  1. Was my favorite episode of the whole series. Just an amazing episode.

  2. Wow a lot happened in this episode. Just insane with all that happened. Norman keeps inching closer towards Psycho mode. And was surprised what the sheriff did this episode.

  3. Exactly what I thought, I mean, they had us waiting for some action for 4 episodes and suddenly they give us all this??, it's too much!!.

  4. Well, I'll try to go in order first finally we got to see Emma a little sick, she's the healthiest dying girl I've ever seen, but finally she had a mini-crisis, and Dylan helped her, and I don't know if I was the only one who saw it this way but I think Dylan is liking Emma...

Then Romero, WOW!!, this guy is a real bad-ass, I never thought he was actually kill that moron right away, and using the thing that carries the serum... wow!!.

And Norma, I knew she was gonna sleep with the psychologist/teacher what's wrong with her??!!, the guy from the bar was really hot!! and it was going to be just sex with a total stranger, now she's again involved, sorry, deeply involved with another stranger to whom you already confessed everything, and such a serious information.

And finally Caleb, aww it was so heart-breaking... the end of an era, now Dylan can die in peace, lol!!, I like Max very much, but I just don't see the relevance of his character beyond this season, besides he already saw his brother as his mother, that must be serious, nobody else has seen that not even in the movie that's the biggest secret, if you know that, you die, at least you're with the police and stop him.

You are not the only one! I sensed that, too. Which, considering she's kind of Norman's girlfriend...spells just a wee bit of trouble for the guy on the horizon :p.
Romero shocked the hell out of me this episode, too! I sat there afterward like, "...okay...what the hell just happened?" LOL. I like how he did all of that and drove off while still wearing his hospital gown. I'm guessing/hoping he's going to go find Norma.
Agreed on Norma and the psychologist. That's not going to end well, either. Between Norma cozying up to that guy and her moment with Caleb at the end, and now Dylan and Emma getting closer, Norman's gonna be adding a whole list of new reasons to be PISSED at the women in his life. I did love Norma spitting on that creep who tried to put the moves on her in the car, though. I had a feeling his intentions weren't good, so I'm glad she got the hell out of there. Gah. I just want to give that poor woman the biggest hug. She is a complete and total mess. Again I say, Romero needs to find her, and fast. I've said it before and I'll say it again, he's the best, most stable influence in her life, and she desperately needs that right now.
As for Norman? CREEEEEEEEEE-PY. Oh. My. God. That scene with him in the kitchen making food. That was seriously chilling (though, hey, major kudos to Freddie-he had Vera's mannerisms and manner of speaking DOWN in that scene). As was the scene with him and that bird. He's snapping. Hard.
And yet, when he was wandering through the house being all, "Where are you, Mother?" in that pitiful, childlike voice...is it wrong that I felt really bad for him? 'Cause I did.
I agree that Dylan's not long for this world. I've always felt he and/or Caleb weren't going to be around for very long. Either Dylan's going to finally escape this madness, or he's going to feel the wrath of Norman. Either way, I'm preparing for one heck of a farewell.
Good episode. Very, very good episode.

  6. Damn. I really do enjoy this show. It's so strangely fascinating. Vera Farmiga is just always so astounding. Love her. Freddie gets better and better too. He was chilling tonight. That blackout stare he had. Looked just like Anthony Perkins in Psycho's final scene. I've been watching this Dylan/Emma stuff for awhile. Even before this season. And it's starting to become clear that what I thought might happen will. And it will only inflame Norman since we know how he feels about "nice girls" who disappoint him. And what he does to them. He's gonna kill someone close to him soon. But who will it be?

  7. Best episode of the season! Lots and lots of great moments!!!

    -Ramero getting shot!
    -Ramero calling Norma first!
-Ramero uses hospital equipment, knocks whats his face out, and steals a car! XD
    - Norma buying clothes (including animal fur, juxtaposing taxidermy scenes), and new car! XD
-Norman hallucinating the animals are alive!
-Norman channeling Norma in blue bathrobe making breakfast (So Very Psycho!)
-Emma and Dylan have a touching moment (and a kind of gross one) I have waited forever for that!
-Norma and Caleb finally come together (I still am wondering if Chick Hogan will tie into Bob Harris story?)

I kind of think that Norma's teacher/love interest may end up dead by association, since Harris' men seemed to follow her to his house...

Also sort of wierd, but the nurse in the hospital looked nearly identical, ethenticity, clothes color, and all, to the nurse in episode of The Returned that was on right afterwards! :p

  8. Agreed ......... I too have been saying that for a while now. As twisted, fragile and obsessed as Norman is over Mother, Dylan and Emma together might just be the thing that pushes over the edge. Especially now, after seeing Norma and Caleb's forgiveness meltdown.

PSYCHO is an all time fave, and we all KNOW where this is going, but ..........
Freddie in that robe, flitting around the kitchen, talking about himself in third person "as Norma" ....... was just too much !! I just laughed, then rewound it so I could watch it seriously

  9. What can be said .....Caleb and Norma weeping tore apart souls. IT WAS RAW AND POWERFUL!!
I am applauding this cast of talent !
On a lighter note this cast is the BEST CRYERS omg I loved Dylan's expression watching his parents
