    Actually there both actresses were in the last flashbacks, as Young Dahlia (who we also saw before) and Old Dahlia. This is the old one, and her first present day appearance.

    I don't get why everyone is still hanging out there. It made sense in Season 1 with Father Kieran being there and Davina living in the attic early on, but at this point it seems like they should have gotten a new Father and they should stop going there.

    I read something maybe a week ago. I'm not sure, and it was an article, and it talked about Dahlia and Esther's reunion and how that reunion would humanize them, and I thought, please god no! First Klaus, then Silas (with all his dreadful Amara talk), then Kai, then Mikeal-ish (with his weird relationship with Davina and his reunion with Freya), nowww you want to "humanize" Dahlia before she even appears??? Hell to the No!!!

    This chick looks evil, I am scarred for Hope. I dont like her already. I seen 90210 and I can remember her. To be honest I dont know Klaus can save her. I have a feeling that Hope will get kidnapped and season 3 will focus on bringing Hope back. But I could be wrong. Nothing better not happen to my Elijah

    I actually like Klaus' humanization. Same with Kai, since it actually makes sense to me. And I like Kai's contrived but well performed humanity yet still a monster act. I never found Silas to be let go. He was just given a sympathetic backstory like Klaus. To an extent. He was still vilified and Klaus well most of the Quarter and all of Mystic Falls hates him, and he's still shown to be a paranoid, violent asshole, just more self-control and in an anti-villain kinda way. Mikael's still the destroyer, but I do like seeing the guy act beyond a near two dimensional character. I don't want complete heel face turn, but giving villains and bad guys some sympathetic qualities at least to me makes them more interesting than just an asshole for the sake of being an asshole. Like Eobard Thawne's the guys an psychotic fanboy who found out he would become the greatest villain of the Flash and appears to genuinely like Cisco and Caitlin. It doesn't make me think he's a good person or take away from his evil, but it adds another layer to the character.
