about so many more (like Owen and Amelia) that I wondered why do I like it so much.. haha..
I didn't vote for anything before season 4 even though some of them are really bad because that was before the show started taking itself too seriously. It used to be a pleasant show to watch but the storylines in later season were mostly depressing and eye roll worthy.
I think I'll go with the two reeeeeeally sore thumbs of the show:
- George/Izzie (which was when the show really started losing it's genuine charm)
- Deny!Ghost sex (which was the show's "jump the shark moment". And this from someone who doesn't like using that phrase, but here is applies)
Also - Mark's long lost daughter (because it was the most stupid way to breakup Mark and Lexie... and that "long lost daughter" was the only way they could think of to shake those two up, was proof that under normal circumstances they would have never!.... and that they actually went there just to break them up for the "drama" was such an insult!)

Me too... You can't just narrow the messiness of this show to only 3 bad storylines.
