Yeah, it's probably be a trap. I don't mind, if a) Root survives and b) we get another clue about Samaritan's plan with Shaw and info about her whereabout.
One criticism: Minimalism is all well and good, but can we get a thirty-second promo? Better yet, make it a minute; there was one for If-Then-Else. Come on, CBS, promote the shit out of these episodes!
I'm sure she does see that it is most likely a trap. But it's still Shaw's voice and she loves Shaw. And I don't think she could live with herself if she didn't follow this, even though she KNOWS it's most likely a trap. If that makes sense?? She knows but she's still gonna go after her because she can't not go after Shaw.
That would be heartbreaking and amazing at the same time. I wouldn't know what to do - sink in bitter disappointment or flail madly and cheer at Samaritan's capabilities.
I'm utterly terrified at how Root appears in some of these clips - standing on the ledge of the building for one and her tone when she yells "KEEP FIGHTING!"...She is not a character to ever appear frightened but I see it here and it has me feeling the same - Root & Shaw are amazing because of there strong unbreakable personality types but I see some shakiness here...At least we know she lives tho
I wonder what is up with that scene on the building. It reminds me so much of Heroes where Peter Petrelli tried to figure out his abilities for the first time.
Back when Heroes was still awesome lol those were the days - I'm ready for the reboot! Root scaling a building - thinks she's Cat Woman now haha idk Selina Kyle was one of her many Aliases
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Shaw!
ReplyDeleteI second that: SHAW!!!
ReplyDeleteTHIRD
ReplyDeleteOMG
ReplyDeleteI get the feeling Root's been led into a trap
ReplyDeleteLikely, it's in the episode description after all. Still, I feel like Root is going to finally get her answer and the *feels* are going to kill me.
ReplyDeleteAfter the crap Claire pulled with Harold with Q&A, there's no way Root doesn't see this as a trap.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's probably be a trap. I don't mind, if a) Root survives and b) we get another clue about Samaritan's plan with Shaw and info about her whereabout.
ReplyDeletethis promo is so emotional im exiting the page right now!
ReplyDeleteIDK, she kind of doesn't think clearly when her emotions take the best of her.
ReplyDeleteWoah, just realized Claire is not listed in the press releases for episode 21/22.
ReplyDeleteOh god! Shaw!?
ReplyDeleteThat's what she wants you to think. :)
ReplyDeleteEchoing all others: SHAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's how she acts. We saw her with Martine. And she might see it as a trap, but we know she is going to go, anyway.
ReplyDeleteSamaritan won't know what it hit it.
ReplyDeleteThat's for sure. And I think this will be the last we'll see of Martine.
ReplyDeleteSad, but probably true.
ReplyDelete....AAAAAWWWW!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe way she says that...
ReplyDeleteOne criticism: Minimalism is all well and good, but can we get a thirty-second promo? Better yet, make it a minute; there was one for If-Then-Else. Come on, CBS, promote the shit out of these episodes!
Root's first appearance also comes to mind.
ReplyDeleteFourth!!!!
ReplyDeleteShaw!!!
ReplyDeleteHeck I'll just take the usual 20 second promo we normally get.
ReplyDelete8 seconds is too short
I'm sure she does see that it is most likely a trap. But it's still Shaw's voice and she loves Shaw. And I don't think she could live with herself if she didn't follow this, even though she KNOWS it's most likely a trap. If that makes sense?? ReplyDelete"SHAW??" Root's voice makes me cry!
ReplyDeleteHoly S***
ReplyDeleteOops. There goes my heart again.
ReplyDeleteI hope to God that isn't Samaritan mimicking Shaw's voice.
ReplyDeleteThat would be heartbreaking and amazing at the same time. I wouldn't know what to do - sink in bitter disappointment or flail madly and cheer at Samaritan's capabilities.
ReplyDeleteIT'S A TRAP!!!!! Oh no. This will not end well
ReplyDeleteWow. I hope they will make an excellent endgame for this season.
ReplyDeleteMaybe that's why Greer kept Shaw around. For Samaritan to develop a deceptive capacity to mimic people's voices, using Shaw as a template.
ReplyDeleteI just can't wait for those episodes to air and at the same time I'm scared s#itless to watch... I'm going crazy over here!
ReplyDeleteI like Shaw too but help me out here guys: why all the exclamation marks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm utterly terrified at how Root appears in some of these clips - standing on the ledge of the building for one and her tone when she yells "KEEP FIGHTING!"...She is not a character to ever appear frightened but I see it here and it has me feeling the same - Root & Shaw are amazing because of there strong unbreakable personality types but I see some shakiness here...At least we know she lives tho
ReplyDeleteThank you & Damn you, Amy.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what is up with that scene on the building. It reminds me so much of Heroes where Peter Petrelli tried to figure out his abilities for the first time.
ReplyDeletewhy is Amy Acker so fucking great at displaying heartbreaking emotions damn it ?! Seriously has so much Emmy material this season.
ReplyDeleteBack when Heroes was still awesome lol those were the days - I'm ready for the reboot! Root scaling a building - thinks she's Cat Woman now haha idk Selina Kyle was one of her many Aliases
ReplyDeleteI'm ready for the reboot too :D
