Well it's basically midway through the first season any new viewers that will be tuning won't be doing so based on a promo for an episode midway through the season.
They're a little less than a third through the season and the procedural element of the show allows the network to freely lobby for new viewers since the show is something viewers can easily jump into at any time. That's the network appeal of a procedural.
I think they've done alright compared to some of CW's other shows but the promos they've produced after the series premiere could have been better. This one especially.
Yes, back in... January, I believe? I read about him joining the cast a while ago, though I'm still not sure if it's just for one episode. I personally hope more, but I'll take anything! I've missed him since Merlin finished!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Not a very compelling promo. It certainly won't stop me from watching but I don't think a promo like this would entice new people to watch.
ReplyDeleteBradley James! :-D Yay! I was wondering what ep he would be in!
ReplyDeleteSeems neat! I miss the edge a bit, seems more like an sneak peek.
