I called it. I called it last week. I knew it. I said Hope would be in danger once Freya started that spell. Said Freya would bring Dahlia right to Hope. Smh I told you Elijah. You idiot. Sigh once again, just get the baby bag ready.
He's an idiot. Just b/c i like him doesn't mean i won't call him out on his stupidity. Like i do every other character i like. You're just biased, so you won't see it. Which is understandable.
This looks really good, Klaus is still daggered I am sure Elijah or Cami will undagger him. And this whole Dalia and Klaus looks interesting. Freya wants to use Hope don't think Elijah is going to go along with that I sure hope he does not think about something else Freya and I still don't trust her. This is also the episode where Elijah is supposed to have a face to face with Jackson I wished he would kick his ass but that probably wont happen. Nervous about this season finale nothing better happen to Elijah or I am done.
Hey Shannon. I'm usually a guest (yes, i silently read posts because i don't really like getting tangled in fandoms) but i feel that last ep requires me to ask some questions. I don't think Elijah is stupid. I feel like he's making the choice he thinks is BEST for EVERYONE (out of all the bad choices) and right now, he feels that Klaus (and all his reserved scheming) is more bad than good. Yes, i agree that the choice to dagger Klaus now in this horrible time when they need him is not the best but I understand where he is coming from. We the audience know that it's not a great idea (and it's clearly going to come back and bite him because the writers would also write it like that) but he doesn't know that. He probably knows that there would be repercussions for his actions (his face at the end said it all) but, again, BEST for EVERYONE, which is essentially why he did it.
On the Freya issue. I don't think she's all that bad yet. Yes we don't have reason to trust her but we also don't have reason to dismiss her (apart from some slight feelings that she may be evil but she hasn't exactly shown that. Besides, who ever actually gets along well with Klaus? Not even Cami). I think it would be a lot more interesting if Freya was actually genuine. If not, well that would be bloody predictable and would potentially lead to an overpacked finale with too many moving parts which would be less impactful and more choppy.
Finally, I get that Hayley as a character is becoming more background and boring (must be the Jackson effect) but it's like people forget she's Hope's mother. Plus, her plan wasn't all that wack and being the only plan Elijah actually knew of (because Klaus was being all by himself) and the pressure of everyone around him saying Klaus needed to go, I can understand his actions and I don't feel like they were idiotic - again, best in a horrible situation whilst trying to be the mediator.
P.S. - this is open to anyone who wishes to explain their reasoning for not agreeing with Elijah's actions. I don't think you may be able to convince me to change my reasoning but I will like to hear your thoughts about the daggering and understand why you feel that way.
Hey. Well I'm glad you felt the need to comment, if you rarely do. However, I also feel inclined to tell you that I've already stated my reasoning for calling Elijah stupid over and over. I've been pretty thorough about all of it and no way does it have to do with the daggering of Klaus. I've been thorough about Elijah, about Freya, about Dahlia. Just all of it. I've even shared my theories a few times on what's ahead. It's rather tiresome now, on my end.
So with that said I do not have any desire to repeat myself. As it is now Monday, and the new episode will air tonight, i'm sure I'll have more to say. Lol. But I do hope that you'll take the time to go back in past threads and read my conversations with others if your curiosity is that grand. I most definitely think it'll answer your question. Whether you'll agree on it or not. Idk, and quite frankly it wouldn't bother me if you didn't agree. I have no problem agreeing to disagree but i I feel my past comments in last week's threads (Even in promo sections with sarcasm, that i use a lot) will give you some closure. One fan to another, I think we can both agree that closure is alwayssss welcome. Hahahaha.
Anyways thanks for sharing. I'm glad my comment got you "out of the shadows" hopefully you'll comment more often as the season is almost over. And enjoy tonight's episode. = )
I agree with you I am a Elijah fan and I wished people would stop blaming him and stop making him with making all the tough decisions does he not have enough to deal with and I just hope nothing happens to him. He did it for Hope and its about time he gets daggered. And I am not a Haley and Jackson fan as a couple don't want to go there
Thanks for replying. I am planning on not watching tonight's ep yet because I have stuff to do (although that never really works out since I love TO and get excited over eps so I do end up watching. Don't know if I'll comment. Maybe, if I feel the need to). I guess we can agree to disagree, i've seen your pasts comments; some interesing theories.
