Bobby reading the note at the end. That was pretty touching. Man do I miss Bobby as a regular helping Sam and Dean kick ass and take names. ;(
ReplyDelete"The Bobby's are fighting back. All hands, we need all hands. They're surly, I repeat the Bobby's are surly."
ReplyDeletePossible bonus, pretty sure that was also Robert Singer delivering that line.
Dean shouting while being asleep
ReplyDeleteI like Dean not staying out of Sam's room, Dean and Crowley's Dr. Phil moment but my favorite was Sam reading Bobby's letter !! Great episode
ReplyDeleteBobby´s note to Sam to kick it in the ass ♥
ReplyDeleteFamily and blood aren´t the same thing.
Loved the bar scene with Dean and Crowley...
ReplyDeleteI voted for four, though I wanted to vote for all of them: Dean hustling pool, Dean and Crowley chatting, Cas and Sam taking on Metatron and, of course, Sam reading Bobby's letter – with that lovely montage to boot.
ReplyDeleteCrowley glancing nonchalantly at the trashed Rowena and asking whether her date went rough. That whole scene was so funny and so Crowley-like. Welcome back Crowley :)
ReplyDeleteOther scenes like kicking Metatron's a** and Dean & Crowley's talk was great too.
You can vote for more than one!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely on my list! Thanks for adding it here!
ReplyDeleteThat was totally about to be scene #8! Thanks for adding it here!
ReplyDeleteGamble's worst crime among many was killing Bobby.
ReplyDeleteVoted Bobby's note to Sam. That really touched me and gave me feels to back in the day. How great it was. I loved that scene.
ReplyDeleteI know – I restricted myself to four, but I really could have voted for all of them. Just really loved this episode!
ReplyDeleteSam running out of his room half asleep and barefoot with a gun toward Dean's room.
ReplyDeleteThis season, I often got a hard time finding one scene I liked. Today, I have a hard time choosing the scene I preferred because i loved all of them listed.
ReplyDeleteFinally picked Sam reading Bobby's letter but they were all perfect.
The beginning of the show's SERIOUS decline...
ReplyDelete(Not that the rest of Gamble's reign wasn't problematic, but there were still a few good things about it... that Eric was actively in the "consulting" capacity during S6, yet nowhere to be seen in S7 was super evident...)
I'd say Kripke was more than consulting in season 6, he was helping stories and the overall plot of the season. He just had a lesser role in the day to day stuff
ReplyDeleteI dunno... The structure of the season reeked of Sera's sloppy storytelling. I think he did less than help with stories and overall plot, but more than just show up in the office just to take a pay cheque. Regardless S6 is bearable because Eric's presence still shows somewhere.
ReplyDeleteIn S7, when he definitely wasn't around, is when things started to go seriously downhill.
Hannah's return! I seriously missed her (no matter in what meatsuit).
ReplyDeleteI mourn Rufus to this day. What a great support character he was, and he was versatile enough to have been used in many ways while not putting the brothers under the thumb of a 'father figure.'
ReplyDeleteFor me it was Rowena's epic fail in trying to kill Dean and Dean shoving the blade under her chin. If she hadn't nattered on about being Crowley's mum I think she'd be wearing a Columbian neck tie but still loved the look on her face when she pulled out all stops and Dean just stood there with this look that said, "And?"
