EVERYTHING WE LOVE, WE TURN TO ASH — With time running out, Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) ultimate plan to protect baby Hope at all costs continues to take shape. As tensions between the siblings come to a head, Cami (Leah Pipes) reveals a vital piece of information that causes Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Rebekah to reconsider their plan of attack against Dahlia (guest star Claudia Black). Davina (Danielle Campbell) finds herself one step closer to fulfilling the promise she made to Kol, while Freya (guest star Riley Voelkel) is forced to take drastic measures to protect herself against Dahlia. Elsewhere, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) has to put aside his fury at Klaus in order to protect himself and everyone in their sire line. Meanwhile, Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) finds himself torn between the prospects of a magic-free life away from New Orleans and a personal obligation to protect Davina. Finally, with their risky plan in place, the Mikaelson siblings prepare for the fight of their lives. Matt Hastings directed the episode written by Christopher Hollier & Diane Ademu-John (#222). Sadly Mac I have a feeling Rebekah 2.0/Eva's body will die/be destroyed so Maisie can go do her new show.

ReplyDeleteMaisie Richardson-Sellers booked a pilot with ABC but I don't see it going anywhere so it's possible she could return.

ReplyDeleteI have a soft spot for Claire Holt, so I may be biased when I say that I hope she makes a return. Also, although the new actress is doing good, (for me)she will always be just a stand-in for the real Rebekkah.

Same, she's a hot godess but really, who would you rather go for, for her character? Someone with commitement issues (she also dropped out of H20) or someone safe.

ReplyDeleteI love Claire Holt, but I agree on that front. The girl cannot commit to a show and stay put.
ReplyDeleteI disagree. I'd rather have Claire once in a while or off-screen (that way Rebekah can finally live her life away from all this) than have another recast.
ReplyDeleteI just don't see Maisie as Rebekah. The first two episodes I was like "ehh okay" but I think she's gotten worse.
I like Marcel though. Plus he's kinda one of them. He is Klaus' adopted son. But Jackson and Hayley oh kill them. With Jackson make it as painful as he is boring.

Why would Marcel be furious at Klaus?? It's exciting, but I'm concerned what Klaus may do..
Sharman's got a lead role on another show, so I doubt he's coming back, which makes it most likely that Nathaniel will return... I'm curious how his and Davina's relationship be if he does return.
All in all, I can't wait for this episode!
Looks like Marcel is still gonna be alive. He must still think Klaus killed Aiden? Thoughts?

In the episode 2.22 full cast and characters it does show that the original Kol and the original Esther are going to be in this episode.
