Oh goody, Sam being a moron and needing to be saved, damsel in distress style.
ReplyDeleteCarver is the worst thing that ever happened to Sam as a character.
The Messengers getting closer and closer
ReplyDeleteSo no TO, that means something big will happen in 2x18
ReplyDeleteFlash can't wait for C&C scenes, and the meta is probably shooting the cops and not Eddie.
So Olicity sex is coming up in 3x20
VD sounds very intriuging .
Reign and TM are hiding to much for real joy.
So that explains Flash vs Flash and Eddie shooting those cops.
ReplyDeleteBack to Nanda Parbat....the beginning of the end of team arrow as we know it???
ReplyDeleteGuess Ra's really leaves Thea almost dead... Wonder what Felicity will do.
ReplyDeleteFlash... I have wanted Everyman on Arrow all season and i'm gonna get him on Flash Jajaja Guess that's why Eddie is killing cops Jajaja
TVD-I'm guessing this is the episode Enzo will come face to face with his maker-Lily.I can't wait to see their confrontation.
ReplyDeletePaul,Zach & Matt also star-Poor guys,no storyline for them!Awww.....
so Flash vs Flash is actually Flash vs Meta Human Hannibal guy :D
ReplyDeleteI read The Flash's title and let out a very loud and VERY high pitched "What?" I can't wait for that episode.
ReplyDeleteArrow looks interesting. Thinking that Thea will need the pit and that'll be the (next) offer that Ra's makes - Thea can live if you take my place.
would be interesting copying Wells. and the metahuman realized that he is really fast.. but Barry already knows Wells is the Reverse :D
ReplyDeleteWould confirm it though - atm it's just that he (correctly) thinks it.
ReplyDeleteThough I think him copying Iris, Eddie and Flash himself is enough.
The Flash: I was excited for that crossover but now I'm so angry at Quentin :( I wonder what does Laurel want from Cisco! that explains Eddie shooting the cops and Barry fighting another Flash.
ReplyDeleteArrow: *internal screaming* I'm actually glad the description was this short.
The CW is spoiling me today and I love it :D thanks CW hope there are no hard feelings lol
The Originals - No synopsis 'til after Monday's episode, I guess.
ReplyDeleteJane the Virigin - It finally looks like we're getting back to some of the more crazy storylines. I'm relieved. I thought this show was going soft.
The Flash - I guess that explains Eddie popping off those rounds at cops in the trailer. No Grodd mind control. :(
iZombie - Liv, Clive, and Ravi working together? No big deal Let's face it, Ravi would have found a way to get involved anyway. He's having a lot of fun with all this zombie detective stuff. ;)
Arrow - Uh oh. Is Felicity going to do something crazy? I hope so. She never does anything crazy. Being reasonable all the time is no fun.
The Vampire Diaries - Damn it, TVD. First the cure and now the Damon/Bonnie friendship. Stop screwing with everything that has made season 6 more tolerable than the previous two. Jackasses.
Okkk, I read the one line for Flash. Joe and Cisco go to Starling. That's going to be fun. And that's ALL i read for that.
ReplyDeleteTVD- "To tell or not to tell" Gawddd why does it half to be so lame? Not ONLY do we know what that already means, but then you go and say it again in the first sentence. Ugh! Delena may be my otp but this cure crap is bringing me down.
Also read about Caroline, duh! She STILL has her humanity off i hate this!! Andddd what? RED FLAG! They didn't say Stefan and Caroline. They just said Caroline. Which tells me Stefan got his humanity back on. Or so i think. Why is Caroline's still off? Could he not get close to her? Did he get close to her then upset her? Does he have another plan? Why don't they just lock her up? With Stefan inside. That would definitely work. What do they mean ALL hands on deck? Everyone has to come in now? I don't think that's necessary. We've already established Stefan is her emotional trigger, everyone else jumping in, is just gonna make it worse. I think Stefan released the beast. She got a taste of not being in control, and now she loves it. Stefan fix it! Fix it please, she was supposed to come back with you!!
It's like TVD is using the remaining episodes of season 6 to destroy everything that has been good about it.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't feel too good does it Mary? I feel like zero pity for her.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to see that crossover so much now I'm so upset at Quentin I don't know if I'm going to enjoy it :(
ReplyDeleteSupernatural
ReplyDeleteIt would be great if they went back to Magnus' house. I also really liked the actor who played Magnus.
Why make such a big deal out of Sam screwing up and Dean needing to save him? Maybe the producers think that too much focus has been on whether or not Sam will be the one who saves Dean. Maybe the upcoming episode will be foreshadowing and by the end of the season Sam does something more desperate or reckless than opening the "Pandora's box."
Jared referred to The Werther Project in one of his posts on Facebook last month:
Hey y'all. It's 11:30pm here in Vancouver and I'm on my way home from a LOOOONG day on set. I feel a certain sense of accomplishment, I guess, because we finished filming Episode 19 of Season 10 today. --- --- The episode we finished shooting tonight (and that y'all will watch next month!) actually deals with suicide. In a way that only Supernatural can.
I didn't read the whole thing on TVD. But if you're talking about that cure crap, then i'm with you!
ReplyDeleteOh you can love a crossover, doesn't mean you still can't be upset with said characters.
ReplyDeleteI'll make a big deal because Sam has been basically non-existent all season and the one time he makes a decision, he screws up. The only thing Carver seems to be able to do with the character is throw him under the bus from time to time.
ReplyDeleteI think I'm done with TVD again, with Kai apparently not in the next episode and Bonnie ruined and Enzo, Matt, Alaric and Tyler being either useless or annoying and more Delena which there was thankfully very little of this season and Stefan and Caroline not being as fun as they were...why bother.
ReplyDeleteSorry if I wasn't being clear. I questioned why the show seems to make such a big deal out of Sam putting both his and Dean's life in danger. ("CAN DEAN SAVE SAM?") Usually the press releases are more neutral.
ReplyDeleteSam committing suicide would be Suprising :D
ReplyDeleteMaybe after 3x19 airs they give a more detailed synopsis?
ReplyDeleteSo, maybe this metahuman is the one impersonating Eddie, who's the one shooting the cops?
ReplyDeleteReign, Mary? If yes, i feel the same way too.
ReplyDeleteJane the Virgin- I wonder who's been in on the Sin Rostro thing? Luisa seems the obvious choice. But, most of the stuff that happened between her and Rose wouldn't make sense if she was in on it. So, Petra's mother? I'm not sure how she could be tied to it though. I'm glad they're getting back to this storyline though, as charming as Jane and her family and Jane/Rafael are, I kinda feel this whole plot gives the show a better telenova balance. Plus, I've missed the problematic lesbians.
ReplyDeleteReign- Wow, they're really going to bring in Elizabeth I of all people into that whole Mary/Conde mess. How ridiculous, I'm glad I haven't bothered to catch up with that show now.
Its pretty clear that I Aiden will be the one dying.
ReplyDeleteVD: Looks really good I wonder what Damon does to betray Bonnies trust, that does not look good. And I kind of like Bamon. And I like Enzo and I am interested in his backstory and like him and sara together.
ReplyDeleteOriginals: No description this is the show I am most interested in.Nervous about who will be dying better not be Elijah or I am done
Izombie- Just started getting into it.
Yea Dalia coming
ReplyDeleteYea I would like to read mor about the Originals that is the show I am interested in. I wonder who will die. Aiden??? Better not be Elijah or I am done. But he is the main actor. I am thinking Aiden or josh was hoping Jackson.
ReplyDeleteCould be
ReplyDeleteArrow: Felicity, what in the freaking world can you do to stop Ra's?
ReplyDeleteTO: No info means something good happen.
JtV: Yep, bring Sin Rostro back.
TVD: SOOO Damon's mother was Enzo's maker?
Reign: Really?¿, Conde will go to England out of jealosy?. *OFF WITH HIS HEAD*
I like Bamon together and I have always been a Delena fan. A little nervous about the Originals I fear for hope. I think that is the episode where Elijah and Marcel looks for a safe house.
ReplyDeleteI can't see Hope coming out of this unscathed. They may end up saving the child in the end but probably not before something bad happens.
ReplyDeleteI have always been a Delena fan but I like bamon together also I have always thought they had great chemistry. Agree with the Caroline comment. And interested in Enzo and like him and sara together. No originals description
ReplyDeleteI can agree somewhat, the cure is back again.
ReplyDeleteBeing honest here, I don't want to see a suicide storyline with either. A storyline like that could be compelling if done right, but the writers here don't have the range, and it would bring the show to a darker place than I want to see this show go - similar to a season 7 range.
ReplyDeleteI will admit I am not into the Vampire Diaries that I used to be. Originals is my addiction. Some people dont like Kai but I like him. And I like Enzo and Sara together and kind of like Bamon
ReplyDeleteThat was my response, Sam is careless and incompetent, Dean must ride to the rescue. I hope this plays out better than it sounds.
ReplyDeleteYea would like more info on the Originals. Is this the episode where Dalia is coming. I like Enzo so interested in his backstory.
ReplyDeleteUmm i'm a hardcore Delena fan. Idk what kinda fan of Delena's you are, if you're rooting for Bamon to get together. I despise Bamon in every way, always have. I hate Enzo, don't care for him, and iI can see there's no Originals description. Even if there were, I wouldn't read it.
ReplyDeleteSupernatural sounds terrible. Robert Berens has written some good episodes, but he has never really written Sam or written Sam as a competent hunter (see "Captives" and "Alex Annie Alexis Ann" for more details). Berens tends to write more other characters and not solely the Winchesters, but I'm not holding my breath for him to pull it off in this episode. I just don't think he is going to pull "The Executioner's Song" based of this description. It truly sounds like let's throw Sam under the bus, so the audience can feel even sorrier for poor Dean, he has to deal with the Mark of Cain and incompetent brother! It feels like another round of Sam hate! This can out as more of a rant than I intend, but I'm sick of the writers forgetting that these characters have been hunters for most of their lives!
ReplyDeleteI did find the following insight into Dean's thought process really fascinating:
ReplyDelete7.02 Hello, Cruel World
"You [Bobby] cannot be in that crater back there. I can’t... If you’re gone, I swear, I am going to strap my Beautiful Mind brother into the car and I’m gonna drive us off the pier. You asked me how I was doing? Well, not good! Now you said you’d be here. Where are you?"
On one hand, it shocked and horrified me, I was like, "Don't even joke about committing murder-suicide!" On the other hand, I liked it in the context of the Winchesters having an intense relationship that isn't like that of regular siblings.
They say that there is a little bit of truth in every joke so maybe Dean thought that Sam might be better off dead than having to suffer from hallucinations. And Dean would want to die together with Sam rather than to continue on alone.
But the show didn't really touch on that particular issue again. I think that Ben Edlund was the one who pushed the envelope in season 7 (like some of the lines he wrote for Lucifer to say to Sam) but other writers didn't really join in.
As far as the upcoming episode goes, maybe the box inspires people to kill themselves? (Sort of like The Sorrows of Young Werther apparently did.)
Barry BETTER know who the real Caitlin is!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI would have traded deadbolt for everywhere man on arrow.....it would be interesting since he is a green arrow villain and not a flash villain. Funny that they switch a flash and GA villain
ReplyDeleteThe Flash - So while Arrow will be focused on events in Nanda Parbat we will see Laurel holding fort alone in Starling City. Looks like Ray is gone already. So what better way to focus her and Quentin than to feature them on The Flash. She can get assistance from Cisco. That will be a fun partnership. Very smart. Hannibal Bates sounds dangerous. So that is why Eddie is shown shooting people. Now I am disappointed.
ReplyDeleteArrow - So vague. Felicity baby girl what are you going to do?
My guess she needs someone to assist her while she goes and beat up some bad guys. I am sure Laurel will come out with some tech out of this alliance.
ReplyDeleteArrow is so vague. I love it.
Bruce, he never answered. Help! = (
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty late (early, actually) over there. Give it 'til tomorrow. If there's no response I may have some different contact info if I can dig it up.

ReplyDeleteI will do. Right now.
ReplyDeleteI hope so but the thing is Julie said the character dying is a fan favorite, aiden or jackson do not fall under that category-Josh does.
ReplyDeleteI don't see a flag when i click on their profile.
ReplyDeleteMy guess-Mikael.There will be a Viking FB in this episode,so it's clear it will be mikael centric & he's a fan favorite.So...
ReplyDeleteLooking at all the scenarios,it's most likely Mikael.
ReplyDeleteAre you looking at their full profile on Disqus.com or just the popup profile?
ReplyDeleteThe popup. Hold on
ReplyDeleteYou don't approve of the friendship of the friendship between Bonnie & Damon?
ReplyDeleteKai will be present in Episode 20(according to wikia anyway) & he was posting some BTS pics with a cast member(forgot the name) & Annie(mama salvatore) also confirmed we will revisit the 1903 prison world once again soon-so,i'm sure he'll return(Only to get killed off for good, his SL is done).
ReplyDeleteI'm logging off for the night but I'll leave you with the user flagging page for Disqus if you need it:
ReplyDeletehttps://help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/1774987-user-flagging
interesting, maybe they'll send Stefan and Lily there. I'm sure Kai isn't going to die until we find out more about Lily's creepy vampire buddies. and he'll probably be there to ruin Jo's wedding too. besides didn't Kai say as leader of the Gemini if he dies the prison worlds cease to exist?
ReplyDeleteNo I don't. B/c honestly I don't feel there is one. I see no proof at all.
ReplyDeleteYa,i'm sure the wedding wouldn't go uninterrupted & the way they planned. It would be bloody & messy-It's a Mystic Falls event afterall!
ReplyDeleteYep,locking him up to die there was definitely not a good idea-There will be consequences!
So,those moments in the early season 6 when Bamon were trapped inside the prison world or when they had their reunion-you felt nothing?
ReplyDeleteWow!As siblings,we really have nothing in common!LOL!
You mean those moments when they were trapped with one another and were constantly arguing? And once she got out they had one hug and started arguing with one another over and over and over again? No.
ReplyDeleteAnd we do. Sometimes-ish. Lol
Re iZombie: Can't wait to see Ravi on the field with Liv and Clive.
ReplyDelete"Meanwhile, Blaine (David Anders) becomes acquainted with someone close to Liv"
Either Major is on his case for the missing teens, oooooor he bumps into Peyton...
Re The Messengers: I think I've said this before, but I even got from the promos the vibe that we'll be getting answers pretty soon. And this synopsis kinda backs that up. I'm glad if that's the case... for a show like this, I'd say "moving forward with the plot" trumps "keeping up the mystery".
"Is Felicity going to do something crazy? I hope so. She never does anything crazy. Being reasonable all the time is no fun."
ReplyDeleteYeah... it's in the promo... she's gonna offer Oliver the sex as an enticement to decline the offer...
Maybe something like Sara's sonic device.
ReplyDeleteYeah me too. Although we always have the option of not reading if we don't want to be spoiled but come on who are we kidding lol
He isn't a GA villain. He impersonated lots of heroes... but yeah, i remember when the first pic of Oliver fighting another person in the arrow costume i made this whole theory about him being Hannibal Bates jajajaja i was pretty let down by that.
ReplyDeleteYeah, i would have trades Deathbolt for Everyman in a heartbeat!
popping off? LOL that's new
ReplyDeleteyeah 2x18 is Dahlia's episode
ReplyDeletei don't know, they've been talking about Zoom and Thawne sharing scenes and maybe it IS Thawne and not Hannibal
ReplyDeleteHannibal Bates is on Oliver's list, so he's been on the Flarrow universe forever
ReplyDeleteOn the Vampire diaries synopsis only talks about stopping Caroline... So does that mean stefan'so humanity is back on?
ReplyDeleteCould be. Or that scene is in some later episodes.
ReplyDeleteI thought so too. Good for her she needs all the help she can get.
ReplyDeleteNot reading is an option. Ha! As if I could.
Staying away from producer and comic previews and sneak peeks is killing me so I at least allow myself to read episodes descriptions and spoiler articles.
ReplyDeleteI think Mary actually dumps Conde in the upcoming episode. We don't know what's going to happen but look at this new trailer...Conde is really angry about something and it's during the daytime. When she's seen holding Francis' hand and starts crying, it's during the nighttime, so which means this could possibly be towards the end of the episode. From what Torrance said, Bash will be getting involved in this Frary vs Monde thing and try to fix things between Mary and Francis. So maybe it will be Bash or Catherine who snaps Mary out of it.

SUPERNATURAL: Sound very interesting :D I like those situations of oppression and tension.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you about everything! So,next time will see the last of Mary and Condè together?I say Finally, bring it on!!
ReplyDeleteUgh. I hated that line, largely because it wasn't just about suicide, it's was murder/suicide. There was no consideration in it on whether Sam wanted to live and die. Foreshadowing to season 9 maybe? But yeah, season 7 stands out as the Winchesters depressed and passive. I'm not interested in going down that road again.
ReplyDeleteGamble joined Edlund in writing the super dark, twisted, depressive episodes.
My guess Felicity team up with macolm
ReplyDeleteooohhh. That will be sweet.
ReplyDeleteYou have more strength than I do.
ReplyDeleteSPN-thats sounds different, kinda like a Pandora's box thing going on. I wonder what it is that puts them in danger?
ReplyDeleteI understand where you're coming from. Berens and most of the writers actually dont like writing for Sam they have no trouble fan boy-ing over Dean though. HOWEVER this episode is supposed to be about suicide I believe so we could actually get some decent material for Sam from this one if he's trying to kill himself. Dean I doubt would be affected due to the mark. Sounds like an emotional one. But yes I hope they dont throw Sam under the bus just to prop Dean up again.
ReplyDeletefingers crossed it cant actually get any worse for Sam than it already has right? Or maybe Carver should stick to non exsistant Sam like the rest of this season so far. IMO Carver owes Sam fans a big arc next season, a good one.
ReplyDeleteTVD: Stop with the cure! First, Elena reevaluates her life as a vampire (what a coincidence) and in this episode Damon doesn't know whether to tell Elena the truth. This is so frustrating , I don't know why the writers decided to recuperate this storyline. I'm looking forward to seeing Enzo's past, I'm sure Lily was the one who turned him into a vampire.
ReplyDeleteJust thought of something: maybe - this time only - 'Dean saving Sam' is the 'Wake-Up Call' Dean needs to realize he consciously needs to FIGHT against the MoC's control (as opposed to the subconscious crying for Sam's 'help' nightmares) rather than just fatalistically resigning himself to hunting/saving people for as long as he can. Much like the end of 3.10 DALDOM where he sees his 'demonic self' and asks for Sam's help.
ReplyDeleteThe last episode had very heavy parallels to the entirety of S3, including strong hints of Mystery Spot Sam (cute brother pranking scenes of Dean messing with Sam's pristine toothbrush in its clean glass and bouncing on Sam's 'hospital corners bed' to mess it up, etc.)
As in S3 I expect Dean and Sam to lose this fight but I hope for happier outcome in S11 after the 'intense Swan Song -like season finale'.
If Arrow didn't want to let anyone know who died, then this press release did a good job if it.
ReplyDeleteHa! I wouldn't classify that as crazy. Desperate, sure. It also doubles as a nice going away present.
ReplyDeleteI hope so. Elijah does not make sense he is the main actor. He is one of the actors that makes the show.
ReplyDeleteThat could be... nothing better not happen to my Elijah
ReplyDeleteI have always been a Delena fan but I am not against bamon either. And I dont know I have always liked Enzo.
ReplyDeleteWell the spoiler doesn't say anything about "crazy", it says "taking matters into her own hands"... no dirty intended...
ReplyDeleteI like Damon and Bonnie and their friendship.
ReplyDeleteYeah, the crazy part was my speculation. I sincerely hope she tries something 'WTF!?' worthy.
ReplyDeleteYea, I just hope nothibg happens to Eljah. I get scarred when it gets close to the season finale.
ReplyDeleteNah... it's the sex...
ReplyDelete(and I say this as someone who couldn't care less about those two hooking up BTW. Imma just following the clues.)
To be fair, I don't think she actually goes there with the intention of jumping in bed with him, but I do think she just shows up declares her love just to give him a reason to stay... it's a very shippy and contrived plot, but it sounds like something the Arrow showrunners would do....
ReplyDeleteThat's fair. Arrow is building an unfortunate list of contrivances this season. Arrow had the stones to pull that "save Malcolm to save Thea's soul" nonsense so your hypothesis certainly can't be ruled out.
ReplyDeleteNormally I am one to jump on the whole "destruction of Sam's character" train. I hate it when Dean has to come in and save him in stupid situations. For example, if they're hunting something low level like a ghost and the ghost pushes Sam to the ground, Dean has to come in and save him. However, this sounds really interesting and more psychological. If this really is a case of the box making Sam think he wants to kill himself, it could generate some cool broments that we all love so much. Maybe it's some sort of mental twist for Dean. He's freaking out about the mark possibly turning him and making him kill Sam, but because he's focusing on this, he's ignoring Sam's blind quest to save him. He could realize that in the process of trying to not kill Sam, he's actually contributing to it. Kind of like how Anakin was focused so hard on saving Padame, that he ended up killing her in the process...or I could be giving the writers too much credit.
ReplyDeleteVery weird. But ok. W/e works for you.
