ReplyDeleteI absolutely loved the episode, and I thought them two scenes were the two standout parts of the episode, both for different reasons.
ReplyDeleteEh - The Blacklist is the King family promo O.o Not the actual scene of Red getting shot in 1x18. Mistake?
ReplyDeleteThe Chuck/Jimmy showdown was epic!! I believe that was the climax of the season.
ReplyDeleteAlso I really liked Jackson remembering Mark... sweet moment, indeed.
(I miss Mark... and Lexie...)
Not sure why your seeing that, but I'm seeing Red getting shot in the clip above.
ReplyDeleteI too miss Mark and Lexie. They were both two of my favorite characters, the show hasn't really felt the same for me without them and Christina.
ReplyDeletenow i see it too. I don't know why i got the promo first.
ReplyDeleteI was a super casual viewer before they were fully incorporated into the fold, went back to even more casual once they were killed off... I just don't care that much about the show without McSteamy and Little Grey...
ReplyDeleteNot even my unconditional love for Alex can change that.
I binge watched the first 10 season's of Grey's, so really Season 11 is the first season I've watched "live".
ReplyDeleteAs the season's progressed the storylines seemed to have gotten far worse than a really good storyline we would have seen in say Season 3.
All the best characters have either died or left and for me the only thing keeping me attached to the show now is viewer loyalty as I've watched 10 other seasons of it. Sandra Oh for me was a huge loss, and her absence can be felt during episodes, but it has managed to survive, the show hasn't completely gone down hill.
My favorite part about this season has been Dr Herman and her story arc, I wish they would have kept her around.
I miss George and Izzie
ReplyDeleteI miss George... Izzie I was never a fan of.
ReplyDeleteOh, having sat through Grey's as it has played along, I would say it is a baaaaaaaad show to binge watch.
ReplyDeleteThe drop in quality would be too jarring IMO, so you have my sympathies.
I surprisingly enjoyed binge watching it last year. I got through seasons 1-5 pretty quickly, although after that it was a real struggle to get through the seasons.
ReplyDeleteWell that is when things started really getting a bit miffy...
ReplyDeleteBrilliant episode of Better Call Saul this week, I've absolutely loved this opening season and can't believe it's so nearly over already. Odenkirk was fabulous in this scene, the anger and disappointment perfectly played. Honourable mention has to go to Mike taking the guns off the dick in the multi-story car park, that was just hilarious!
ReplyDeleteNot the flashiest of scenes from Poldark, but a defining moment in the Trenwith Poldark's lives, and a huge come down for Verity especially after her day in town with the Captain. Francis has been a complete idiot, and I'm finding myself liking Elizabeth for the way she's handling the situation.
OMG if anyone picks any other than Outlander they did see it!!! If was fabulous <3
ReplyDeleteThe Blacklist, of course!
ReplyDeleteHelix : O_O well, that escalated quickly ....
