Another Rob Thomas alum makes a guest appearance! Dick Casablancsas and King Arthur in the same episode? Hell yeah!
So he's a zombie.... and he's a zombie.... and there's another zombie in US flag shoes.. Liv, you are not alone.... Zombies everywhere
Another fun episode. I expected them to end with Liv going to the bike park to ride the ramps and find Major with a minor concussion... Maybe the start of next episode.
Another cool episode. Yea I expected the new dude to be a zombie, I just want to know the origin, other then that he wasn't too pushy just giving the zombie reasoning to date each other; see no problem with it atm.
Lieutenant being a Zombie became clear at the end, if the stats didn't do anything to him something was wrong. Blaine must have a franchise going around.
Liv was cute. I was expecting her to have embraced the "living on the edge" a bit more, but all we got was biking. Oh well, no big deal... I guess the effects of the brain eating were more on an emotional level.
Figured out rocker dude was a zombie when he started making those spicy drinks. Interesting the Cpt. is also turned... gonna blame Blaine for that. Major's got moves. Guess what with working in a shelter self defense might come in handy... Clive kicked ass. (he is a good detective! YAY! I was worried the stories would make him be too reliant on Liv to solve cases. But nope! He's actually good at his job) Ravi was awesome.
I'm thinking... maybe this Max Reacher company, might be connected with Utopium and the zombie epidemic...
Either the new guy also Tan's. Or its part of the Royal Bloodline thing I talked about last episode or the one before the last. Or Writers are not paying attention to details. Is SO I would be pissed on that department.
Am I the only one sure she was going to open the body bag at the end and find the ex-boyfriend? anyhow, awesome show that's just getting better... seems to be a lot of zombies running around though :P
Enjoyed it! So good to see Bradley James and I hope we see him more on the show! Also, at the start of the episode, I kept thinking ... "hmm, I wonder if the Zombies have infiltrated the police department" and BAM ... at the end you find out that the chief is a zombie! Really enjoying the show so far! I hope it doesn't become too formulaic with the CW love triangle stuff ... it has turned me off all other CW shows and the only ones I'm watching are iZombie and The 100 (urgh ... the hiatus is going to be long!)
It seemed like it to me. Liv does not go out of her way to hide her zombie looks unlike many of the other zombies we have met... So there is that.
Also, on an unrelated note... Why have we not seen any other zombies getting memory flashes after eating brains? Then Lowell accepts Liv saying she ate Holly's brains to see what happened so matter-of-factly ... As if it is common knowledge.
I think the closest we have gotten is Blaine telling his sugarmmma that the special delivery he sent her will make her feel young.
I thought perhaps the show was going to draw from the comics with a twist... in the comics Liv's best friends are a female ghost and a werewolf (or werecat, not sure.. it was a were something though). Anyhow, if the ex had died and become a ghost he would still be a regular. :)
Right, and I agree. I just never really thought about how many zombies there are and whether or not Blaine (or the organization he works for) spawned them.
I wonder if there are more "Random" zombies around or if they are all connected to Blaine in some way? I guess time will tell.
Nice to see Liv turned into a spice girl, but seriously hoping for more character development as opposed to Blaine who is out there living a life, setting up a business, having sex, creating solutions to zombie problems and plotting his part in ruling the world. Glad to see they told Liv about hair coloring
He is a great actor, i wonder if this "break" was intentional. I only watched Homeland to see him, and when the episode ended i was like, "Is that it?"
Yup, but I only entertained the idea for like 3 seconds. Then I thought "Nah... too soon for something as drastic and dramatic as that... even for Rob".
Was thrilled to see Alex Paunovic back! Only thing I dislike, WAY TO MUCH Zombies. Seems like if The Messengers doesn't succeed as apocalyptic show iZombie certainly will
I really liked this ep. I hope they let Liv have him as a long term boyfriend and not just some short thing. I also liked how she was able to let loose and have some fun.
Wow..the more I see this show, the more I /love/ it! I never watch tv, except Walking dead and supernatural, so it's a big thing for me to find another show I really love. Liv is amazing. Every character is amazing. The premise is fun and certainly entertaining. Please please let this show, and it's quality, go on for a long, long time!
Again, Liv is amazing. And cracked up when I heard her last name. Liv Moore. Perfect.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I really loved it and having Bradley James on it, was just perfect.
ReplyDeleteGood to see him doing SOMETHING after Merlin, it's been a while (unless you count those 30 sec on Homeland).
ReplyDeleteLove it
ReplyDeletelike the British dude, hope he sticks around. still not loving the inconsistent and convenient zombie/normal looking zombie makeup.
ReplyDeleteAnother Rob Thomas alum makes a guest appearance!
ReplyDeleteDick Casablancsas and King Arthur in the same episode?
Hell yeah!

And soon he will be the antichrist on Damien on Lifetime. :) Hopefully it's good.
ReplyDeletei KNEW that Bradley James was a zombie!and the Lieutenant too. I hope Bradley Jasmes comes back
ReplyDeletei still don't understand why Liv and Blaine are the only pale zombies and everyone looks normal
ReplyDeleteAnother cool episode. Yea I expected the new dude to be a zombie, I just want to know the origin, other then that he wasn't too pushy just giving the zombie reasoning to date each other; see no problem with it atm.
ReplyDeleteLieutenant being a Zombie became clear at the end, if the stats didn't do anything to him something was wrong.
Blaine must have a franchise going around.
but why are Liv and Blaine the ONLY pale zombies
ReplyDeleteLoved it!

I know, right!? It bugs me, I mean if they would explain it even just a small, oh because......, I would get past it.
ReplyDelete(not unless everyone is using some sort of flesh perfect full body airbrush/fake tan)
Either the new guy also Tan's. Or its part of the Royal Bloodline thing I talked about last episode or the one before the last.
ReplyDeleteOr Writers are not paying attention to details. Is SO I would be pissed on that department.
You're right, I forgot about that one, I have to remember to watch it when it comes out :)
ReplyDeletei mean tan's tan but come on! they look COMPLETELY human, yet even if Blaine tried the tan he still looked pale
ReplyDeletesame but i really hope it's your Royal thing, although i just saw David Anders say that Blaine had no idea about the whole zombie thing
ReplyDeleteI feel like half the episode is missing was it a two parter?
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one sure she was going to open the body bag at the end and find the ex-boyfriend? anyhow, awesome show that's just getting better... seems to be a lot of zombies running around though :P
ReplyDeleteThey are not the only ones but a lot of them uses tanning lotions.
ReplyDeleteYes I thought that too!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed it! So good to see Bradley James and I hope we see him more on the show!
ReplyDeleteAlso, at the start of the episode, I kept thinking ... "hmm, I wonder if the Zombies have infiltrated the police department" and BAM ... at the end you find out that the chief is a zombie!

I thought that for a second but they wouldn't kill him off so soon since he is a regular. Maybe he got turned into a zombie?
ReplyDeleteSo the lieutenant also guessed that Live is a zombie too, I guess.
ReplyDeleteI hope Rocker dude has invested his money in spicy products!
ReplyDeleteWith all these zombies running around spicy foods and condiments will be in high demand!
Hhhhhmmm... didn't pick up on that, but likely...
ReplyDeleteWell he's giving away ultra spicy sauce to woo a girl... I think he's planned ahead... either that or he's one of Blaine's "customers".
ReplyDeleteIt seemed like it to me.
ReplyDeleteLiv does not go out of her way to hide her zombie looks unlike many of the other zombies we have met... So there is that.

ReplyDeleteThat would be too weird, especially since people are already shipping them, I guess.
ReplyDeleteRight, and I agree.
ReplyDeleteI just never really thought about how many zombies there are and whether or not Blaine (or the organization he works for) spawned them.
I wonder if there are more "Random" zombies around or if they are all connected to Blaine in some way? I guess time will tell.
Blaine?
ReplyDeleteI meant: he could be a customer of Blaine's brain delivery service
ReplyDeleteOh. He seemed like a decent zombie, so I don't think so.
ReplyDeleteA decent zombie who needs to eat though... I wouldn't be too surprised if he does get his food from Blaine.
ReplyDeleteLol! No worries. Seeing as Babar didn't also get it, feel free to blame me!
ReplyDeleteThey all do and if they go too long without eating they start to lose some of their own memories too.
ReplyDeleteNice to see Liv turned into a spice girl, but seriously hoping for more character development as opposed to Blaine who is out there living a life, setting up a business, having sex, creating solutions to zombie problems and plotting his part in ruling the world. ReplyDeleteI agree. I am beginning to wonder if there is a reason for this. maybe they eat more brains then Liv or something, I just need something.
ReplyDeleteWITHOUT a DOUBT! i kept saying "please don't be Major, please don't be Major!"
ReplyDeleteHe is a great actor, i wonder if this "break" was intentional. I only watched Homeland to see him, and when the episode ended i was like, "Is that it?"
ReplyDeleteFor all i read it seems a good show.
ReplyDeleteI missed Bradley James on my TV, good to see him again, hope he sticks around.
ReplyDeleteBradley James was absolutely fantastic on iZombie. I hope he sticks around for quite a while, at least until his other show 'Damien' starts airing.
ReplyDeleteYup, but I only entertained the idea for like 3 seconds. Then I thought "Nah... too soon for something as drastic and dramatic as that... even for Rob".
ReplyDeleteWas thrilled to see Alex Paunovic back!
