That was the most boring sneak preview ever. What is this doing as one of the last four episodes of the season, unless the story somehow ties into the myth arc? It's by Robbie Thompson and no Charlie, so maybe it will be okay?
Crap. WTH, Show. Obnoxious, bratty Claire the fourth episode to the season's end. I bet Thompson teams her up with Dean so it will be hard to FF past her, and I bet Thompson is making her his newest 'Sue' hunter on the block and we'll have to see this bratty teenager again next season as she becomes a hunter to rival Awesome Charlie. Please, someone -- anyone -- offer Thompson a job on another show!
Seriously! The Winchesters 'were both troubled teens' and they (should) speak Claire's language' and that's the weak ... reason Cas gives for needing backup from Dean who by the way Claire tried to kill last time before changing her mind (because Sam is barely seen in the promos or the set pictures). .
Gotta throw in the D/C fan service episode several times a season. I think Sam tells Cas about his plan though (Rowena chained/the BotD/recovery of Nadya's Codex).
Good news is Robbie Thompson is still posting links for new issues of his comic books. We still have hope that it becomes his full time job. GTFO of Supernatural.
Yep. Claire tried to kill Dean, and Cas and Claire were on good terms the last they saw of each other....and it's "two men, an angel, and a belligerent teen." And, let's see. The last I heard, Dean was hunting werewolves at 16, more concerned about NOT getting bit, more than he was a 'troubled' teen. I can only assume Thompson gets his ideas of the Winchesters as teens from Abusive!John fanfic stories.
I might skip this one! Although it is part of Cas's personal development as a character, I really dislike Claire! Unless she acts like an SPN character, and not like an angst driven teenage soap opera star, then I am not interested at all! However, next week's sounds much, much, much, more interesting Rowena Cas and Charlie all in one scene, Crowley turns to an old enemy for help(I really hope it is who I think it is.... Lucifer is due for his cameo this season!) etc... Look forward to next week's!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Snoozefest teenage angst. Guess I'll be fast-fowarding 90% of this wasted episode.
ReplyDeleteReally? Really?! This is going to be an episode? This is going to be an episode near the very end of the season!? C'mon!
ReplyDeleteDEAN SAM and CASTIEL all together .... is always fantastic!!!

ReplyDeleteAre they going to repeat the mid-season fail, aren't they? It triggers facepalm.
ReplyDeleteThis episode makes no sense unless it ties in somehow with the mytharc otherwise it seems odd with 4 episodes to go.
ReplyDeletePlease Claire go with your mother and have a normal life together and never come back!!!

ReplyDeleteHahaha!
ep 8x20 was a Charlie episode, ep 9x20 was Bloodlines.
ReplyDeleteCarver's a real rebel, he don't play by the rules.
Yeah, Thompsons should watch early seasons, for sure.
ReplyDeleteYeah and 1/2 of the self-dubbed 'RobDam' is Adam Glass who single-handedly rewrote teenDean's history.
