Wooooohoooooooooo!
ReplyDeleteOMG! I'm soooo happy :D
ReplyDeleteYEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!
ReplyDeleteNot surprised at all but yay! Thank you for leaking it, Josh.
ReplyDeletesweeet!
ReplyDeleteCan't believe we are going to s5 it seems like s1 just yesterday
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! I'm for the next season! More Captain Swan and Outlaw Queen(: Also more magic!
ReplyDeleteStill hoping for the Frozen spinoff! I miss Elsa and the others):
YAYAYAYAYAYAY!
ReplyDeleteHUGE SURPRISE! JK, but still worth opening a bottle of vino!
ReplyDeleteI believe this. I just want the official confirmation
ReplyDeletethought the same. I think we have to wait for the upfronts in may.
ReplyDeleteYay!!!
ReplyDeleteThree cheers for lowered standards keeping favorite TV shows on the air!
ReplyDeleteI'm shocked to my very core!
ReplyDeleteI'm not surprised by the renewal itself, more like I'm surprised it came early since this is ABC
ReplyDeleteYeah me too, btw ABC are not that demanding for the ratings seriously..
ReplyDeleteWon't be surprised if ABC denies the renewal, just like they did with HTGAWM even though they made a promo and aired it that it would be returning in the fall.
ReplyDeleteEven if the ratings are lower, OUAT is still in their top 5 of series so not surprising.
ReplyDeleteWell, there are other shows doing worse, and this renewal would come as no surprise.

Im not surprised but im excited so much for the 2 hour season finale. Im always curious what season 5 will bring to the table with the Characters and Storylines
ReplyDeleteFantastic news... now Agents of Shield please ☺
ReplyDeletebest news of the week :)
ReplyDeletesince a spin off is n the works, I dont think SHIELD is going any where
ReplyDeletewow, that was fast. I thought ABC waited until May to renew their shows. We already knew it was coming back but it´s always good when it´s official. S5 here we go, episode 100, wonder what they´ll have planned :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not saying this is a bad thing. On the opposite I'm so happy and also I'm a big fan of the show
ReplyDeleteABC has not officially renewed the show, we will have to wait may for that.
ReplyDeleteNOW I CAN REST IN PEACE!!! Whole vacation of expecting... Wohooow!
ReplyDeleteI am really excited to see what they do for the big 100th episode.
ReplyDeleteI know, but it's still true, there are still other shows on the network doing worse and that's also taking the declines into account.
ReplyDeleteIf it gets picked up for a 22 episode season, the 100th episode will be the Winter finale, or maybe the winter finale will be in epsidoe 10 and then they´ll do something special with the 100th episode, who know
ReplyDeleteim interested in the end game for once. I personally would love to see the author storyline continue through season 5 then have him be the final "big bad" so to speak and have the show end there. i know it's not likely, but I'm a firm believer in shows going out on top with fewer seasons rather than over staying their welcome with a crap load of seasons and i can't imagine where they would go after the author stuff is resolved. either way - excited about the renewal news!
ReplyDeleteOnce Upon A Time is the only show who really work on sundays so it will have 22 episodes.
ReplyDeleteI am sure it will be 22. Unless it is 23 like this season.
ReplyDeleteSeason 3 of AoS is pretty much set in stone. Don't worry.
ReplyDeleteGood news... Too bad I'm not that hyped about it anymore. I guess I'll watch anyway, but I hope it will be better than now.
ReplyDeleteomg I saw the title and my stomach jumped! It's no surprise but it's nice to hear :)
ReplyDeleteNot surprised, but it does help my anxiety level. lol It's one less show I have to think about during Upfronts.
ReplyDeleteYAY OUAT! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's a good as were going to get (Baring the announcements from ABC of course)
ReplyDeleteNothing official from ABC :(
ReplyDeleteWe already knew the show was certained to be renewed so this is useless...
Too Late for ABC to do deny it now since the news has leaked-expect a lot of renewal/Cancellation news to leak via social media over the next 3 weeks.
ReplyDeleteI just hope Rumple will still be alive for season 5. without him, the show is only half as interesting.
ReplyDeleteSame, while a lot of people hate him atm he's always been one of my favourites. That said, I wouldn't quit the show if he left.
ReplyDeleteYes!!!! Love this show
ReplyDeleteyeah, me neither probably. I like to say I would, but I probably would at least give it a try for a couple of episodes. It would be a big loss though, one that can maybe only be replaced by a good sorcerer character.
ReplyDeleteit's still not official tho.
ReplyDeleteand is there anyone even thought that ABC would cancel OUAT?! the ratings are dropping but not that bad imoXD
Not surprised, but I'm really happy. Really odd feeling.
ReplyDeleteHe most certainly is charming. He looks quite good really stunning, *jealous*. Lol
ReplyDeleteJust wished he had a purpose in the story and not be a boring F. But who knows maybe he'll get a story on his own next year.
Great news, not suprising though!
ReplyDeleteI guess ABC's mass renewal is coming soon. OUAT was always one of the no-brainers, of course.
ReplyDeleteMass renewals = Upfronts
ReplyDeleteABC sometimes annoys me leaving all their shows renewals or cancellations later not like other tv networks which tell us before the upfront.
ReplyDeleteThey probably will.
ReplyDeleteI don't get why they would bother denying hat HTGAWM was renewed when Viola posted something on Facebook about Season 2 and it said returns in the promo that it returns in the fall.
Not always. At least from what I remember the past few years, the mass renewals often come a little before the upfronts (heck, sometimes even a lot) and then the bubble shows swing one way or another at the upfronts.
ReplyDeleteAre you pregnant, lol? But - on a more serious note - the cancellation/renewal announcements always come as late as June, dear, so...
ReplyDeleteUp until the point where Author remained a mystery it may have held some allure and/or potential...But now? He's just a coward and I don't see him being a big bad. Way too bland.
ReplyDeleteWhat the hell are you talking about? When did ABC deny the renewal of HTGAWM? (I kinda misunderstood it at first, thought it got cancelled and my heart literally jumped out of my chest, simply because of the fact and fear of not being well-informed, lol.) Did that really happen? But the show didn't get the red light, right? They're just waiting for the period of official announcements?

ReplyDeleteBest news of this season!
ReplyDeleteIts obvious though, it does say on the Abc website that new episodes will return this fall.
ReplyDeleteI've personally managed to give up on this mess of a show, but this made me laugh regardless...
ReplyDeleteThank you for the entertainment Bruce!
He's an incredibly interesting character. What I think people take issue with is that he's being passed on as a romantic lead when he's really abusive, vain, megalomaniac and a sociopath.
ReplyDeleteI don't really think there was anyone who wasn't expecting this.
ReplyDeleteEven if it's not official, it is happening...
It's only early because ABC are clearly also idiotic enough to think that telling those who work on the show about the renewal but not announcing it officially for ages and not expect it to leak. It's because they wait so late that this has come early, if that makes sense.
ReplyDeleteAWESOMSAUCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!! and now only 1 official confirm to be the luckiest person on world: with Robert Carlyle/Rumplestitlskin/Mr.Gold?????????????
ReplyDeleteyeah i think the Season 5 (WHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Big Bad will be a new character
ReplyDeletelet us hope
ReplyDeletehttps://twitter.com/BastardSonVan/status/589159987676450816
@TheMatthewPaul @UponASpoiler It was actually the crew that said he would be back; they always know when an actor leaves for good
thank you Josh you ended my pain. Thamk you God. Now I hope S5 has no cliffhanger so people will be ok if no S6
ReplyDeleteHere's something to spike the anxiety.
ReplyDeleteGot a feeling the Author or Cruella will die. Who is going to turn Author instead?
Not with ABC.The other four major networks yes but the last few years ABC has waited til Uofronypts for any renewals
ReplyDeleteHell yeah. This shows ROCKS so hard!!
ReplyDeleteThe last few years, at least 5, ABC has done their renewals the Friday before Upfronts. That is May 8th this year
ReplyDeleteI just realized that episode 100 will be the fall finale, so it better be good!!!!
ReplyDeleteRENEWED =/= OFFICIALLY RENEWED
ReplyDeleteDid the interviewer thought the show has been renewed?
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm saving Season 4 of OUAT for hiatus... Vut it's nice knowing there's gonna be a fifth Season!!! :D
ReplyDeleteExcellent new . I'm so glad . Even if it was sure
ReplyDeleteI am truly happy that the show is renewed for. Season for several reasons, one of which is it looks like a heart wrenching cliffhanger. There is still clearly more stories to tell. I want Emma and Killian to get their happy ending together and I don't think that will happen until the series is over as Emma is the Savior.
ReplyDeleteIn saying however I hope that we see a better season 5 than season 4. My personal opinion, and others will disagree and that's okay, is that seasons 1-3 were amazing. Lots of character growth and the show really focused on the core and secondary characters. I have liked lots of things about season 4 but I feel like the focus has shifted to current Villians in each arc and focus on the short term characters. We have all but lost all of the SB people that we grew to love; we have seen less and less of core character screen time this season and so much focus was put on Frozen and now the QOD. I loved who,Hook was in S2 and S3. I love that CS are together, though that development has been so slow and nothing but angst, but Hook is now mostly just Emma's partner and love. I feel like Snow and charming are different people and not just because they made a bad decision. It seems to me like they focus shifted so much to the frozen arc and the author search that key stories we saw over the past seasons were contradictory. The bottom line is that the ratings have steadily decreased over the seasons and this season most of all, and some will disagree but the numbers don't lie. We need to get back to the show being about the core characters and to making sure that the stories flow from season to season and we don't have some relationships, happen quickly while others have to be constantly challenged. We need to get back to not try to capitalize in Disney successes and make it about SB and the people in it.
Yes! I'm so happy that it's been renewed for a 5th season! :)
