I was wondering if I could get any insight on Revenge as we approach the season (or possibly series) finale. (The season finale has been named “Two Graves”!) –Sabrina
ReplyDeleteIt certainly sounds ominous, doesn’t it? “We’ve only ever done one-word episode titles since the show began,” showrunner Sunil Nayar reminds, “and the show began with this quote Mike [Kelley] had chosen from Confucius: ‘Before embarking on a journey of revenge, dig two graves.’ We wanted … to tell people that there is an element to this journey that will be over [in the finale]. You just have no idea for whom those graves are dug, or who will end up in them.”
a renewal seem unlikely from a writing perspective, no idea on ratings though. Season 4 was a mess. But I suppose it deserves at least a 10 episode final season.

Looking forward to Gotham somehow I missed the show. It's my seasons black sheep/guilty pleasure. Can't not watch and when I do I'm mostly pissed.

I want a season 5 but supposedly one crew member thanked emily vancamp for the lovely 4 years and said he will miss her. You can see in the post where the title was revealed

Few months ago, I read that Sunil Nayar talked to ABC about rebooting Revenge, so maybe the season finale is the end of Emily, Victoria but not the end of the show.
ReplyDeleteOK, so Ned Dorneget being back for multiple NCIS episodes implies there will be a season-ending arc that's connected to his story right? I really hope so!

ReplyDelete- Over the coms, were we as the audience only hear the Bahrain team's side of the conversation
- In reference only as it might have been her intel that put the case on the SHIELD radar
- A over the shoulder stand in where we never see her face...
... and I'm out. Other thoughts?
I suspect it will be Adalind, because 1) he says there will be vengeance, and Juliette wants revenge on Adalind, who really started all the problems by taking Nick's powers away, and 2) Claire might want to take some time to be with her new baby.
