Great title for this episode! Great episode, for that matter. I'm continuing to love Kyle McLaghlan in this show.
ReplyDeleteCal shows Skye Milwaukee.
ReplyDeleteNone really, thought the episode was weak. Think it's trying to bridge the date gaps for all the different regions.
ReplyDeletei hate to say it, i REALLY do because i don't want to think Skye got anything from her parents but she got her humor from Cal
ReplyDeleteSkye running to HUG Coulson until that BASTARD Gordon grabbed her
ReplyDeleteLincoln was down, multiple agents of something were around, stop thinking with the fanboi and thing as the guy who keeps the Inhumans safe...
ReplyDeleteHe did his writer writen job to make Ward the less than Evil bastard.
None
ReplyDeleteno i didn't mean EVIL B even if i don't trust him, i mean well excuse me for loving the Coulson and Skye relationship
ReplyDeleteother: the promo for next week
ReplyDeletei love how simmons defending fitz and coulson this episode and how she said she did not care what was in the box all she knew was couldson was protecting skye true words spoken
ReplyDeletebut i did like the Daisy Johnson line tonight
ReplyDeleteHi sweetie....
ReplyDeleteCoulson surrendering? so that's what happened in the last scene.....
not only coulson but defending fitz to
ReplyDeleteOMG yeah, I definitely love her. She's so different from season 1 (not following the rules anymore)
ReplyDeleteHahaha, yes, it wasn't a hallucination we all saw it. :)
ReplyDeletethere was a somewhat joking theory that i heard that maybe it was Kara
ReplyDeleteI needed brain bleach after the Ward/33 canoodling. Yuck!
ReplyDeleteShe wasn't in direct danger and told him to wait.
ReplyDeleteAnd he had no reason to. The way that they've done this to me says they've set it in stone that she's going to end things badly with Jiaying. Next episode Skye is going to take/get the blame for Lincoln being captured (as she and the Inhumans don't know about Hydra), and that lays the ground for her leaving.
ReplyDeleteSure ignore that they've set Skye up to take the blame for Lincoln's capture with the Inhumans, most likely setting the scene for her losing contact with her people, yippe a hug!
ReplyDeleteThat's what we saw - I'm not saying that's what "happened"....
ReplyDeleteI ADORED the fact that Skye was going to Coulson despite Ward being right behind him - she just trusts him _that_ much!
ReplyDeleteLOVED that - definitely on the long list! Thanks for adding here!
ReplyDeleteCall me a softie but I liked the moment when Cal stopped expressing being mad at being left behind and told Lincoln to protect skye and that he would take care of it. That was the first time he really got to be her dad/protect her.
ReplyDeleteSkye and Lincoln moments were my favorite especially when Lincoln told her to run
ReplyDelete- Everything Cal. It's amazing how much pathos he brings to the table considering that he's supposed to be a villain, and I keep feeling sorry for him when everyone treats him like crap. KM is giving award-worthy performances on this show.
ReplyDelete- The Mexican standoff.
- Fitz makes his feelings about Ward clear.
- Simmons defends Coulson and Fitz. (May, on the other hand, is a huge disappointment. I get wanting to look inside the box, but snitching on Simmons to Bobbi, seriously?)
- The giant clusterf*ck that was the last 5 minutes. I liked seeing that Lincoln's power can be used offensively in fights.
She said that, yes, but in a situation like that, you can't really stop to think. He'd been instructed, I imagine, to jump in there, grab Skye and get her out of danger ASAP. No time to get the details on what's going on. I really don't think it has anything to do with wanting Skye away from Coulson (did he even notice Coulson being there? We don't know how Gordon "sees" so it's hard to tell).
ReplyDeleteI love that relationship too, but Gordon wasn't trying to get Skye away from Coulso, he may not have even noticed Coulson was present considering that he was there for all of 3 seconds. He was told that Skye was in danger so he popped in to get her out of there, that's all. Yes, she told him to wait, but I don't think it even fully registered with him, he was on autopilot - get Skye to safety ASAP.
ReplyDeleteAs a Skyeward fan, I have to say when Skye and Ward saw each other again as well as all Skye and Cal scenes! Mike and Lincoln are a good pair. Can't wait to see more of them together :)
ReplyDeleteIt's possible, but Kara's acting would have to be VERY good for her to pull off a Coulson impression that well.
ReplyDelete- Fitz is not happy to see Ward
ReplyDelete- Simmons takes Coulson's side
- Mexican standoff
- Coulson surrenders to Bobbi and Mack (at least he has his priorities straight)
Skye knew it were HYDRA-agents and as Gordon is already questioning that anyone is capturing Inhumans I don't think they will just blame Skye.
ReplyDeleteDepending on the "Double Agent" scene it looks like Skye is the one who wants to help Lincoln and Raina shows her the way.
